Gia and her team are the best. We live in Ohio and had to sell a home in South Florida that needed a lot of work. She is extremely knowledgable and very helpful when it came to what should be done and what could be left alone to get us the most profit.We traveled down and did most of the work ourselves. But we still had to hire out some things like HVAC, major electrical and some plumbing. Gia has a large network of reliable contractors. (Yeah, I said reliable contractors) that returned calls, did what they said theyd do when they said theyd do it and at a fair price. The team at Palm Beach Premier are the most professional real estate company I have ever dealt with. They came in with a clear marketing plan and executed it exactly as they said they would and made my family and I feel as if we were their only clients. I recently closed on a low-end property in boca raton and was delighted with the experience of working with gia and liz at palm beach premier real estate. they were always readily available to answer my questions and concerns, continually updating me with the status of the property and the closing, extremely efficient providing the information and paperwork necessary to close the deal, while making me feel as though i was buying a million dollar property.and throughout the process, they were just so darn nice, truly a pleasure to work with.
I hired this realtor because they were recommended. I exercised my opt out guarantee. They did not do anything for 10days after the contract was signed. They told me the house would be listed. They had calls and also I provided everything they asked. They told me pictures were needed to list the home... WRONG I would NOT recommend this realtor to anyone.Find someone else

Marissa, was able to provide me sound advice while still meeting any of my requests or concerns. You can feel confident that they have your best interest and are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. 2021-11-29Gia Freer and the team at Palm Beach Premier Real Estate did a fabulous job selling our home. Gia worked with the photographer to make sure that the home showed perfectly online, organized all of the offers on a spreadsheet so we could evaluate the differences between the offers and made very valid recommendations on the offers she thought were our best options.After we selected the offer we liked the best Gia and Anna took care of all of details regarding getting the sale closed. Gia even met with us to sign the closing paperwork so we didn’t need to drive to our attorneys office. It really couldn’t have been any easier.

2019-11-16My husband and I were recently married and wanted to sell our townhouse to move into a single-family home. When we decided to list, we met Gia, of whom we instantly knew that she was the person who we wanted to work with. Our townhouse was on the market for literally two weeks before we found a buyer. I was expecting longer, but Gia was amazing in preparing the home, and the listing was great. We also found a perfect single-family home that we can be comfortable living in. Both Gia and Grant Freer were instrumental in the simultaneous closing of both properties on the same day.
