He kept us updated through great communication and was very knowledgeable. Even after we closed and moved in- he provided amazing resources for services in our new neighborhood. 2022-04-12The best realty team hands down. Mark and Kaitlyn helped us secure our first home before interest rates really started to increase. We had all the confidence in them to create a smooth process when it comes to buying a home. They both were always available to answer any questions and their service provided was second to none. They also never stop working for YOU. They would stay up late at night to modify documents to make sure everything was in place. They are very knowledgeable about the industry which helped save us some money during the home buying process. 10/10 would recommend when buying or selling a home!

2022-01-10Mark is a younger guy with old school values. He pays attention to detail, and is helpful in every way possible. He constantly goes over and above to insure his clients needs are met. He is honest and dependable and has attended to our needs in trying to find a property from 1200 miles away. He is never more than a phone call away. 2022-04-20We would like to highly recommend Mark Naumovitz as the realtor of choice for the purchase of your next home. After relocating from Maryland, we had a general idea of where in Florida we wanted to live. Mark was able to take our wish list and show us properties that fit that list which allowed us to quickly pinpoint where we wanted to settle. During showings, Mark was able to point out the benefits and concerns of each property. Mark is also personally connected with many realtors which allowed scheduling of quick showings. Most important, Mark knew how to close the deal on the house we wanted. We are purchasing our dream home and we cannot thank Mark enough!

2022-03-15Mark made buying a home in this crazy market a breeze. He was persistent and went above and beyond for me to get me in the perfect home. 2022-06-16I just bought a condo in Fort Pierce with the help of Mark Naumovitz. The first time I talked to him I knew he would be the right agent for me and he was. Since I lived in New Jersey I asked him not to give up on me and he didnt. He knew the area and what I wanted. He was always available for me on short notice and always returned my calls/text know matter what time I tried to reach him. The good news is I got what I wanted and would use him again anytime. If you want someone who cares he is the one. I am very happy.

2022-03-08Best Realty Team EVER!!!! I needed to relocate across the state with my 86 year old mother and the timing of our sales had to be perfect in order to combine funds to purchase a home together and not only did our homes sell only one week apart but Mark and his amazingly talented wife, Kaitlyn, helped me in every possible way they could to get my home ready for sale.
