Im quite direct when dealing in business. Paul Sapperstein peaked my interest selling our home from his professional cards received in mailings. Normally, Im not swayed easily. I called to set an appointment. Once having met, I entrusted him exclusively from that point forward. To date, I have not met ONE agent ever, who covered every possible detail, comfort, support & compassion that Paul and his entire team provided.Moving is stressful as we all know. Paul is a total professional. He asked all the appropriate questions in order to schedule showings at the homes WE wanted to see. He gave us great background info on the various communities we were interested and informed us about others we may be interested, never pushing any property on is. His Availability is superb. We came in from Maryland and he had homes all lined up for showings even having given him very short notice. We also have a rental home that he listed for us. He was very instrumental in helping us get ready for the rentals with a list of contractors, letting them in the property if we were not able to and finding us great tenants. I highly recommended him!

We had some unforeseen issues come up and he never let it affect the closing timeline. He was readily available through the entire process and considering we live in California, that was remarkable. I strongly suggest calling him first. I only wish we had found him sooner.
Paul Saperstein was my real estate in 2008 when I was selling my house. He made a very stressful time for me go very smoothly. He knew I wanted to stay in the same school district for my kids and he went above and beyond to find me a house to rent that wasnt even listed on the MLS. He was very patient and understanding about how important it was to me not to have to change schools for my kids. A few years later I obtained my Real Estate License, we ended up getting married, and now have a beautiful baby boy.

This is an unsolicited review of Paul Saperstein of Re/Max Advantage Plus. After having my property listed with another real estate agent for almost a year, I choose to interview nine new companies and agents. Clearly Paul Saperstein, and his associate Chris Igoe were the best. A few days after engaging Re/Max Advantage Plus, Mr. Saperstein had a professional photographer at my home taking beautiful pictures inside and, using a drone, above my property highlighting my golf course views. There were plenty of viewings and after four offers I accepted the best deal. I recommend Mr. Saperstein and Mr. Igoe without reservation.

They are just listing agents. Don’t ever show your property and do nothing to promote it. Lost our keys ( brand new lock that all matched). We were out of th area, so keep the water turned off , but it was turned back on and A/C was turned down to 71 so our bill was excessive. We canceled contract with them 4 months ago and lock box is still on our door We just resisted 4 days ago and have a great offer already. Didn’t get any Real offers with Exp. just a couple of verbal (bunch of BS). Bad News

2022-08-10Paul Saperstein had promised he would provide (lets say, charitable) assistance to my Huntington Lakes condo section on several occasions. Our request was not complicated or all that time consuming, and yet he failed to keep his promise even after we followed up on at least two occasions.Im not sure whether Paul is an expert in buying or selling real estate. Hes probably a top notch expert in that regard. However, I dont consider him to be a man of his word when it comes to keeping his promises. And for that, he is a definitive example of a liar, and in my opinion, not somebody whom I wish to do business with.Mr. Saperstein has responded to my negative review with an additional lie today, August 9, 2022. He was referred to me by the president of my condominium association involving a favor that I asked of him.He repeatedly apologized to me for not finding the time to provide me, and my condo, with highly important old photographs and old MLS listings that I requested AND which he had agreed to research and furnish to me. If he simply told me that he was prohibited from doing so since these were copyrighted, which Im not all that sure is a true or valid statement, I would have respected his position and not bothered him any further.Lets just assume that Paul is right and that Im just another old person who has a slippage in memory, and leave it at that. After all, and as I said in my initial review, Paul is probably a top notch realtor and needs to make a living advising his clients about buying or selling real estate. My critique was perhaps not called for or justified because I did not seek Pauls expert advice on the subject matters that he deals with on a daily basis. So lets leave it at that. I guess its not right to complain or criticize people for doing something that is different from their everyday business issues.So, I apologize for interfering with Pauls principle business matters. How he acts outside of his job, is not what I should have complained about...even if I felt that he had lied to me; which I fully believe he did, in private, and now again, but in an open and public manner.As a Google reviewer, I should have stuck to an opinion as to how good a person is (or isnt) when it comes to the way they operate their business...and personal opinions on non business matters are not to be posted for the public to read.

2022-07-16I contacted this agent almost two weeks ago asking about a property that he had listed, he then told me the property was not available, I contacted him again today and the property is available, I told him I was willing to offer the asking price for rent, first last and security plus a larger security deposit. He told me that if I wasn’t willing to offer over asking price for the property he wouldn’t present the offer and wouldn’t work with me on the property. Really an awful example of EXP and the standards they hold. I wouldn’t recommend ANDREW COLEMAN to anyone thats looking to rent or buy. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend him. Also would urge EXP. to take a look and see how many clients you guys have lost from this guy.

2021-12-06The worst realtor you can find in Florida, hands down. Just wants to make a quick sale and put a couple dollars in his pocket. This realtor accepted the first lowball offer on our house without even telling us, advised us not to paint the home and keep it looking like a foreclosure. Does not return calls, has no idea about what the 55+ demographic is looking for, and could care less about you after he signs the papers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER

2019-08-11Paul was very attentive and went above and beyond what most realtors will do for you. He provides moving boxes and when we moved my mom out of state, he mailed items we had forgotten and took care of getting rid of anything left that the buyers didn’t want, so we never had to make another trip down. He always returned calls promptly and addressed any concerns. And we sold the property fairly quickly off season. I would highly recommend him.

2019-03-07I find Paul Saperstein to be an honest, trustworthy real estate broker. He is easy to work with and he tells it like it is. He does not give you all of the usual BS and he does not give you false hopes. He is a straight shooter. I love the way he sells a home. He has a professional photographer take photos of your home which certainly helps facilitate sales. I recommend him highly.
