2022-03-23Sends absolutely scummy spam mail in security envelopes with bold text RENT INCREASE NOTIFICATION meant to pose as your apartment complex or landlord. Reported to FTC and I urge anyone dealing with a business that has to resort to these tactics to turn around

2020-04-29I found a studio apartment for rent by one of the realtors at this company. Virtually as soon as it went on Facebook Marketplace, I reached out on Saturday (with no response for 2 days). On Monday, I reached out again (via a friend request to the agent) and got a response that the apartment would be viewable on Thursday of this week. I asked questions about the studio along with letting the lister know that I had cash in hand, ready to put down (in full) to secure the apartment for myself. I received no response for the rest of the day. Finally, I called the Realty Blu office today, only to be told that it has been unavailable for a couple of days. This means that yesterday (Monday) when the agent said I could view the apartment on Thursday, he was lying. The apartment hasn’t even been available since Sunday, according to the agent I spoke with today.I’m extremely disappointed. I was very hopeful to get that apartment, despite it being unavailable. Unfortunately, I wasted a few days of my apartment hunt, of which I didn’t really have to waste. 2021-02-01DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS- I submitted a So called “required App fee” for a rental home of interest. I had to call them several times to inquire of an approval - They NEVER REPLIED ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. HONESTLY, A RIP-OFF! I submitted one star so the review would Post.
