2022-05-27Corey Giuffre was more than helpful in finding me an apartment in Ft Lauderdale. Even though I was hundreds of miles away, he was able to step in and act on my behalf to check the apartment for any blemishes and communicate with the landlord. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find a great apartment that fit right in my price range! It was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. Cannot recommend him enough!

2020-07-13We found this realtor to be remarkably involved in helping us as the buyer. We took several months to make a decision and each time we wanted to look at one of their listings they were available, patient and very knowledgeable. We were surprised at how much they knew off the top of their heads.We moved from another state and knew no one in the area. The people from Post and Post introduced us to community services and people in our building as a way to get us connected to our new environment. In short time we felt at home, thanks to their commitment to getting us connected. And although the transaction was long ago, they have stayed in touch with us to ensure that we were happy with our home and that we knew where to go for various local suppliers and services. Every one of their recommendations, from local restaurants to hair salons have proven to be the best. We are grateful to have met several of the staff from this company and we know that should we ever purchase another home or sell ours, we will certainly use this firm.

2020-10-20Dan Post and Debra Post are excellent realtors. They listed, showed and closed our condo. They were knowledgeable and always available to assist us in the entire process. We definitely recommend them.

2020-07-03I would recommend to never have any business with this broker and especially if you want to sell your property.I personally have had an awful experience with them.I hired them to sell my apartment in L’Hermitage in May 2019.It became obvious that these people were holding my apartment since December 2019 for their buyer with a low offer knowing my financial situation and waiting till my financial situation collapse completely to persuade me to accept this low offer.In over a year I have gotten only one offer which was very low.I have not received marketing report from them despite my multiple requests.Ive gotten it only once after my attorney got involved soon after I accepted the offer and only after I accepted the offer is when my attorney found out they represented the buyer in this deal as well.They refused to lower their commission and completely disappeared after I addressed that issue with them.I had zero communication with them ever since that.My mistake was to think they would represent my interests only because I’m paying them huge money and they are my neighbors so I trusted them.My advice would be to Never trust this company no matter how much money you pay them.You should be aware that they would without letting you know take all possible time to find their own buyer to take all the commission to themselves.At least this is exactly what has happened to me.They do not know anything about dignity trust and professional ethics.
