I am a new Realtor and had my first closing on August 3, 2017. The deal could go down in history as being one of the most incredible roller coaster rides in real estate history. I started working with my buyer in March. As soon as we got connected, I introduced her to Glenn Midnet with Premier Mortgage Consultants. I could not have asked for a better business partner in this deal than Glenn. He was there every step of the way.Because we did an FHA loan on a tight budget, there was a lot of vetting to do. Glenn was always available to pull up the properties and work with my buyer on affordability including the price of the house, taxes and insurance. After 5 months, 16 viewings and 2 offers, we finally found the perfect home for our buyer.Financing was a challenge, and we had to extend the closing date 7 times. Glenn was such an incredible help with all parties. He was excellent with explaining to all parties involved what was going on. He spent many hours on the phone with the lender, listing agent, seller, buyer and even the title company. Glenn really went above and beyond to help make the deal happen.As a Realtor, it is my job to turn the dream of owning a home a reality for my customers. Getting a jumbo loan is harder than ever to get. I called two other mortgage companies that Ive got over 10 mortgages with in the past 5 years that couldnt help me. I want to thank Glenn from Premier Mortgage Consultants & the hard work that he did to help me close my new $875,000 waterfront home in Key West!!! Because of Glenns expertise I currently have that home under contract for $1.4mil I had a couple medical bills that insurance didnt cover that affected my score log. Glenn @ Premier Mortgage provides me with Great customer service going Above & Beyond that of your Average Good Mortgage Broker. The Biggest thing that I have to give this Exceptional rating on is that he will Answer his phone... And when he cannot due to being on a previous call or in a Client meeting, he calls me back.... Even on WEEKENDS and EVENINGS!!!! He has never complained when I have had to call on a Sunday evening.How many Mortgage brokers out there actually answer their phone after 4:59 pm on Friday? If you have a Client that needs assistance you usually have to wait until the following Monday. Not with Premier Mortgage and Not with Glenn as your Personal Mortgage Consultant. He will work for you.I can remember making calls to other companies over and over and sitting by the phone waiting for a response and never getting one. I dont do that anymore. I highly recommend Premier Mortgage and particularly Glenn Midnet! He made getting a VA mortgage seem simp,e and was there through every step. Glen and his staff was awesome, with my last client that I was attempting to get into a home. Glen worked tirelessly and I am sure he probably put a couple of his other customers in second place to mine. When myself or my customer had a question, Glen was quick with an answer and if he didnt have one he researched and found an answer, the customer was not an easy approval but Glen I feel left no stone unturned in finding solutions for my customer, even contacting the underwriter to keep me and my customer informed at every step, even at times it seemed that he would head off the problem before it became a major problem. I will definitely recommend any customer I have to utilize his services without question, Glen helps to make sense of the mortgage industry, that is so complex, he is also very up front with you at the beginning of the process, yet he will work tirelessly to help until it becomes obvious that it will not be beneficial for any one. Spec house loans are much harder to get than they used to be. Premier Mortgage Consultants is by far the best company in Cape Coral. I wasted 60 days with two other companies. Glenn closed all three, for just 20% down each. I see why they have A+ rating with the BBB.

Glenn and PMC came highly recommended. After working with him I can see why. He is a master of his craft and a true professional. They had answers almost immediately which left little doubt that he was taking care of business for me. He returned calls immediately sometimes after hours. My realtor warned me to stay on top of the mortgage broker. He warned if the deal is going to hit a snag it’ll be his fault. So I did. I bothered them weekly about where things stood. Not only where they fully prepared to close on the date needed they were ready weeks in advance. My realtor who had never met Glenn or dealt with PMC said PMC was the best he has ever dealt with as well. I cannot recommend Glenn and PMC high enough. 5 Stars doesn’t cut it. 2020-01-10What a great experience! I am Italian and moved to Florida this year with the idea of buying a house. Being at a distance, I started to look for an amortization program online that could do for me. I found two companies that were willing to help me but once I arrived in Naples Fl (after asking me for documentation for months with the promise that they could finance me in this city) I received the sad news that they did not cover Naples financially. So I started looking for a company again and I came across the Premiere Mortgage: without knowing it I had made a jackpot.I met Glenn and Ian who lovingly gave me a financial statement. After our first pleasant meeting, a series of email exchanges began where Ian responded in incredible time to all our doubts.From that moment my wife and I realized that we had got on the winning horse. During the weeks of waiting (due to the lender to request adequate documentation) we had to do nothing but provide signatures and documents suitable for what Ian asked of us, he thought of everything else.Finally, after the due time, the closing date is approaching; I was very excited about buying a house and starting a family with my wife, but believe me, Ian was more excited than me: a wonderful, professional, helpful person, he is 100% committed and totally immerses himself in your project; I could write infinite adjectives for this person but what I can tell you more is that in him I met a real friend (how fortunate that Glenn can have him with him in his company).
