Great North Fort Lauderdale location on Federal Highway. Multiple restaurants, eateries, specialty shops and retail. 7-11, brand new Black Rock Restaurant, Bonefish grill and right next to McDonalds and a Smokey Bones Restaurant.
Great place to go in Coconut Creek with shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.
Larb Thai isan, Einstein bagels, and Black Rock are my favs. Parking can be problematic.

I dislike this place, so congested, hard to park and nothing but expensive places to shop at. I avoid this area...
I went to the Black Rock restaurant which I gave a high grade but the shopping center itself meh! Its not anything special.
I see a kidney doctor in this shopping center. Convenient, ample parking for various businesses.
Nice atmosphere one concern parking can be tight
Its a nice spot to multiple things done and have multiple places to enjoy.

2022-02-22Really good rolled ice cream my kids loved watching the nice young man make it behind the counter. The guy that works there was so overwhelmed as it was so busy, but he took it like a champ and was ever so polite and kind. Great place!

2022-02-09Local strip mall with a couple of high points. My favorite is Press - they have great sandwiches! Einsteins bagels for breakfast and coffee, and of course 7-Eleven for all the 7-11 things!

2019-10-09The Promenade is your typical south Florida strip mall. Located on the north east corner of commercial and bayview. It has several establishments. Some of the businesses are 7-11, Einstein’s bagels, a T-Mobile store and Vito’s Italian restaurant to name a few.
