Wonderful experience! I was immediately at home when I stepped through the door and was greeted by a sweet lovable dog. They have some very unique pieces and I found a lovely necklace at a very reasonable price. Customer service is super!!!

I have both bought jewelry and had repairs done at Rainbow Jewelers and can say that I am very happy and satisfied. I found that the owner, Michael, is very knowledgeable and professional, the prices reasonable and the work done timely and well.

2022-01-10Great friendly staff! Beautiful vintage jewelry with fare prices. They have done alot of jewelry repair for us at a fair price. My wife stops in just to chit chat with the girls often.very helpful with our special day rings!!Great people!!

2019-06-17Very pleasant staff. The head jeweler was extremely knowledgeable. Prices were fair. Timeframe was reasonable.I took in a watch I received as a gift, to have some links taken out. The lady working on Saturday wasnt able to remove the pins holding the links in place, and asked if I would be able to leave it-telling me it would probably be the first thing taken care of on Monday. Sure enough, before 9:30am on Monday, I got the call that it was ready. Unfortunately, it turns out I needed four links removed instead of just three. The head jeweler didnt hesitate at all to rectify the situation...and to inform me that most people wear their wrist watch incorrectly, and why. It was a very informative conversation, and by the time it was over, the watch was ready. Total time elapsed, maybe five minutes. Total cost, ten dollars plus tax.I was referred to Rainbow Jewelers with high praise, and will continue to recommend them to others with just as high a level of praise.

2020-08-03Had my fiance bring two rings here to fix some missing and loose stones and they turned out great! The rings honestly look better than when we first bought them. I would post pictures but my phone camera cannot capture how nice the rings actually look in person.

2019-05-31Very nice young lady helped us while we waited for the owner. Stunning collection of jewelry, lot of antiques. Friendly and I think fair. Helped a friend who had to sell her jewelry. Honest owner and he gave best price he could.

2018-04-12Old-fashioned customer service - Super! Went in to have my watch latch worked on and Mike did some adjustments - and charged me a smile. I was so happy. Mike has done custom work for me a couple of years ago and I am getting continuous compliments on my pieces. Thanks Mike, you are appreciated!
