Ted and his staff know the market in Lee County as well as anyone out there. When I was ready to close up our home for the summer and not list it again until the pandemic was over Ted told me we needed to get it listed again and quickly. I did as he recommended. Within 30 days we closed on the home for our full asking price. There are lots of realtors out there butI wouldn’t use anyone else!
My husband and I had decided we wanted to buy a condo in Cape Coral. We were living in Massachusetts at the time. We met with Paul Tee who showed us multiple condos during a week long visit. Unfortunately we didnt find anything at that time. Covid was just beginning and my husband became ill so back home in Mass I looked on line at listings and Paul helped us long distance. He made visits for us, did virtual tours with us and answered all our questions. We found one we decided to buy and Paul and his wife handled all the details of the closing, helped us get rugs replaced and checked on the condo for us weekly. He even met me at the condo 4 months later and helped me unload our trailer. They both went above and beyond for us and we now consider them friends. Excellent service! Ted and team walked through every detail of my home sale. From the documentation, to the home staging, to making every open house a seamless experience, they made it seem a breeze. Their photography and showcase of my home was stunning (drone videos, high def images, the works). They also went above and beyond in helping with an unprecedented closing detail (not their fault). Ted listed my grandparents home in Cape Coral. He was more than a realtor, he was like a son to them. When my grandmother broke her hip, Ted visited and brought my grandparents food. He checked in on her and sold her house for a great price. He went above and beyond. We have no family in Cape Coral and he really took care of my grandparents. An A+ realtor and an even better guy. 2022-05-31We planned to interview three realtors to sell our house. Ted Stout just happened to be our first call. He was on time, and completely prepared. He is an outgoing confident businessman with a warm demeanor. He walked through our house and provided tips all along the way, even if we did not go with him. He was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor to sell our house. We hired him, and got his team. Ted along with Holly Holmes and Kellie Birmingham were our team.
