2020-01-10I have purchased two investment properties from Kate so far, and they worked out great! She was so easy to work with. Very professional. If you are a serious real estate investor looking for off-market and wholesale properties that can be fixed and flipped or rented out, you have to connect with Kate. Her properties have free and clear title so you know its a clean transaction! Real Estate Kate is the best when it comes to wholesale and off-market investment properties in the Tampa Bay area!

2019-10-16I love working with Kate. She is reliable and even though she is paid to move real estate she is honest about the property. I was in Colorado on vacation and she had a great deal in Clearwater but I wanted a video so she went straight to the property and sent me a pretty darn accurate picture of the place and the surrounding neighborhood. I would recommend Kate for any purchase that you may be considering for a flip or buy and hold.
