Kevin, your companys slogan should be One Call Thats All! Unlike some of your competitors, you didnt wave me aside just because I didnt call from a big lender, and I really respect that. The turn around time exceeded my expectations and you accomplished in just a few days what other companies told me should more than a week or so. I also want to thank you for your prompt communication responses and attention to detail. The time you took to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions certainly did not go unnoticed. You should be congratulated on your professionalism and dedication to serving our community. I will gladly recommend your company at every opportunity!

2022-08-22Mr. Silver provided a date-of-death as well as a current market appraisal of a property owned by a late family member. I was happy with his quick communication and the final reports were just what we needed for probate. Thank you!

2022-01-04I dont recommend Mr. Silver as an appraiser. He was hired to appraise my house, however, his report was full of errors, and far from reality. It looks like he may have confused my house with a different one. He met me, my wife and even my cats while living in the house, and yet he checked off the house as unoccupied/vacant :( Did he think we are ghosts?! . He claimed that the house did not have any updates for the past 15 years where we made at least 5 major updates including new roof, new flooring, porch, New Granit Countertop, New Appliances, Painting etc..his report was also full of mistakes. & when he was approached about these mistakes to fix them, he refused. I would not trust him as an appraiser or hire him.In response to the reply of Mr. Silver below.Mr. Silver you did not correct anything in the report. It is one thing to make a mistake but lying is totally out of character. You caused me and my family a great deal of stress during the holidays for whatever motive you have. You also cost us over 16K. Im still wandering why you did this.You thought I will not get a copy of the report. I still have the final report I Thank FOIA for that.

2021-04-02Kevin with Premier Appraisal was very professional, responded to my emails within 24 hours, and scheduled my appraisal for the following week. The appraisal was detailed with photos, appropriate comps within half mile radius (in same neighborhood), and detailed notes. I would highly recommend Premier Appraisal.

2019-08-11My family is extremely impressed with not only the professionalism and expertise exhibited by Mr. Silver, but also his personable approach to customer service. Kevin went out of his way to explain the process, as well as provide the opportunity to follow-up when we had questions. Although my sales agent advised against an independent home valuation, we thought it may give us a true prospective of what was really going on. The home appraisal was very detailed and comprehensive, AND provided the most value in our real estate transaction!Kevin came out on short notice to measure a new home we were in the process of purchasing. We wanted someone that was not associated with my lender or sales agent or what the builders & lender call “approved”. We wanted an independent appraiser since the lender was connected to my builder and sales agent. I was a first time home buyer and this appraisal helped me negotiate to the actual value of our home. After going though this process, I strongly recommend an independent home appraisal if your builder or sales agent has approved lenders, as those lenders likely have approved appraisers. We were actually able to negotiate enough to furnish our new home. We are also forever grateful to our friends for recommending getting an independent home appraisal prior to closing. We will definitely have an independent UNBIASED home valuation the next time we purchase a home. We can’t thank you enough!

2020-07-08One of the easiest parts of my home buying purchase was working with Premier Appraisal Services! My friend suggested them, and I was glad I chose them! 2021-04-07Appraisal was scheduled in a timely manner and carried out professionally. Questions were answered in language I could understand clearly. Although there was a slight delay in receiving the results it in no way effected the outcome. Choosing Premier Appraisal Services resulted in a completely satisfying experience.
