Candice absolutely went above and beyond what we expected. She was sensitive to distancing herself as we inspected the home. Felt like we were being shown a home by our friend and not a realtor.
Candis is and has been just awesome. If there is 1 word...yeah awesome. I have been writing loans of some sort since 1991 and she takes the cake when it comes to being my realtor. Start to finish she is there. So call AND count on her.

2022-03-22Candis was very hands on and was always available for each and every little question. She was very proactive in working for our benefit. Not only did she have to get our listing sold, but she was a huge help in my relocation. We have lived in the same house for 29 years and were totally unsure of how to proceed in our sale. Candis knew what she was doing and steered us in the right direction. She was always available for an explanation for each and every step.

2021-04-18Candis helped my boyfriend and I purchase our first home. She made the process so efficient and easy that we never really stressed about a thing! She is extremely knowledgeable about the field and was always able to answer my questions. She is very responsive and willing to assist whenever needed. The entire process from Pre-approval to Closing was seamless and I wouldn’t want to do it with any other realtor!

2021-08-08Candis went above and beyond to help me secure my new home purchase. There were many hiccups we encountered (at no fault of Candis).
