We are absolutely appalled as to how shady a company this is. We found a rental that stated the home was move in ready, just bring your suitcases and Groceries. Being out of the country at the time the agent Michelle Linenko stated that there were 2 other people looking at the property and residents that were moving out on August 15. We arrived in Cape Coral on August 2nd, to close on our house we are building. With excitement, we drove from the airport to the rental so excited to see where we were going to live while our house was being built. I was simply stunned when pulling up to the property. There were boarded up windows, obviously no one had lived there in quite a long time and the grass was very high. I called my real estate person who had fronted all of the deposit and first months rent for us since we were out of the country. This was clearly a fraudulent listing and I am disgusted that the Priceless Realtor, was not only rude and nasty to our agent, but threatened to keep the money. No lease had been signed. I know there are many other companies in Cape Coral that are reputable.DO NOT USE PRICELESS, UNLESS YOU WAN T TO BE SCAMMED!!!!!!

The property management services we receive from Michelle Linenko are superb! We have several properties with her and she takes care of everything as we are in Michigan most of the year. Edited: Just want to say that I think its a coincidence, that prior to the negative post involving the iguanas that the last review was 2 years ago...and now within the last week there have been 4 more positive reviews...hmmmm...did someone call their friends and family to write a positive review? Poor business ethics. One of their associates attempted to come on my property without permission for the sole purpose of instigating a confrontation. And when he left the property next door, he drove past my house, when it wasnt necessary so he could roll down his window and laugh like a child. Is this the kid of ppl you want working for you? My advice, go anywhere but there.
Response added at end of post in response to priceless realty reply to my review...PLEASE READ END..Unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. There are much better realtors in the area. Take your business to them.The iguannas are nuisance to property owners, I will agree with you on that. However, you have a few facts wrong. Iguanas are herbivores, and therefore are not predators of the burrowing owls. They eat plants and berries. You have every right to do what you want on your property, but your hired trapper, was in fact shooting across the canal into wooded areas where kayakers often are. And I personally witnessed him firing his gun at an osprey in those woods. So you need to keep him on your property. Your tenant has been overheard saying that it would be a great place to relax if it wasnt for the creatures. I am an animal lover, for that I will not apologize. But today its the iguanas, tomorrow it may be the manatees or the alligators that are a nuisance to him. You yourself stated that you had owed the property since 2009, well evidently you had not gotten rid of the iguanas in all that time, do you think you will now. They are here to stay. Perhaps now is a time to sell if you are worried about your seawall.... according to the listing on said property, it appears that the sale may be pending. Looks like you wont be needing to worry about the sea wall much longer....that is unless a condition of the sale was to terminate the iguanna population. Maybe I will get my new neighbor a hibiscus plant to plant in his backyard as a peace offering : )

Horrible people.. Im sorry, but they are. They would rather hire a hit man to kill a beautiful old creature, than apply some simple non lethal deterrent. Shame on you, the condescending blonde, and chuckles the portly agent.Ignorance. Do a little research. The common green iguana is not predatory. Theyve been in the Cape since the 1990s and are now established according to FWC. They number well into the thousands in the protected preserve.If youre looking to eradicate your owl predator, this is the Nile Monitor. Find them in the SW part of Cape Coral. You wont find them in the preserve.. Theyre not cohabital with the territorial green iguana! Youre shooting at a species that deters the Nile Monitor!Call HONC Marine about the damage to the seawall. Theyll tell you they cant hurt 6 inches of reinforced concrete. If theres holes, fill them before someone trips.If you call FWC, theyll note the sighting, but will not dispatch a trapper because they are harmless. Instead, theyll give you alternative advice (as will Google)There are many more creatures, much more dangerous and predatorial; not just a nuisance, living on the edge of this beautiful preserve.As an agent, you should be pairing your clients to their perfect home. Their own piece of paradise.. An animal hater is not a good fit for a house on the edge of a protected ecological preserve! We have a limitless supply of alligators as well as iguanas. Are they next? How about the sharks? Do the Manatee bother you as well?Awaiting public apology...

2021-09-14Working with Mark, was unlike working with any other realtor. In addition to his friendly professionalism, Mark, kept great communication regarding prospective properties. What my fiancée and I especially appreciate about Mark, is that he kept our objectives in mind and not his own. It’s not often a realtor keeps interest in working for a client looking to buy land in a price range of up to $15,000. 2021-05-07Lourdes listed and sold out property at full price in about two weeks time. She helped us stage and made the photographer come twice to insure the pictures met her high standards. She had open houses and somehow created a lot of traffic immediately. We brought the property for $195 and flipped it to $220 in 7 months when we needed to move quickly. She even babysat the baby and recovered and returned a lost purse. Truly priceless!

2020-04-07I would like to convey what a fantastic job Lois Luber of Priceless Reality did for my wife and I during our house search and purchase.We were on a very short timeline as we were only in the Fort Meyers/Cape Coral area for a total of 4 days. Lois literally mapped out a plan for us to view houses that fit within our housing needs, showing us more than 30 properties in 3 days’ time. She went further and sat with us and discussed the homes that made the final 4 list. On Friday she was able to close the deal while we sat in her office.Lois went above and beyond what we thought was possible for us to accomplish in such a short period of time. 2020-09-24We have used Adrian a couple of times now and plan on using him in the future. Because he has lived in the area for so many years his knowledge of the Cape Coral and Ft Myers area is excellent. He wont show you a house that he wouldnt consider for his own family just to make a sale. He knows the market extremely well and knows immediately if the price on a house or land is in line with where the market is trending. You wont go wrong using him. His stark honesty probably could turn some people off, especially if they think somehow they know better, but my wife and I really came to appreciate his candor.
