Ive been in a lease for 2 years now and have had a great experience thus far. Susan always gets back to me in a timely manner, anytime Ive had a problem it has been taken care of right away with good communication the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home.
My experience was wonderful, Selma was in charge of renting my house, and was always very efficient, responsible and very informative. I recommend Selma as the best realtor ever. Thank you for everything.
After almost two years as a tenant, I only have words of gratitude for this company and its staff, specially Susan :) They were always prompt to any request and even now that we are trying to finally purchase a house, they are working with us, being flexible with the unpredictable closing/moving-out date. So thank you so much Realty Unlimited , you are the best !!!
Worst company ever. they are not friendly to tenants and will lie in anyway possible to make you pay more. I received the house with damage then complain about the problems. They fire the woman trying to help me, and charge me for everything they did not fix in the beginning. do not rent through these people save yourself the headache.
Not cool, when a clients money is taken when the home was clearly rented .. do the right thing and return Mr. Herrera’s hard earned $150.00 application fee !!
My husband was affected by the shutdown and they worked with us in that regard. Even when the owner has been hard to reach sometimes they’ve still kept in contact to make sure the things that needed to be fixed were done so in a timely manner
DO NOT RENT from this Company!Our experience living at 574 NW Riverside Drive, Port St Lucie, FL was nothing short of a disaster! It was truly a handyman special. The place had mid matched broken missing blinds which they refused to replace, AC kept breaking down and was never working properly and the toilet kept running in the guest bathroom so we were forced to fix it. They refused to pressure wash the the house which we rented a machine at Home Depot and if you drive by the property it looks the same way they handed it to us when we first moved in. We went out of our way to hire a landscaper to cut 2 x a month for our entire lease and to brush up the front back of the property to avoid embarrassment. The Windows never fully closed all the way and we had ants and bugs crawling inside the house which they had to fix. During a hurricane they refused to send someone out to assist us with putting the shutters up which the screws were painted and stuck into the house. They wanted to renew our lease but we refused because of the conditions of the property and since they refused to fix items and poor maintenance. We gave proper notice to move out but with just having a new baby and relocating to WPB we needed an additional day which we paid for to move. So when calling the property manager on speaker phone to notify her that we needed an extra day, she was so unprofessional, loud, nasty and rude to us and told us “we better be out of the property” unfortunately family members who were assisting us with moving were in the room as well as my 4 year old Son who overheard her telling us to basically get out. Then they took $300.00 of our deposit because of landscaping and a toilet seat which we had replace because it was a stained toilet seat they refused to replace prior to move in that’s unsanitary. Please save yourself the headache of renting from them because in the end they will find some way to take your money!!
Stay away from this company all they want is your money. This company is not professional at all. Save yourself time and please look elsewhere I wish I would have thought to read reviews before going here and wasting my time and money.
BEWARE.... SCAM ALERT .... BEWAREPathetic that the owner and a Realtor are the only ones giving this dump a high rating here.Dont know what customer service is, yell at customers, have no respect for PAYING CUSTOMERS.Avoid the headache of having to deal with Susans lack of professionalism and ethics.Should not be allowed to deal with people at all.Go somewhere else, any other company is better than them. NOT TRUSTWORTHY !
Great company warned us about the scams on Craigslist and found us a great home. Love their online communication set up.
My experience with Realty Unlimited has been nothing but positive. Selma is always available to answer questions and definitely willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Also her knowledge of the real estate and rental market is extremely extensive and I have found this to be invaluable. I am always confident when I ask Selma for advice that I am going to be able to rely on what she tells me.
They was so helpful and when i had a problem with my unit they was on top of it.

Very well managed and very responsive and proactive when repairs are needed. Ive been a vendor with Realty Unlimited for several years and I am very impressed and satisfied and would highly recommend them!

2019-07-18I have been very satisfied with working with this property management company. I have a business that provides several services and we are used by several property management companies. They run a very tight ship and I know they care for their customers/tenants very much. I realize there are some negative reviews however understand they manage property for owners that if they dont approve of the work it wont get done. Theyre simply managers and if the owners dont pay for the work they cant get it fixed, pretty simple. I have seen them go to bat and try very hard to do the right thing for the tenant(s) and ultimately if something isnt getting done its due to the actual owners not approving the work for whatever reason they have. I cant imagine the employees speaking harshly or disrespectful, I have seen them deal with some stressful situations and they are very decent and professional as I Have personally witnessed. I know I have business dealings with them, however this is my honest opinion after writing with them this last year and getting to know them. I would not post anything at all if I had any doubts. From day one if we had a question or anything needed to be taken care of Kevin and Selma would have it taken care of in a timely manner.Debbie would follow up and make sure any issue was resolved correctly and on time.’The team at Realty Unlimited made sure our home was protected during the Hurricanes and what a relief in knowing our home was as secure and safe as possible during the storms.From day one of leasing, Selma went out of her way in helping me get into the perfect home for the needs of my family and as a business owner.Our experience with Realty Unlimted has been wonderful from start to finish. 2018-08-25We’ve rented and dealt with other property management companies in the past, and I would have to say Realty Unlimited has been seamless to work with. Anytime a repair is needed, Susan would kindly respond promptly and communicate with us until the situation was resolved. The portal makes it so easy to make payments and to put in a service request. We value and appreciate as tenants the respect, professionalism and communication from Realty Unlimited. We’ve been renting for almost 2 years, and Susan & Selma have been wonderful to work with. I would recommend this company if you’re looking for a rental property. They value tenants who respect their rental home which has made it easy for us to continue renting from them. 2020-06-08I would leave less than a star if I could. Liars and thieves. They say one thing than do another. I dont know if they are incompetent or amateurs I have been rented many places and have NEVER had an issue. First review I can remember leaving thats how bad this place is. Stay far away.

2018-08-24I have had an awesome experience with Realty Unlimited! They were extremely pleasant to rent from, the staff is very friendly and of much help when needed. IF any NEEDED repairs need to be done, they were definitely on top of it. When we were ready to vacate the premises, we just needed to follow instructions(not much effort) on what was expected of us as the tenants to do in order to get our security deposit back which was EASY TO DO and we DID get ours back! THANK YOU AGAIN AND ALL OF YOU AT REALTY UNLIMITED!
