2021-04-22I hired the Wiest Remax Team to help me buy my first home 3 years ago. I just recently had them put my house on the market. It sold in 1 day! 2019-12-13This real estate company is absolutely amazing! Kenny Hayslett & his team is PERFECTION! He sold my husband and I our home in Clearwater, Florida, and he was one of the absolute BEST agents we have ever worked with. With my husband being in the military for the last 10 years, we have moved around a lot, and have dealt with several unprofessional and lazy agents. We have had some good experiences and some bad, but Kenny was INCREDIBLE. He helped us every step of the way. He was so thorough, informative, and also extremely patient with us, which is so important, since my husband and I were nervous and filled with tons of questions. He was always available and his office and staff were extremely friendly and very helpful each time we were in need of anything. Heather, at the office, was also amazing and always helping and getting us everything and anything we needed. 2018-09-10After deciding to sell our home we found it can be stressful on our own. Instead of Jesus taking the wheel, Mike and Angela Webb did. We put our trust and faith in them. We are beyond grateful. The combined knowledge of the market and etc was amazing. Most importantly is the genuine care, respect and fighting hard for us, their client. 2016-10-25To Whom It May Concern:u2028u2028My elderly in-laws needed to sell their condo in Clearwater, FL. In January of this year, I did some internet research for realtors, and made a cold call to Gavin McGrath, with your agency, asking him how a sale of property long distance would take place.He answered my specific questions very thoroughly , and nothing more was done at that time. I was impressed with his taking so much time for explanation, without even a promise of future business.In late March of this year, my husband & I came to FL to start the process of selling this condo for my in-laws, which is when we contacted Gavin, who remembered our call and we finally met. He was far superior in all ways (over one woman whom we interviewed, who boldly claimed her superiority of knowledge of TOTW, even condemning any other agents abilities in that regard). Gavin has a confident & knowledgeable demeanor, and a personable but professional manner.After hiring Gavin as our agent, many, many troublesome problems had to be handled, and singlehandedly by Gavin, as my husband and I returned home early April. A mold issue and a water leakage problem caused many months of concern - construction had to happen, with a company that Gavin had to find. Materials had to be selected, again by Gavin in our absence. Furniture had to be removed, a very involved and lengthy process, where Gavin personally and physically moved some items, and arranging for pick up by others. A thorough housecleaning of the unit had to be done, which some Gavin physically did himself, and then he found us a cleaning crew. And an air quality test had to be done, which again, Gavin had to direct.All of these processes entailed coordination and Gavin’s physical presence to let these workers in & out.Lastly, but most importantly, due to the buyers’ agents ineptness, and making a burdensome mistake on the contract, our buyers almost walked away with only three days before closing. The buyers wanted the furniture (which Gavin spent hours and hours removing) but the buyers agent specifically stated that the furnishings were “not applicable”!Gavin had to make some late night frantic emails & phone calls to all involved, and negotiated an acceptable solution to all parties, thereby allowing settlement to go as planned.The process was grueling and trying, but Gavin never lost his cool, or his dedication to this process. The commission on this sale had to be one of his smallest, but he never wavered from his responsibility to us.We are forever in his debt, and my infirm in-laws are so grateful that we found this wonderful agent. You should be very pleased to have such a professional person on your team.
