2022-05-06I cannot say enough great things about Jackie. We recently moved to Florida and ended up meeting her at an open house. Right away she was quick to answer so many questions about the different areas of Tampa. For several months she worked with us and helped us purchase an amazing home. She was very well educated on the real estate process, areas of Tampa and St. Pete, and she was so quick to respond at all times. I would honestly recommend ANYONE work with her because she was seriously on top of it. This was by far the least stressful closing that we have ever had and she had our best interest in mind the entire time. If you need a good realtor, she is your girl!

2021-08-17My wife and I were looking for our first new home and we had very high expectations. After working with several different realtors, we had the amazing luck to find Mary Ann. 2021-10-27Our agent, Mary Renfroe, has gone above and beyond during the buying and selling process of our house, and everything in between. 2021-06-22Dont do business with this company. I had personally worked with Gee Chong from the Tampa office. She deliberately tried to scam me out of free work on her personal home. She demanded we replace her gutters after we blew her gutter out with a leaf blower. Claimed we cut a 2ft by 1ft section from her aluminum gutters. Absolutely impossible to cut aluminum with a leaf blower. She only wanted new gutters and she was very upfront about it. If you have questions I have our before and after photos and also the picture she sent me of the damages caused by metal sheers.

Both Jenna Bye and Julia Fluharty were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable on the overall process that led to a property with instant equity.
