Quinn was fantastic throughout the whole home buying experience. He was always upfront about the process and was communicative all the way to our closing date. Other banks and loan officers made us feel rushed and pressured or completely ignored like our questions were a burden. During the whole process Quinn was supportive and flexible with us! He was always available to answer questions and never seemed burdened by our need for clarification. He followed up on our communication in a timely manner without being pushy like other experiences weve had with other banks. He also explained all the terms of the loan like points and fees so we felt confident in our decisions. He helped us analyze what this new refinance would mean for our payments, and ultimately our payoff future. Quinn was a caring, honest and genuine person to work with who truly wants what is best for his clients!

Highly recommend! Securing a home loan can be a very stressful time, and I did not handle every twist and turn with as much grace as I would have liked. Quinn however, was a trooper the entire way. Quinn and his team came highly recommended and at the time I was working with a “friend of a friend” and the experience with that lender was an uneasy feeling to say the least. 2022-06-17Quinn was amazing to work with from beginning to end! As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. He offered to send every single detail of information and he did which we really appreciated. He was in constant communication with us no matter the day whether it be phone email or text. We needed a quick close and it was done at lightening speed and extremely smoothly. Highly recommend!

We were told at Bank of America that we would not be able to qualify for a loan, but we were able to buy the house because Of Quinn’s hard work to find us a loan we quality for. He was committed to educating me on each piece of the process as a first time homebuyer, and him and his team were incredibly flexible with various curveballs throughout this difficult market.
