They only want your business if the price is on the higher end. I have the financing already and Im looking for small rental properties to buy. The guy told me its not worth his time to deal with me because its not financially beneficial to him. Thanks but no thanks Remax, you can keep waiting.
Called and spoke to Wendy, said I’m busy and can’t help you and she said I’m not spending time. What kind of company speak to customer like that? Horrible horrible place, do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.

2017-05-05Ive been with a few brokerages during my career, and RE/MAX Metro has stood out from among the rest. The agents here are all seriously top notch performers and are at the top of their game. From a consumer perspective you really couldnt ask for more, when so many great agents work under the same roof Ive noticed better results abound. The support is second to none for agents, focused on training and resources that actually help you attain results, not just some slick objection handler or new way to cold call. If youre an agent looking for a home, or a client looking to buy or sell a home, can I urge you to be thinking seriously of working with RE/MAX Metro?

2020-09-03So I have to say, I have been with RE/MAX METRO since late 2002, (18 years) that right there is a solid testament. We have 3 locations so that gives us as Realtors flexibility to meet our clients in different locations. I do not know how RE/MAX METRO stays ahead of the curve year after year after year with technology such as bombbomb, Savvy card, appfiles, Mattaport, LuxVT and I can go on and on!!!How many times have you heard, The grass is greener on the other side? RE/MAX METRO is the GRASS!!!!

2017-05-05As a professional its very important for me to make sure I am choosing the right brokerage. I believe RE/MAX METRO is the best brokerage firm in Pinellas County. I interview all of the top brokerages every few years to make sure I am giving myself and my clients the best support possible. The brokers are extremely knowledgeable and keep up with the latest in legal, contract and industry news. They are actually former Realtors so they know what its like in the trenches. METRO also offers any tool you can think of to address any technology or training needs. If there something missing in your arsenal its not because METRO doesnt offer a solution for you :-)

2020-08-28By far the best real estate office I have ever worked with in my 20 year career and counting. I have been part of teams at Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Keller Willams and eXp Realty but none compare to the amount of tools and resources that Re/Max Metro provides! - 5 Stars!
