Kimberly was amazing! She is literally the only way my wife, son Thomas, and I were able to move from TX to FL during COVID. Tony and Carol are terrific. They work extremely hard and always responded to any question or concern very fast. Their attention to detail is evident from making sure every house photo is as good as can be to ensuring the appraisal is done properly. Even the For Sale sign in the yard was bigger and more eye catching than any other Ive seen. I highly recommend them.
We have worked with Tony and Carol on three separate real estate transactions in Celebration Florida. When we need real estate services again we will use Real Living again. We have worked with many real estate agents over the years in Virginia, Maryland, DC, California, Alabama and Florida, but I do not remember any that were as professional and responsive as Tony and Carol at Real Living.

2020-10-08We couldnt have asked for better/more equipped realtors than Tony and Carol Marino. They were extremely supportive and helped educate us to make the right choices. 2015-08-13Carol and Tony were great from the first moment we contacted them. Having been relocated with work for the first time we were a little confused with the process. Tony and Carol spent many days and nights walking us through all the steps and couldnt have been more helpful. They werent just showing us properties, they helped us with finding temporary quarters, walked us through so much of the process. We were so comfortable working with both of them. After our home purchase, Tony and Carol continue to call from time to time to say hi. We consider them our friends. We will recommend Carol and Tony to anybody who we know is looking for Real Estate services.

2015-12-07Tony and Carol are wonderful! I was referred to them by someone I met at a local event who mentioned she and 7 other people she knew used them to find their homes. Because she spoke so highly of them, I knew they would be the best place to start when finding an agent to buy my first home. Before I contacted Tony and Carol, I reached out to a loan officer that a friend referred me to; he knew who Tony and Carol were right away and commented on the positive experience he’s had with them over the years. This gave me the confidence to reach out to Tony and Carol. Right from the start they were kind and approachable. I thought they did a great job of listening to what I wanted and located many options that fit the ideal home I was looking for. They are a great team and compliment each other well. They were easy to get in contact with and responsive to questions. They are extremely knowledgeable in Realestate. They educated me on the ins-and-outs of home ownership and gave me a lot of great feedback for getting started with a new home. This helped reduce a lot of anxiety I was feeling as I knew very little about the whole process. I felt like their advice was always in MY best interest. They genuinely cared about helping me. I felt like their goal was to find the best home for ME and they did!

2018-03-10The Marinos are probably the most friendly and knowledgeable realtors that we have worked with in Orlando. From start to finish, they guided us throughout the whole process and kept us at ease. In my opinion, however, they really shine because they know the area and have the best local contacts (flooring, financials, inspections, etc) that wont scam you and will give you what you paid for. If we ever need to sell or buy a home, we will work with Carol and Tony!
