2022-07-22I found Dawn through another realtor that recommended her from North Florida. I feel like that alone should tell you something. She was so helpful, kind and responsive. She knows the area, so she was especially helpful to me because I had just moved to St. Pete. Buying my house was such a smooth process and I give all credit to Dawn. She went above and beyond for me, as I just started a new job and couldn’t take off work. I am so grateful for her! Dawn is awesome.

2022-04-02My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with William Surgeon III of Sotheby’s to purchase our new home. William was knowledgeable and professional, helping us every step of the way throughout the process. His attentiveness to our needs and responsiveness was above and beyond! He was there to answer all of our questions promptly and booked home showings for us within hours of our request. We have already referred William to a friend who is relocating from out of state and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home. 2021-12-17Working with Tyler Jones at Premier Sotheby’s was Outstanding! From the initial interview through closing, Tyler listened and was spot on with his recommendations and approach for selling our property. We worked well together getting the property prepared for sale, and he and his team presented the property in the best possible light. Showings were done on an “appointments only” basis, which was perfect for the property and our situation. He clearly had a deep understanding of the market. Once we received an offer, communication was clear, terms were negotiated quickly, and there was no drama. I would highly recommend Tyler Jones and Premier Sotheby’s without hesitation or reservation.

2022-07-20Jennifer Griffith cold called me the moment my listing posted early in the morning over-and-over despite my ad SPECIFICALLY stating that I did not want a realtors assistance with selling my home.Ive ignored her calls and blocked her number. Then she calls from another phone number. Clueless!Early in the morning, loud annoying voice messages, etc. I would never want to deal with someone that obnoxious.

2022-03-01Tyler Jones (no relation) is by far the best realtor in Pinellas County and beyond. He may be one of the most honest, non-slimy realtors ever. He is highly knowledgeable in his area of expertise and he has an unbelievable work ethic. I cant use enough words to describe the value added to my real estate transaction as the result of choosing Tyler as my realtor.

She put in as much effort (likely, more!) to sell my relatively modest home as she would a seven-figure home. 2021-06-16When I decided to start my home search I wasnt sure what to expect. Dawn Hulett was such an amazing help during the whole process. I was looking for a home while in another state. Dawn scheduled so many virtual showings for me to attend. She made sure to point out anything that was hard to see since I wasnt able to attend in person showings. If I sent an email or called she made sure to respond right away. In this crazy housing market having that type of one on one communication was very instrumental in me being able to find the perfect home.Once I was able to visit St Petersburg, Dawn scheduled showings in all the different neighborhoods I was interested in seeing. Since I was going to be relocating she told me about meet up groups, and free social events the city provides.Searching for a home with Dawn Huletts help made the whole experience so much easier! I 100% credit Dawn in finding me the perfect home. I am so happy with my entire experience.

2017-03-15Ive had the pleasure of working with the Premier Southeys International Realty team several times over the years & most recently, this March on a Townhouse purchase.
