2022-07-16They cheat customers. the site says a 24/7 schedule, I drove 25 miles to rent for 1 month. I arrived on Saturday at 10:00 and they are closed and open on Monday. why deceive people?

2021-04-22Solid shared office space option. I cant speak to other Regus locations but the staff that run this one do a great job. With any large corporate company some aspects of face to face support are lost. That being said the local staff for this location is fantastic.Marybeth was extremely helpful and professional during the sales process. She has since been great with helping navigate renewals etc.Danielle and Michael are wonderful with the day to day. They do a great job maintaining the space, coordinating with everyone and greeting clients.

2020-11-22Shouldnt even post a review but decided to since been sometime and I didnt want other people to get messed up like me. I had an issue with my account. They just gave me the run around and I even spoke to a person helping running the florida area and no one wanted to help resolve my issue or even send it to an actual regional manager or the owner(s). My stuff got sent to collections for no reason and I paid it all off but they owe me about 1,200. They charge way to much from office spaces to printing.

2018-09-21I contacted them regarding office space. I was trying to find out pricing. They refuse to provide pricing unless you visit the location for a tour and a high pressure sales pitch. Despite me telling them I would not be able to go in for an in-person tour, I have received an additional FIVE robo-calls from them plus two live calls. A total of SEVEN calls in about four hours. On one of the live calls, when I said I would not be going in to the location for a tour, the man was rude and said if thats how you feel, I wont waste any more of your time and hung up on me. I have learned all I need to know about this company, just by trying to get information so I could sign up. They are clearly not reputable. There are other options in Jacksonville, so I dont need that nonsense. Now Ill have to block all of their numbers to get the robo-calls to stop.

2019-07-15Checkout their BBB rating! They have an F, and that’s an accurate grade for them. Looks they they have been sued a lot too. This place sucks save yourself a major headache and stay away from coworking spaces!
