2021-01-21This is the second time we work with Adam, he initially help us to find our house and a couple of years later we did not hesitate to find him to help us to sold it. He help us to sold our property during the pandemic for a price fair to all. He is very kind, trustworthy, knowlageble in this business. If one day I have to get back to Florida I will definitely will contact him to get my new house.

2021-02-01Adam is an outstanding realtor. He is both personable and professional and a joy to search for your new home with! He showed us multiple homes and was always accommodating to our busy schedule. We even had to stop searching and start up again due to life changes and the pandemic and he continuously helped us search for the right place for months. He helped us negotiate so well and made the process of finding a home easy and stress-free. He always did research on properties and locations to make sure we were getting the best value. On the day of the walkthrough, he made sure everything was perfect with our new home, the lease paperwork, and made sure everything was perfect for us! We 100% recommend him!

2019-01-18I am in the process of selling my home in Plantation, Florida. I had 2 different agents that I let go before I hired Adam Plese. I have sold property in New York for myself and for my mom and also sold property down here in Florida on my own with different agents. In all my years of working with agents I have NEVER EVER run across an agent like Adam Plese. He is over the top. The BEST ever and he has been doing everything for me way above and beyond what an agent does for a client. He is EXCELLENT! I have his cards and have been passing them out to people I know who are thinking of selling their place or looking to purchase one. 2020-02-05Moving to Miami to launch a new office. Deal with another agent fell through. We needed to find a home ASAP. Met Adam Plese. Adam literally worked day and night around the clock finding is that perfect home and got us a fully executed contract within 2 days of meeting him. 2019-11-07Adam had demonstrated the mission to sell our house quick. He sold our house in 3 days with multiple offers and about asking price. Previous we had it listed with different real estate company without any showings. He is a team player that is dedicated, supportive and a big picture thinker that thinks outside the box!.
