My partner and I were completely new to the home renting process, and of all of the agents and rental companies we worked with over the past few months, Audley at Rebate Rentals was by far the greatest joy to work with. Despite being new, he made us feel very at home right away. He was the most genuine, caring, and thoughtful agent we had met thusfar! We love our condo, we looked at it with Jason and were able to get the paperwork and get thru the process quickly. Weve lived here over a year and have had 2 maintenance requests and both have been handled same day. I really appreciate that they do an inspection here and there, because they keep up with the fire alarms. They found they werent talking and so they were replaced. Excellent communication and follow-up from Navin, the realtor, who helped me find the perfect rental for my family. The customer service of RebateRentals could be improved, I was not greeted when I came by to drop of my check. They tried to have detailed instructions, but it was not detailed enough, as specifics like type of renters insurance required were not listed. End result, I am happy with my accommodations.
Navin was extremely helpful with excellent communications. I recommend his services. So far so good with Rebate Rental. We had issues with the property, they sent out services to correct the issues immediately. No complaints to date. Thank you for your help renting a premium property.
I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Walker on my lease. I identified a property in an area that I really wanted. She arranged for me to view the property prior to the previous tenant vacating the property. She was there when I arrived for our appointment. I told her I really wanted the home. She was a little concerned as there were three other applicants ahead of me. Danielle explained what I needed to do in order to have a chance of securing the lease. She also managed to persuade the property owners to review my application first. Needless to say, my application was accepted. Danielle was great in following up with me and explaining the whole process. Danielle was polite, courteous and attentive in all my dealings with her. Excellent service! I had currently been staying with a family friend due to last minute job opportunity here in Jax. I went to look at an apartment with Navin and it wasnt what I was looking for so he showed me another apartment right afterwards and I loved it. I was planning on moving into a place June 1st but due to roommate issues I needed to move sooner, Navin contacted the owner of the apartment and explained my situation and I was able to move in ASAP. It was fantastic and I appreciated his efforts so much!! Without a doubt would recommend Rebate Rentals :)

Overall, not very impressed as a tenant with this company. From the beginning they were unclear about certain things we addressed. Instructions given havent been accurate. When we had move in repairs requested, they redirected us to the landlord instead of handling them. Not the type of property management company I would choose to maintain my home and we have owned and rented out two homes in the last 13 years.
Audley was super helpful and always responsive, which was greatly appreciated since I was moving from another state. He was always willing to answer my questions and if he didnt know the answer, he was quick to follow up. He made my moving experience much more pleasant!
I was pretty picky about the place I was wanting to rent, and came across this property managed by Rebate Rentals. Ive was a home owner for the past 25 yrs, and was very out-of-touch with the rental process. From the very first contact with the agent, Navin Suvarna, they were very helpful, and got me into viewing the property the next morning. It was a good thing, as there were others looking at the property as well. Navin was great in expediting my interest and the application process. I was very happy to have gotten the property secured, and a move-in date established within my timeframe needed. The picture is a property not the office. I almost walked out. Very cluttered and I had to do my business in the, I guess the waiting area, never made it to any real office. You do a lot of paperwork to rent from them. And it is a renters agreement for EVERY person 18 and over that is on the property. Pets have to go through a extensive screening from a third party app that you pay extra for and have to maintain to keep your pets score in the green. Even my realtor expressed concerns and stated she didnt like working with them.

Property repairs were handled timely and approved by the landlord and the staff always ensured that they were completed as expected. Rebate Rental has been managing the property we have in Jacksonville, Fl. since for the past 10 or 11 years and have done it with utter professionalism and efficiency. They are very proactive and fair to the owner as well as the tenant. We have had rental/investment properties for over 40 years and no one has bee better that Aaron, Ming and their team.
We met with Jason Driskell on a Saturday before our move Thursday. He gave me a complete breakdown that day and what to expect through the lease-up process. The owner was out of town, making communication tough, but Jason was diligent in his efforts to reach out to the owner for us and it was GREATLY appreciated! Id absolutely work with him again if need be.
WOW! Just WOW! I just called this company to schedule a tour of a specific property and the agent (I think he said his name was Navie or something like that) that I spoke with is extremely unprofessional and rude... and definitely doing something they shouldnt be doing...First of all, he had the radio/tv on and made me talk louder for him to hear me and then had me try to listen to him talk over his radio/tv. (Off to a bad start...) After I tell him that I am interested in taking a tour of a certain property, he starts asking me very personal questions that would pertain to an application form (like number of occupants, move-in date, pets, and credit score?). When I repeat that I was only looking to take tour and not applying yet, he continues with I am asking you these questions because if you have bad credit will the owner rent to you? What is your credit score? WOW! Soooo I tell him that what he said was pretty offensive and rude. And I repeated that all I wanted to do was to take a tour of the property this weekend if at all possible and he refused to schedule anything without my credit score. I told him that I was not comfortable with how he was treating me and he told me to call back when it was closer to my move-in date. And I told him that I would not be calling him back!I think that the company should know that they have a LAZY employee that offends possible tenants and conducts themselves like this on their staff. Because Im pretty sure rental properties cannot deny someone a tour just because they refuse to give information that you are not warranted such as a credit score. (By the way, my credit score is fine and I would have been a great tenant. I just didnt want to answer the question because I knew he shouldnt have been asking!)

I am overly pleased with the service received by Navin and the Rebate Rentals staff. I contacted Navin on a Sunday, when realtors are usually unavailable to show properties, however, he was available and very eager to show several listings. After viewing a property that I was highly interested in, Navin went above and beyond to ensure that I had all of the necessary information to complete the application and immediately began the renters process. The staff worked fast to process all of my paperwork and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. Thanks to Navin and Staff I was able to move in within 2 days and I really appreciated their help.

I do not recommend these properties. Fines were given out for car engines and video games sounds. If the car natural engine and TV without surround sound is supposedly waking my neighbors up then that tells you the cheap materials that was used to build it. I believe I have been targeted and watched for any violations. They send out disrespectful emails. Thank goodness my lease is up soon. Worst Jacksonville experience to date and Ive been here three years. I will make sure to keep these homes away from Jaguars organation employees.Missing the southern hospitality.
Navin Savarna was the leasing agent and he was extremely attentive and knew we needed to move into a rental immediately. My wife and I moved from Chicago to Jacksonville, Florida just recently and got into a wonderful town home rental we found on rebate rentals. We had been looking at apartments the weekend before and didnt find anything we liked. We did a little more research and found a town home rental and called Jason Driskell and he showed us three town homes and we loved all three of them. We picked out the one we liked best and started the process for the rental. It was so easy and so quick that we moved in the following weekend. We are very happy with our rental town home and the help we got from Jason Driskell.

Ming and Aron did a great job for me! They were much better than RedFox Realty. My home while I was away in the military never had to set empty. They always had a renter for my home. They didnt claim there was no market and leave my place empty and a mess with my washer and dryer missing in action like Larry Bennet did. I had to send in a friend to check on my place and found out he had been BSing me for a long time. Let alone the crap deal and tenant he put in my property. Rebate Rentals Ming and Arron were highly recommended from my HOA and did a GREAT JOB FOR ME! I will use them again if and when I ever need a property manager.

Audley was very helpful with assisting us In finding a house. We were looking to move to Florida from Pennsylvania, and as you know a move this big can be very stressful. We found our home on Zillow and Audley was the property manager. We contacted him and he explained the whole process very thoroughly on what we needed to do to make our dream a reality. After Audley had showed us the house he had our concerns addressed to the owner of the home and upon arrival they had been resolved. Audley had worked diligently with us to make sure everything was in order for us to make our final decent to Florida, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to relocate or find a new home.
Im going to be totally honest. I had no problems with my landlord. When I bought my own house and it was time to leave I gave 2 months notice so that my landlord can find a new tenant in time. However, because of the poor communication skills with rebate rentals this process was extremely frustrating!it was a hassle to return the keys even though I left them 2 weeks in advance in the lockbox so that Navin from rebate rentals can show tentative tenants the apartment, Ming emailed my landlord and told him they never received the keys and I was going to be charged for them. After moving to my new place I had to personally go back to my apartment and retrieve the keys from the lockbox and return them to their office.To make matters worse, Ming came to my apartment one week before I left and sent pics to my landlord of my trash and my leftover things that still had to be moved and stated that this was the current state of the apartment one week after I cleaned up and moved out! The email she sent was very rude. She severely lacks communication skills and empathy and I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone!!

Very unprofessional especially towards the end of our lease. Didnt want to give our deposit back said the place was filthy and that we owed them our deposit plus more. WHAT THEY DIDNT KNOW is we had photos of the entire place AFTER we moved our belongings. Once they knew that everything changed and they stated they would send the WHOLE deposit asap.

Bottom Line: SHOULD HAVE CALLED them from the beginning - The Full Story: Arrived to JAX on a Saturday and the realtor that I had worked a deal with did not deliver on his promise, the house was not move-in ready, he lied. There we were, my fiancé and myself, my friend and his girlfriend (who came up to JAX just to help us move), stuck with a truck full of our belongings and no where to live. There was no way to turn back, spent Sunday looking for properties, we had seen RebateRentals but never called because we saw the word Rebate. This time we decided to call and GLAD we did, Jason Driskell helped us all of Sunday into the late evening, the man was on top of all our requests. Long story short, we found the perfect place, Jason helped us negotiate a good deal, our papers were processed SUPER FAST and by Monday we had the keys. ALL I CAN SAY is THANK YOU Jason! I should have called from the Start. IF YOU ARE MOVING TO JAX I highly recommend working with these guys. Oh and did I mention, Jason even went as far as leaving us a surprise house warming gift. I used this company to help find a rental property for me, as I was moving out of state & couldnt physically be in Jacksonville to find a place to rent. They were accommodating, texted me pictures of the unit etc. When the lease was up, I had a serious issue with the landlord, and the owner stepped in, and did his very best to help remediate the situation even working after hours to try to resolve the situation. Terribly unprofessional and have no clue how to interact with their customers. I have just signed a lease and while I really like the unit itself, it was turned over in horrible condition. All the work completed after the last tenant moved out was sloppy and the place was filthy – they said they hired a cleaning crew but wouldn’t provide a receipt when I requested to see it. Ming, who is the manager is very unprofessional and blatantly rude. The WORST leasing experience I have ever encountered. BEWARE!
Was shown multiple properties that we were interested in by agent Leila Valy. Before coming to town to view properties, there were many emails sent and phone calls regarding different properties and what exactly we wanted. She was always timely in responding to those. Once we arrived in town to look at places she was right on time for showings and answered all the questions about each property we had. Very professional. Afterwards she suggested viewing another available property we had not originally been interested in. It was not within our predetermined criteria, however after seeing it we immediately decided to rent that property in the town center area and appreciate the work that Leila did to get us into the townhouse. Everything from the background check to the lease signing process was convenient and we did it all from across the country before permanently moving to Jacksonville. Recommend using RebateRentals to find a place. Our landlord is also the property manager so I cannot speak to the services Rebate Rentals provides in that capacity.
I am a picky old woman. I know Ming more than tow years and contact her either by calls or emails. I appreciate all she did for me in the past. She is very professional, nice and honest. She likes to tell her customers all the truth no matter they like or not as well she always does lots of extra works without charge.... I can not believe what some reviews say....

Rebate Rentals is the worst company out there. Ming conducts her business highly unethically and she steals from her clients! Her husband Aaron is also very rude, unprofessional and a crook!! These people say that they will provide services, but services are not rendered, false invoices are made up, and they rip off their clients. They refuse to provide any proof, highly inconsistent and cheap! JUST BEWARE THAT IF THEY CANT PROVIDE A RECEIPT, THEY ARE BILLING YOU FALSELY. Ming and Aaron need to be shut down and we have reported them to the BBB. They have a trend every 2-3 months a new issue pops up with the same appliances, mind you after new appliances are reinstalled. We have doubled check with the repair man to confirm that no issues have occurred, and have found that Rebate Rentals have billed us fraudulently. Unfortunately it is difficult to claim your money back, so they have to be stopped and we all have to make an effort to report them with the BBB. REBATE RENTALS-BEWARE REMEMBER WHAT GOES AROUND, DOES COME AROUND. AT SOME POINT, YOU WILL BE CAUGHT AND YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN.

One of the worst experience I had after coming to Jacksonville, FLI told them my situation that I moved from Chicago to here and staying in hotel with family, they keep on delaying the process and by seeing me approaching them daily and the desperation I am,1. First they shown me a house in Ironwood and the relator (Venkat Pamuplati) also agreed property requires cleaning lot of stains on the carpet, when I applied i have put those information as required before occupied (as informed by the Rebate rentals) now in parallel they got it cleaned and shown the property to other people who were interested in seeing, which i was not aware off either way cleaning and also showing the property, the reason what rebate rentals gives me is that I have put condition that is why my application landlord didnt accept and whereas the other appliciant who gave after 3 days of my submission of application, didnt put condition hence approved, it sounded silly because of mistake by Rebate rentals and no proper communication, I ended up with no property, Later Still I trusted them and asked to show another properties, shown property at cronwood, I confirmed on the same day and also sent email confirmation rent was for $1450, there was tenant still its occupied, vacating on june30th and they asked me to take over on july 1st, I did say I am fine as long as house is clean, they started increasing the rent day by day, initially it was $1420, later to $1450 I agreed in both the cases, later to $1595. whenever I ask them the only information what they keep on saying is landlord has changed its not us, they are doing it wantedly. WORST RELATORS DONT EVER BELIEVE AARON, MIGN OR VENKAT PAMPULATIPlease dont go thereSilly reply from Aaron, it looks very wierd, wasted my entire precious time looking at my desperation they played games , I was following up with them like anything, one simple example when I saw the property 4168 Cronwood as available, I requested for a tour, he (Venkat Pampulati) told me we can only send email and we need to wait for the tenant to respond, I asked him if you have their contact number why cant you reach them out and check their availability, he (venkat pampulati) told me he doesnt have that information only way of communication is through emails and wait for their response if incase needed to be reached through phone contact Aaron (rebate rentals), I have to take another efforts to call Aaron and he (Aaron) gives me answer stating that we have the contact number and Venkat can reach out directly, now again I need to call Venkat Pampulati and inform that please go and call ( FIRST OF ALL DO YOU THINK THAT I NEED TO DO HIS JOB) then Venkat pampulati said he will call and schedule. REBATE RENTALS ARE STORY CREATORS AND THEY JUST PLAY WITH YOU..******DONT EVER TRUST THEM**** STAY AWAY*****AGAIN CREATING STORY IN THE RESPONSE, THEY CHEAT, when the shown property told me its $1450 and after we agreed and started processing application, because we are staying in hotel and wanted to move ASAP, they increased to $1595 and told us take AS-IS ( without cleaning the property) and interestingly asking for cleaning is Contingency for Aaron, hereitself you can feel how they are..

Aweful experience. The condo was dirty (no cleaning had been done), no hot water, broken ceiling fans and blinds, BUGS everywhere, light bulbs were missing or were not working, walls and baseboards dirty, holes in the walls, MOLD in bathrooms and kitchen. Realtor is fixing some of this but should have been taken care of before the move in date.

Property was cleaned, 2. one more application was submitted after 3 days of our submission) we were thinking that everything will be ready and instead gave them our rental history and all the required information to expedite . instead they provided all miscommunication to us and also to landlord**** STAY AWAY.. DONT TRUST THEM******

2022-09-20I’ve been a home investor in Jacksonville for about 6 years and the only team I go to is rebate rentals. They get me the best tenants and have great communication between the customer and there team. There process is thorough and always has worked best for me. Theyve rented out 6 of my properties and they as always did an amazing job in getting me two more tenants for my two properties that went vacant. 2020-10-20Our Leasing Agent, Jason Driskell & his wife were Very Professional & Kind. When we told him about a bad experience we had with another leasing agent, they were right on top of helping us and making time to show us the house we wanted to see. They answered our questions and were right on top of making things go as smooth as possible for us. When the Electricity kept going out at our previous house & our son started working on a new project at work, they allowed us to move in earlier than planned! Aaron Houser was also Wonderful. He made sure we only had the best leasing agent! :-D Thanks!!

2022-03-29I was inquiring about a property they had listed, after several calls and requests to the office, the agent finally calls back, bombards me with tons of questions as if I was applying for said property, then when I said I was just inquiring and had a question, the realtor adamantly refuses to answer, said I cannot help you even though HE WAS THE LISTING AGENT proceeded to speak over me while I attempted to inquire about the property and then HUNG UP IN MY FACE. If this is the initial response from this company and they deem this behavior to be acceptable, I would never even consider looking at one of their properties. Personally I am not one to leave negative reviews but this experience was just blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional.

2022-06-09MING RUAN is very rude and unprofessional! She hung up in my face as I was trying to get answers for a client currently living out of town. I know my clients will not be using this company at all because thats not how you do business and i refuse for them to be treated this way!

2021-09-22Was having a conversation about viewing and meeting credit and income requirements, which my wife and I do easily. Was asked if we have “animals” and my reply was no but we do have service animals with paperwork needed to verify. I was no longer talking about viewing dates or times and was told I would “get a call later”.The ADA and Fair Housing Act allows for us to rent with service animals (legal papers required) and I feel very upset that a protected disability has “disqualified” us from renting, and I was ignored after mentioning it.Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and I will advise against using your company to anyone who asks me
