I highly recommend this company! Their customer service is great and they show care and concern for each of their properties to ensure a great experience for their guests.
I stayed at 405E Regency Towers and found the view in the master bedroom overlooking the sugar white sand beach and emerald water to be amazing!
Very nice place. Love the free parking.
Les (and the whole team) is amazing! #1 for sure!!

2020-09-23BEWARE- This company practices deceit even during major hurricane disaster and COVID. Planning to attend my stepson’s wedding in November and booked a property on the beach with this company through VRBO. Before making my final payment I asked if any damages to the property or surrounding area so I could make the right decision if we wanted to cancel and rebook at another location. They assured me in writing that all was ok with the house and beaches were ok and utilities open and Roads were clear and open. Trusting Hannah who told me this I went ahead and paid the balance. The next day I hear from my future daughter in law that the main bridge connecting the beach with downtown is closed and it can take up to 2 hrs to get there. They had several events planned in the beach which they have moved. This company could have if kept my $1200 deposit anyway If I cancelled... I get that. But instead Lied and tricked me into paying the entire balance so if I need to cancel it will cost almost $2400. I guess we just cross our fingers and hope we won’t have to travel 4 hrs round trip each day for the wedding. I consider this unethical and shameful deceitful business practices. Avoid booking with this company!

2017-10-09I rented a beautiful beach townhome from this company. It was a wonderful experience. From the beginning the property manager, Jackie was helpful and friendly. She answered every email I had with promptness. Ill definitely rent from Pensacola Beach Vacation Rentals again!!

2016-01-31I recommend all my friends to use Pensacola Beach Rentals for their beach vacation needs. Kris is amazing to work with in scheduling reservations and helping make our stay perfect. Best part is no matter your budget they can help you. I would also like to note the owner Les is a huge part of our church and supported in volunteer service over five years I have known him.

2013-04-04I recently stayed in a three bedroom condo on the gulf of mexico for my wedding on March 2 2013. Les and the rest of the office crew were very helpful on helping me pick my unit for the weekend and honeymoon as well as making sure the unit was very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this company again and again. In fact I have rented another unit on Mothers Day Weekend for my son to come and stay with me in. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to make many memories on Pensacola Beach.

2018-03-21Les, David, and Jackie are great to work with. This team gets things done. Ive been with two other rental/management companies on Pensacola Beach and they are by far heads and shoulders above the rest. I highly recommend this team. Using their services, in managing your properties, will be the best decission you make. Example, last Saturday my sliding shower door shattered. Im in Chicago when this happen. I called the office Saturday at 8:00am and left a voice message. At 9:05am I received a call from the maintenance man, John. I told him I already placed the order thru Home Depot and he could pick it up at any time. Home Depot gave him a bad door. He spent the next 8 hours calling other Home Depots in the area until he was able to locate the right door. Once he had it, the door was in by 9:00am Sunday. I know he spent over 8 hours on this. Les and John billed me for 4 hours. They started managing my unit about three weeks ago. Les has already booked over 21 days. None of these day are doing the peak vacation season. Their the best.

2011-11-29Very disappointing! My family has been vacationing in Pensacola for over 10 years and we always went through this company, mostly because they managed one of our favorite properties. The past couple of years dealing with them we have hit our breaking point. We found the management to be very rude and unprofessional. They are clueless of what is on their own website and dont put the customer first. Our most recent trip is the last time we will ever use them. We recommend finding a different rental company.

2014-07-03I just want to say that I have staying d in many hotels and never have I had such a great service. We needed a night that was already booked d and Katherine called us back when there was a cancelation. She was as amazing.
