Steve very successfully sold my house/villa in SW 11th Ct. Cape Coral. He is simply a great person and realtor: very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, diligent, with fast reply times via all channels and with solutions for almost any challenge that might come up. He is definitely willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I can highly recommend Steve and Real Equity Works, especially if you are not living in the area (or even abroad like me) and need a trustworthy, experienced and reliable person that handles all for you. The fees & commissions are also very fair and competitive.

Very easy to work with. I was the buyer and he was the sellers realtor. Made experience very easy always answers phone, extremely friendly, punctual and on top of things. If I choose to sell place I bought going forward, he will be my choice and I highly recommend you do the same.
