Dr.Melissa Chester is an amazing instructor! She teaches in a way that everyone can understand! I went to a different real estate school prior & wasn’t sure what I learned or how to take the test. Of course I compare the two schools & this school blows the school I went to out of the water & it was half the price!

First of all this wasnt my first time taking the class. Dr. Melissa was so helpful in her teaching method. She explained in the way it was easy for me to understand. I am super excited about taking her class. She teach how to conceptualize the problems. Shes the BEST!!!

I didnt have an experience, called left a message and no one has even attempted to call me back.
They are unprofessional, it took me 5 days to actually speak with someone regarding my retest, and when I did get someone they gave me the wrong date, and now its been well over 30 days since I should have retook my retest, and they never answer the phones..

2021-09-22Dr Chest is the best. Thank you so much Dr for making things so much easier to understand rather than just having us read a book. She gives real life explanation to help you understand what she’s trying to explain so you can better relate to it, and understand it! I passed my exam today, and couldn’t be happier. I will deff be recommending anyone I know that wants to get into real estate to this class.

2020-11-27I honestly cannot say enough good things about this school. If you have an opportunity to take Dr. Chesters class, its a MUST!! She is such a knowledgeable instructor, but she breaks down the information in a way that is easy to understand and relatable to everyday life. I am in no way a fan of math, however, Dr. Chester made it simple to remember formula’s and complete equations. Trust me when I say you could not ask for a better instructor. She REALLY, truly wants her students to succeed because she is passionate about what she does. The Google reviews are what drew me to take the class with Premier Coast Realty, but Dr. Chester is the reason I KNOW I can be successful in real estate!!!

2021-03-04Dr. Chester is by far the BEST teacher I have EVER had from elementary school all the way through college. The class is a lot of information in 7 days but she simplified everything & made it easy to conceputalize. If you are wanting to get your realestate licesne and looking for a course this is the place to go! Just listen to her and trust her teaching methods and you will be successful.

It’s definitely a lot of information to take in but if it’s something you really want you’ll do what’s necessary and I’m just getting started. 2019-08-23Honestly I don’t know where to start, first I’ll start with saying this is by far the BEST Real Estate School EVER! I’ve taken Watson Class because of the “name” but left still feeling unsure. Dr Chester has been a true blessing & I truly Thank God for her, not only have a passed her class feeling confident & ready to enter into another chapter of my career but also grateful to have experience her skill of teaching. By far the Best Instructor not only does she teaches EVERYTHING you’ll need but makes it easy to conceptually‼️ If you’re looking for a school Premier Coast is more than just a school but a life changing experience!
