Our family has been having an excellent experience throughout the entire process of purchasing new construction in Port St. Lucie with Maronda Homes. Our sales reps, Joyce Hewitt and Gina Greene have been consummate professionals and extremely helpful as well. And their homes are beautiful and solidly built.
Adriana DeLorenzo is the best! Great to work with and very knowledgeable. My buyers were impressed with her skills. She takes her time to get to know exactly what the customer wants and needs and guides them through, making the process smoother. Though they didn’t buy, the experience was good and I look forward to bringing others to her.
Maronda Homes has been amazing! When we first went here, we honestly werent sure if we were going to use them, since theres so many companies to choose from. Then we met Adrianna. She was SO HELPFUL and SO WELCOMING! She was quick to communicate and answer any questions we had.The home looks insanely beautiful. Better than I could imagine!Their lending company and home insurance companies have also been amazing. This company has made buying a house easy. Highly recommended!
I am having the pleasure of getting my home built by this company. The process has taken a little longer than I anticipated but Adriana De Lorenzo have kept me informed every step of the way. She’s great a communicating and is always available when needed. I am so excited for my new home!!!!
My go to at Maronda Homes was Adriana DeLorenzo. She was AWESOME. She was always there with a warm smile to help with the home buying process and answer any questions. My entire experience would not have been as pleasant without Adriana’s help. Her professionalism will encourage me to refer my friends and family to purchase a Maronda Home.
David Lepine always helps me when I need something specific for my clients. He makes sure that my clients understand their options and compiles estimates on the spot. He is honest from the start and gets me everything I need to complete a smoother transaction! Constant communication. He always answers my call no matter what! I like to share Maronda homes because they are completed on time and the superintendent makes sure the quality is consistently amazing! I trust David completely with my most particular clients because I know he will get them exactly what they want and he upgrades them instead of upselling them!!
My family have lived and moved from home to home throughout 3 separate states, with me living in 4. But, it was time for us to invest in a home that was finally our own. Before going with Marondahomes.com we considered several routes in home purchasing. While going through the process we found with several different companies whether buying new or previously lived in homes Marondahomes.com was the choice for us. With many different loan types and covering closing cost why would we go anywhere else. David Lepine is our agent and honestly we couldnt be happier with in how he delivers us exceptional service throughout the process. Home buying and building can be a tedious process and David Lepine makes it effortless. Being patient and knowledgeable in what he does. We decided to go with the in-house lender which and for us was the best way to go. They also have made us more than comfortable with the new build home buying process. To our realtor agents Pricila Ferrer & Zoraida Rosa they are who to go to for when you want to look for homes. I would like to thank everyone within the companies for allowing us the path to our dream and making it come true.
They are building a house on my street. They work until 1 pm and then they are gone all day until the following morning when they arrive at 6:40 am with loud trucks and beeping noises. I believe the city rules are 7 am , I am calling them next. This house is taking forever and I see a lot of time being wasted. I wish they’d just finish it already.
David was great through the whole process, keeping us appraised of construction progress, delays, etc. Him and his wife were also kind enough to install our mailbox for us. Thanks D&J.Al was also great, going through every detail of the new built with us from operating the faucets to installing the shutters he was on it, making sure we were familiar with our new home. Thanks Al. And thank you Maronda😊
Im extremely worried because we still do not have a closing date on our home, In October 2020, we signed the deal, and THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES promised, no, guaranteed us ( in front of our realtor) that the closing date would be before hurricane season. ( estimated date of closing was supposed to be 8 months from signing), Our rental lease expired in June of this year and thankfully, we were able to negotiate a month-to-month lease but with a higher rent payment, now our landlord has sold the house (with us inside) and in November the first, we will be on the streets. We would greatly appreciate any arrangements that could be reached in order to speed up this closing which has so significantly affected our lives and finances.can SOMEBODY in this company speak with your closing coordinator to speed up the closing date on our house?
I was very fortunate and blessed to have been introduced to Maronda Homes by my amazing realtor Marguerite V. Henry who introduced me to David Lepine who is the ultimate professional and an angel on earthI was very cautious and skeptical about doing business with such a large company after hearing several horror stories from friends who have been duped by some home builders but after meeting David all my fears was put to rest.He made the process so simple straightforward plain and streamlined that even a home buying dummy like me understood clearly without and legal jargons thats intimidating and confusing. No attention to details was spared he meticulously went over every detail i thought was insignificant and i felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.Maronda uses high quality building materials unlike most builders that uses Chinese knockoffs all in the name of profit they also included a lot of add ons for free that most builders charges for.I signed the contract and left feeling more knowledgeable and qualified in that i can refer a friend which i did..Let me close by saying David and Maronda are a blessing sent to alleviate the stress of home ownership and making it affordable 🙏Suggestion :Think about naming one of your models the LEPINE 😆 youll be glad you did.
My friend and I went to Port St Lucie stop in at Maronda Home model without an appointment, We met David . He was very professional, He took us on a tour of model homes and explain the entire process of a new construction Purchase , and always available when we reach out to him for any reason .So far I have referred 4 client that purchase new construction and they are all satisfied .I will recommend David Lepine 100%
Adriana DeLorenzo was great , I found my dream home the same day and executed contract. Through the whole process she answered the phone to answer questions(even on her day off). She is a great asset to the company. Adriana was very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way until i closed. I give Maronda homes a 5 star because Adriana made my whole process a great experience. I love my new home.
Brian Arci the sales manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knows the area very well, knows every single detail about the model homes theyre selling. He is very honest, responsive and has a real answer for all the questions we could ask. We are extremely happy with our sales experience with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the area. The builder also has some really great floorplans and we were able to pick exactly what we wanted to fit our needs. Thanks Maronda Homes and Brian! We look forward to having our home built with you guys!
I bought a home 🏡 with Maronda . Adriána De Lorenzo . Was the person who I worked with from the beginning, what a great person she answered all my phone calls . She helped me through it all. Every time I had an issue it was her who I went to . She’s very professional and understanding. ❤️❤️ Now we are very Blessed and happy and enjoying our new home. 🥰🥰
We purchased our first home with Maronda and we are so blessed. We have told several friends and family members about our experience and so far we have 7 people buying from them. We are very happy and are enjoying our new home 🥰🥰🥰 Morgan was amazing. She was so helpful full and very sincere with everything. Our realtor Damaris Hatina was amazing as well. Thank you all for making this possible.
I have to say we had an amazing experience with Moranda Homes. We were lucky to have snatched up a new build home that went back on the market last minute. Our sales rep Adriana DeLorenzo is top notch, you can’t find any better person to have on your side through the home buying process. I must say she went above and beyond for us, and we are truly grateful for her and her team. Adriana is professional and very responsive on any questions or concerns we had. She made me feel at ease towards the end, which helped calm me. I would definitely recommend Moranda Homes to friends and family who are looking to buy a home, and direct them to Adriana DeLorenzo. Muchas gracias chica!! God bless you!
First buyer home!I had a amazingg experience with Maronda Homes, especially the Adriana Delorenzo, very communicative as professional, always kept us posted, and we loved she spoke Portuguese, love my home! Im so grateful and I highly recommend this company!! Thank you Adriana 💝💝💝
Friendly and professional. Adriana Delorenzo exceeded all my expectations in selling me my home. She keeps me informed as to the progress on the construction progress and answers all of my questions. If I have any concerns, she addresses them right away. I highly recommend Maronda Homes. If you’re lucky enough to work with Adriana your in great hands!
This is my first home and decided to go with Moranda homes. I spoke with Adriana in regards to my interest in buying a home. I will say she is just incredible! With all the stress that comes with buying a home. She has been the best part of this experience her professionalism, caring attitude, her communication, how knowledgeable she is, and how on top of thing she is. I 100% choose the best person to guide me through this process. She has been the best part of this home buying journey. If you going to buy a home with Moranda I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR ADRIANA! You will thank me later! Adriana thank you for making this a beautiful process!
My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting with Brian Acri and Donald Dueben to discuss the construction of our new home. When buying a new home you are typically nervous and overwhelmed about the entire process. Brian and Donald has put us at ease. They are both knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Whatever questions we had they answered. We are looking forward the continuing this process with Brian, Donald and Maronda Home.
Brian and Nina are the dynamic duo! They have been helping my clients with their new construction needs over the last few years! My clients are always satisfied with their customer service! Gorgeous floor plans and tons of included features! You can’t beat buying a home from them! Thank you!
Words cannot explain how helpful, responsive and kind everyone at Maronda has been during our building process. Joyce and Nina are an amazing team and have explained everything step by step. This whole process of home buying can be very overwhelming and they have made it smooth sailing. If you’re looking for a builder that understands family is first and time is precious. Maronda is definitely the choice to make when deciding who to build your home.
Adriana DeLorenzo is one amazing realtor and asset to the company. I have brought so many families to her and she takes her time, explains everything and really takes her time understanding the clients needs. She is always available to pick her brain and treats everyone like family! Thank you again for everything you do for the community!
This is our 3rd time having a house built. We built twice in SC and now here in Port St Lucie!! It is very difficult to decide who to build with as you will see good and bad reviews for each builder. My husband and I are very impressed. The house was built much better in quality and precision then the other 2 houses we built in SC. The house was built on time which you should never plan on with new construction as weather, covid, shortage of materials can cause delays and almost all builders by contract have 2 years to build your house. Also people that complained about the two $2500 deposits, I am not sure how they are going to qualify for a mortgage if they cant even come up with $5000. When we built before it was at least $7000 deposit. We can not believe how great the final product looks. Much better than the online models that just provide an idea. We were pleasantly surprised our sinks were undermounted, the higher level granite offered is gorgeous, the upgraded stainless steel appliances are very nice Samsung package, the plumbing fixtures are high quality. Whoever tiled our floor and showers did it to perfection. I really am shocked I have no negatives. They even leveled and applied sod to the entire lot up to the road, the concrete driveway goes to the road as well. The garages are finished and walls painted. A lot of this stuff is usually not included when you build especially on your own private lot. I can not thank our sales Agent Adrianna enough. She was the best to work with. Very knowledgeable and responds quickly to questions. She is also always available in the office if needed. And when she is busy her assistant Amanda who is also great can assist with anything as well. Don and Rob our Construction Supervisors were so detailed oriented we couldnt find anything wrong with the house. We feel like they worked extra hard for us. Closing was smooth and quick with Sue who also did a great job. We are just so happy and grateful. Thank you to the whole Crew!!!
I cant understand why people like this place. The quality of the food does not equate to the cost of the food. Individual tacos start at $4.50 and include no frills, unless you dont mind paying an up charge for every little thing. So you order two tacos expect two tacos and nothing more. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer more classic tacos. Why are we putting tater tots on everything??? Correction, if you want a boring taco it still will cost you $4.50, for real? I would need 3 or more to begin to feel like I have had enough. Also if you get a daily special taco, be sure to ask the price. I wound up paying $9 for a tiny ahi tuna taco.If you are looking for a truly good taco place I would look elsewhere.
I have visited my home while it has been in the process of being built in PSL, they have done an awesome job! Very clean and fast. Only problem is that my home is supposed to be done Oct/Nov of this year and I have not received a closing date yet which is a little frustrating as I sold my current home and I’m just waiting on my new home to be done to have a home of my own. I love Maronda homes and I’m so happy with my builder, I just wish there was more communication with the process of the closing, and what’s cool is that they have an app that shows the process of the home being built, but it’s not updated in real time.
I’m a first time buyer, and I had no idea what I was doing. But Maronda sales rep Brian and his team explained everything perfectly. Answered all questions pretty much immediately, whether it was through email, text, or call.. my real estate agent who doesn’t have any affiliation with Maronda was the one who initially recommended me to use them. She told me your experience will go a lot smoother if you use them instead of the other builders when we were looking at homes and plans.. she wasn’t wrong at all. Process was quick and smooth.. if I had a better vocabulary, I would come up with better compliments because it’s deserved.
Everything is ok until you sign on closing. After that sales person was ghost .The materials used are the cheapest . Oh my and the paint job , my daughter can paint better. The paint is a cheap flat paint gets easily stained. I’m still waiting for someone to call me since December . Check , check and maybe pay extra for your own inspector . I’m just tired about the misc stuff that takes my time .... faucet leaks, light fixtures already rusted, missing grout and everything is a “because of COVID excuse’
Hopefully, my new construction home will be ready soon. There has been a shortage in the material which cause delays. I am so grateful for David Lepine who always keeps me informed and updated. I can call him frustrated and hang up laughing. He has a great personality.
I pucrchased a home through Maronda Homes and it was a really painless experience. Utilizing their preferred lender they offered some really useful monetary incentives towards closing which made the home even more affordable than one could have even imagined. Owning my first home was way easier than I would ever dream. Thanks Maronda and Special thanks to my rep D.Lepine
Thank You Maronda Homes for building my little family our dream home. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for our Sales Representative Brian Acri from the office at 2849 SW Savona Blvd his excellent Costumer Service, His product knowledge, patiences knowing I will have hundreds of questions throughout the process. My Construction Supervisor Dueben did an excellent, professional job and I feel comfortable and safe to have my family enjoy our new home.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Too bad I cant give 0 stars. Besides all the negative reviews about quality, be careful and truly think about whether or not you really want to buy from them. I ended up seeing an inventory house they already had in the market for 3 months that no one wanted. We decided we wanted it and I signed the contract. I gave $1k for the deposit on an already built home. I was under the impression that if I backed out that is all I would loose. We decided to cancel the purchase and explained it to the sales associate and was told to expect a cancelation paperwork to cancel. Next thing I know I receive a letter from the VP of Maronda stating that come day of closing, with financing or without, I will owe them the full purchase price and they will come after me for it. This is a breach of contract on top of it being a financial threat which can ruin my great credit. Contract states because I only have one deposit I only loose my initial deposit. We dont want to deal with the legal issues and dont want to give up money for free on a settlement so we were strong armed to buy the house and reap the consequences. Funny thing is that their lender was informed of this and they tried their best to still get me financed and they did. Now I go to closing with a purchase that was forced upon me.So if you decide that you want to build a house with Maronda, you better be sure that is what you want. If you back out they will not let you without losing money. They wont even negotiate. I tried by telling them I would give them a lot to make profit on and build one of their expensive homes on. I have all the letters and emails. They said no. They treated me like this in an existing home. Imagine what they and their lender will do on a brand new build.
We are repeat Marinda buyers and chose Maronda again because of the excellent quality of work that is done in their homes. They are competitively priced and deliver excellent workmanship! Our sales consultant Joyce Hewitt is amazing and very thorough along with her friendly partner Brian and front desk Nina! They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in to Maronda Port St Lucie. Can’t wait until our home is finished so we can move in!!!!
Edit: Revising my review now 18 months later. Typically their warranty department is good, but has been difficult on two issues for me.Marondas electrical contractor had received a bad batch of 60,000 LED lights and installed them in many homes, mine being one of them. Ive had lights fail numerous times, and after asking Maronda to have all of them replaced at least twice, Maronda failed to do so, only replacing the lights that failed. Now past the warranty period, I have three additional lights that have failed and will not be covered by warranty.I had also asked for them to fix drainage issues in the backyard of the house in January 2020, 4 months prior to the expiration of my warranty period, and that has never been resolved.Great buying experience and superb customer service.
First off let me start by saying the staff was friendly. Unfortunately thats all the nice things I have to say about this! My husband and I made an appointment to check out Maronda Homes, since this is our first time buying/building a house. We checked out reviews and we were happy. The appointment started out nice, it was informative and we were also shown a house. We really didn’t like the house because of the setup. But we were looking at the next size up. There was mention of a $1,000 check to hold the lot. Check with their lender to see if we were pre-approved and if we were then we would move forward. My husband and I felt very rushed and were told that this was the last lot in the area that was not premium and we should jump on it!I don’t like being rushed into something. This is going to be my forever home not for me to sell at some point. We found out that we were pre-approved but with a catch. My husbands credit score is better than mine so I was told to have him only apply. We were only pre-approved for the amount of the house we didn’t like. All in a sudden there’s a deposit of $2,500 when we sign the contract and then another $2,500 when we get our loan approval. No one mentioned that up front and when I asked about it, I was told it was our money and it was for good faith that we were going to build with them and that other builders do the same thing.Unfortunately you guys lost a sale! I will not be using Maronda Homes ever to build my house.Next time make sure your associates mention all fees up front. It will save you time!
Awesome experience from day one. All of my questions was answered straight forward. We made our decision in 48 hours. And when presented with their no closing cost whatsoever it was a win win. I highly recommend Maronda homes if considering on purchasing your first home for sure
Brian Acri and team are top notch. Brian was is super helpful and responsive. Brian was available on his day off to help us secure the home we wanted in a super hot real estate market. Brain from Maronda and David Schryver of #BourgeoisRealEstateGroup couldnt have made the buying process easier. Thanks everyone#portstlucie #ninahall #brianacri #marondahomes
We purchased our home at the end of March 2020 and the representatives from Maronda Homes and FBC Mortgage were extremely kind, knowledgable, and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. The home is extremely well built and beautiful and we would highly recommend Maronda Homes.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. Our brand new house continues to smell like sewage after using the master bathroom shower. The first time they came out for the problem, they promised a supervisor and a plumber would show between 2-4pm. They never called, and only the plumber showed up after 5:30p without so much as an apology. Then the plumber only tightened the trap connections, and never tested to see if the problem persisted before he left, insisting that it was fixed. Well guess what, it isnt fixed. The whole house smells like sewage after a shower. My second service request went unanswered, and I have now put in a third request to have this resolved. Next step will be a complaint with the better business bureau if the problem persists. One would think for a brand new house, costing well over 300k, that I could use the master shower.
They are building a home next to my daughter. They broke a water line to her home. They never bothered to knock on her door to tell her. Shes been without water all day. The construction site is a mess. They start work before 7:00 in the morning and they work on Sundays. The workmen are completely oblivious to any courtesy to those in the neighborhood. I would never recommend this company to build a home.
My home is about 3 months from being complete, So Far everything has been amazingly simple. I will report more once the home is finished, but for now i can say the following: The sales rep Morgan was SO easy to work with, i knew what i wanted when i came in, i pointed it out and she made it happen without trying to get me into anything else more expensive or talk me into upgrading to a different floor plan, she just gave me what i wanted. I wasnt expecting this, i was prepared to fend off suggestions of a bigger house with better upgrades, etc. nope, none of that pushy stuff from her. it was highly enjoyable working with her. i look forward to closing my first home with Maronda and cant wait to move in! also i should note, i currently live 3 streets from where im building, so i check the house often, everything looks great so far, i have seen nothing out of line, and i know a thing or two about flipping houses, so i know a problem when i see it. So far the home looks great with no issues. ill report back if anything changes, but im pretty sure ill be reporting a completely awesome experience, from my new home.
Rated by experiences before and after.2018 - We had a good experience at Maronda. The sale representative, Mr Nicholas T was very helpful in choosing features for the house, gave us good advices and stayed late after closing times until we made sure we picked everything at the price range we were aiming for. We are still looking forward to see our house being build to its perfection!!!Update 12/31/2018 ✅: I’m back and our home is finally standing beautifully. I thank Mr Tobis for everything and Fbc mortgage too! What a great choice!. Excellent customers service. Ok if you wonder about the cons, the truth is that building your home always comes with imperfections. You will find a few things that you will probably not like. You have a one year warranty it can be fixed.SO FAR, SO GOOD!!!!!! It can be a lil’ frustrating but nothing is perfect.Update year 2020: Just a few points.1- I suggest that you get your home inspected by someone ELSE!!! Get yourself a good professional inspector. Its money out your pocket but will be worthy. Something that we should have done.2- If you have kept things to the minimum so you could do your own upgrades or by other professionals at a better price in your home ( which I advise as you would be saving more👌🏽). I suggest that you do your reno in the one year warranty time frame🤷 just in case as you will find out things not done in a professionally manner. My husband and I are discovering things as we go and we are pretty much disappointed.3-The appliances installed in your home might not be as reliable as it should be. My dishwasher racks rusted after 8 months. After checking the model online, it is not really recommended by users and have similar complaints. Took me months to have a replacement. I think its fair to say keep it stainless steel!4- You wont always be helped by them sad but true! They wont!!!Glad for the experiences as first time homebuyers, no regrets! Just lessons😏
We had a fabulous experience at Maronda Homes. Lesleigh was so knowledgeable, honest, and approachable; she made the process very fluid. We have stayed informed of everything and so happy with the progress. We cant wait to be in our house in just a few short months! I highly recommend Maronda Homes.
Price shown does not include land which is stupid, its best to have your own land to build on at a cheaper cost, then have Maronda Homes build on it. Its understandable that you have to pay for upgrades toward purchasing your home. But, I look forward to doing business with them soon
My husband & I were originally working with our realtor looking for rental homes in the PSL area however, after deep consideration we decided it was worth the investment to just go ahead and purchase vs renting. Our realtor showed us many pre-owned homes in the market which was ok but with that came much more concerns therefore, those conversations led to building. We were introduced to many builders/ model Homes in the area but the one that caught our eyes was Maronda ( Sierra V Model). We were provided with all options in building our home to our preference & budget of course. They covered all closing costs when using their preferred lender (FBC Mortage) & gave us upgrade credits for our home. Some take aways were that, as a first time home buyer, the language that is used all across seems like jargon & it felt very frustrating asking multiple sources for help and clarification at times because they keep you in the dark with certain milestones , we were told that during the permit phase it was expected that we were not going to hear from anyone for about 3-4 months which was the longest .The home was built in a timely fashion however, our new building contractor was extremely rude and would rush us when we came to both our walk throughs. He said we were being picky and that realistically some things that needed repair weren’t going to be repaired. I don’t care what he said , as a customer we are paying every dollar for our home and sense Maronda states that they strive for perfection then we expect the most from them. In terms of the Lender FBC, the experience was rough & I don’t want to go into details but overall our Loan Originator Debra Clark worked a miracle for us & we could not be happier. Now we’re in our home and to be humble the experience was worth the havoc and stress.
Everyone that worked with us during the home purchase process was very helpful, very responsive to whatever questions we had and very professional. They made sure we understood everything with the process of purchasing. We highly recommend this business to our friends and family.
Love my Maronda Homes, I wasn’t sure what builder to go with, when I met Adriana I realized the value Maronda had as well as knowing that if Adriana was going to be by my side in such an important process I couldn’t go wrong, Adriana it’s extremely knowledgeable and professional, she always answers her phone and kept me informed trough the building of my home, I was not in Port Saint Lucie and Adriana would take pictures and send them to me that way I could see the progress, she always guided me and told me how Maronda really cares about their buyers and builds an outstanding product, very happy with my home, my new home it’s gorgeous amazing quality, Adriana made a huge difference, I hope Maronda really appreciates Adriana as much as I did as well as the superintendent in charge of my home, I wish I could give 10 stars!!!, thank you Maronda, William the superintendent and Adriana.
Excellent experience with Maronda and its representatives, our house is beautiful. Only thing I would caution is working with their lender, FBC. Their communication was poor, they were non responsive and they didnt explain anything well. I would not recommend using FBC as your lender.
Adriana was the best sales person I met, I went to many builders, wow there is so many now, she really knew everything about Maronda Homes and was very easy to understand the process to purchase a new home with Maronda, not ready to purchase yet but when I do I am going straight to Adriana at the Bayshore Model for Maronda Homes, I want to build a Livorno but waiting for the perfect location for me and my family.
Joyce made my buying experience a pleasure she was always there to answer questions even when she went on vacation she made herself available she helped me pick colors and also gave me her opinion which I appreciated I would defiantly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a house I love my new Sierra house
Ms. Lesleigh Tobis is an awesome rep!!! We are working with her from LA, CA and it is just as if we are right in PT ST LUCIE daily. She is faithful to her promises to do exactly what she says she will do and she goes above and beyond to ensure our participation in the process as much as humanly possible!!We, the Harpers, feel so blessed and favored to be connected to a builder that offers quality, competitiveness, and long-term warranties backed by caring and supportive staff who extend themselves beyond EST time zone to accompany our needs.WE CANT WAIT FOR THE FINAL DANCE TO HOLD THE KEYS TO OUR DREAM HOME AS WE MAKE OUR WAY BACK TO SOUTH FLORIDA TO RETIRE!!!TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!THIS IS THE LORDS DOING; AND IT IS MARVELOUS IN OUR EYES (PS. 118:23).FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU, DECLARES THE LORD, PLANS TO PROSPER YOU AND NOT TO HARM YOU, PLANS TO GIVE YOU HOPE AND A FUTURE (JER. 29:11).
THE BEST EXPIRENCE EVER HABDS DOWN SMOOTH SALING ALL THE WAY FRON START TO FINISH. I AM VERY HANDS ON SO I WAS ONSITE ALMOST EVERYDAY WITH NOT ISSUES AND ALL QUESTION WAS ANSWERED IF I HAD ANY. CLOSING WAS FAIRLY FAST AND SIMPLE FORWORD.MOVEIN AND I HAD QUESTION AND IT WAS NEVER A PROBLEM TO CALL AND GET ANSWERS WHEE THINGS WHERE LOCATED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARONDA HOMES.
Definitely everything very well, the seller is super with his service, but I am definitely not happy with the lender, I would have liked to be happy in a closing with my lender, one thing that I did not like is that you have to use their lenders for you help with closure.

2022-03-28We bought our house from Maronda. The house came out beautiful. The closing was done as scheduled. There were a couple of corrections that took more than expected but other than that our experience with Maronda was good. We did closing back in Jan 2021, so happy with my beautiful house. Adriana de sales rep went above and beyond on her service. She personally took care of our inconvenientes with a shower door. Because we’re out of state we didn’t have nobody to stay at the house to open the door for the contractor to do the fixings, however she always offered and stayed there to open the door and verify the job was done correctly.Thank you Adriana for everything. You’re the best!

2021-10-26I am a blessed homeowner of an Oak model Maronda home. I just a had a closing last week and my overall experience was good. The sales assistant was Yanina Hall and she is a wonderful person, communicative and very responsive. she literally helped to ease up the home buying stressful process for me . Jeff( I do not remember his last name) was the person in charge building the house . He was very pleasant to work with as well, very detailed on explaining the architectural house plan. I definitely recommend these two people to work with and hopefully Maronda homes recognized the outstanding work performance that they do.

2021-02-08Joyce Hewitt is the consummate professional within the real estate industry! She knows her stuff and was very attentive in person as well as other forms of communication such as phone or email.Outside of Maronda Home Builders offering outstanding models to choose from, the attention-to-detail can not go understated and is highly commendable. Their website is user-friendly and allows the home buyer the ability to research current inventory as well as available lots in which one can build their respective Dream Home. How cool is that to have access to options such as this right at your finger tips?Thank you Joyce Hewitt for a job well-done and we cant wait to move in our new home (Willow Model) during Winter 2021!

2022-01-20I really wish I could leave a negative star. Today I had to spend extra money hiring an attorney. Maronda wasn’t competed with my home, stating, it will be down after closing!! So since I’m deciding not to close until the home is finished they defaulted my contract and stole my deposit and all the equity I’ve built in this home over the last year.. the dates on all the paper work are all wrong, I have all the emails providing the real dates and proving how unorganized they are.. They blamed everything on COVID, and I’m okay with products being back ordered but I’m not okay with my closing not being back ordered because it’s an inconvenience to them.

2022-04-25So disgusted with your workers off of the street of Genesee, ur “workers” are BLARING their music early in the morning allday long. I work from home & my spouse works OVERNIGHT. This music is BLARING right next to our window. I have asked them to turn it down & they laughed in my face & turned it up louder. If these are the kind of laborers you hire then I feel bad for ANYBODY who purchases a home from you as there’s no respect for the company or professionalism on how to handle things. I’ve tried called Maronda & there’s so many different lines of communication & NONE of them answer it’s ALL voicemails. They have ZERO respect for the communities their building homes around. I am NOT the ONLY neighbor who works from home not to mention 1 of our neighbors has cancer & is home resting. I guess the next thing to do is contact the city.🤷🏻♀️

2018-12-10With lots of doubt about Maronda Home at the beginning, I started to contact Nick Tobis via phone since physically I live in CO. His responses and answers surprised me. He was so detail and very responsive in a very professional way. I even was wondering: Who was that guy over there treating his potential client so well even if we never met? But i still couldnt made up my mind for the purchase until my family flying to PSL to meet Nick Tobis in person. We just spent very short period of time together. He explained everything in detail, show the model houses we were interested in. My husband is a physician who is very detail, cautious and had tons of questions and was not easy to deal with. But Nick even was able to convince him to buy a home from Maronda.Of course, i also visited other home builders around PSL. But I just dont like them for no reasons.I put my faith on Maronda Home through the good manner and the good attitude from Nick Tobis. Critical thinking is the way for me to think. I just believe if Maronda Home can has such a good sale representative, It must has an expensive taste on other things, such as the quality of house. After approximate one month communicating with Nick via phone, I eventually signed the contract to build the Sienna. I picked this floor plan because the spacious living area and two windows in the living area. Natural light is a must for my new home. Again the ceiling is higher a bit compared to other floor plan.To sum up, the experience of the purchase was amazing and could not be better. And I can not wait to see my new vacation home in PSL, FL.

2021-04-26Maronda Homes is by far the most superior quality construction company in PSL. We purchased a new construction because of the design, affordability and most importantly the high quality of the construction materials used. It was worth the wait. Adriana was so wonderful to work with. Over the past 8 months she responded promptly to any inquiries that we had. When there was an issue she got it addressed and resolved right away. I never had to follow up again because she took care of it. Its not often that you find someone who follows through every step of the way even after they have your business. She was so involved in every step and I appreciated her efforts from start to finish. She made this experience very pleasant. Were so happy with how the new home turned out. Im very particular and notice every detail and they did such a wonderful job. This is by far the best company to go with and Adriana was fantastic!

2021-10-31Working Joyce Hewitt was the best experience for us. She helped us through the process step by step and with great patience. While our house was being built she was never too busy for us in answering all our questions. Our closing also went smoothly and we are very happy with our new home. It is almost 1 year and we love our home. Thank You
