I was in a tight spot, but Thank God R1S1 of Fort Lauderdale was there to help me find a new place to live in less than a week. The house I was renting for was sold by the owner and I had a week to get out. Lea, the front desk staff, was nice and confident in her agents ability to help me, which was very reassuring. I sat with Josh who listened to my concerns and took me out to see a few different places that met my needs for a proper school district and yard for my dogs before I choice the one I liked best! I am thankful to everyone at R1S1 for their patience in dealing with my untimely move, for being quick to communicate and for being so supportive during the entire process. I recommend R1S1 to anyone looking to rent or buy in the Fort Lauderdale area!Thanks Again,Jenna
Dealing with the frustration of finding an apartment (fake ads, no one answering or replying) lead me to this office. I was told that they make apartment hunting a lot more convenient and a much less hassle than it is doing it alone. I made an appointment and sat with Darragh. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We sat down in front of a computer and he showed me what was available within my criteria. I picked a few that I liked and we proceeded to view the apartments. I liked all of them but one in particular was my favorite. I applied for it and now I am sitting on my couch in my new place writing this review. This was a very satisfactory experience.
Great experience when buying my first home. Receptionist is the BEST!!! The realtors were nice and everybody was just great at Helping! THANK YOU SO MUCH R1S1!!
I don’t usually leave reviews but when I’ve had such an unusually positive experience, something has been said. Nadia Danowska is quite possibly the most ambitious go-getter agents I have ever come across. I gave her an impossible task with a rather generous budget and she found me the perfect home with the exact square footage, garage space, driveway space and in a gated community. I can’t thank her enough.

I worked with Carmen Howard when I bought my first home. I met her through craiglist and after meeting her I knew I wanted to work with her and fire my other realtor. Carmen was efficient, professional, dedicated and got the work done! Being a first time home owner I had a million questions and she also took the time to answer all of them and made sure I was comfortable with all the process before signing any documents! What to me made the difference with Carmen is that she is genuinely care about her customers and she is as excited as you are when you finally get the keys! I therefore highly recommend Carmen Howard to anyone and I look forward to work with her in the future!
I worked with Josh.He was very knowledgeable,easy to get in touch with,& so nice. We looked at places the very 1st day, I was impressed. It was only a few weeks before we found a place and moved in. He did everything he said he would do. I was shocked because I was having such a hard time getting approved for a decent place on my own. Glad we found this place & glad we got him!
George was my realtor, and my experience was excellent! He met with me right away, and was polite and professional even though I arrived late to the first meeting. Im from Canada, so I had no idea what I was getting into, and George and R1S1 made sure I knew everything I needed to know. George even stayed out quite late with me to try to finalize a rental property for my family, he answered texts/emails and phone calls promptly. Highly recommended.
Darragh was super helpful and a pleasure working with. Also the girl who helps pick your apartment out online first in the process couldnt have been more knowledgeable. (Sorry I forgot your name!). I provided my apartment preferences (location, amenities, and price). The first place they selected and showed me, I took it! Super easy process, a+ staff. Ill be recommending to my friends!
Melody Vazquez was my realtor whom I was very, very pleased with. I showed her the style of rentals I am looking for and what is important to me and a week later she sent me the link to my dream home within my budget! She is prompt, on time and very helpful with all the paperwork. I especially enjoyed that she explained every step very well. Can highly recommend her!
Jorge is the best realtor I have worked with. He also gave me good pointers on what I can do to be able to buy a house when I am ready. If you are looking for a great amazing experience Jorge is the one to go too. He will accommodate all your needs.
When we first met Jorge Prat, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Jorge would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Jorge also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.
Darragh Polimeni was a great agent to work with he made the process seamless and truly had patience with me. All the questions, phone calls , meetings were never met with frustration he always had a proper answer/solution to my needs. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him for your home buying experience.
I highly recommend Josh Long to any one that is looking for an apartment. Anyone who reads this and is looking for an apartment should contact Josh from Rent 1 Sale 1.You will not get a better service from another agent. I have spoken to plenty of agents in a matter of 4 months and no one has helped me to the extreme that Josh has.He is confident and he will guarantee you an apartment in no time. From what I notice he wants to make his clients happy.I have had a hard time finding an apartment living in a different state and relocating to FL. There was no agent that helped me successfully like Josh.Contact him there will be no dissapointment.
I called several times and most of the time no one answered. When they did someone named Shareen or something like that answered. Every listing I inquired about she immediately told me that they were fake or they were not available. She either lied or did not know what she was talking about because I had another company show me the same listings. Dont waste your time with this company.Maybe I got the name incorrect of the person who brushed me off, but all else is true.
We have worked with Carmen for three different properties, renting twice and most recently purchasing our first FL home. Highly recommend!! She is very quick to respond to phone calls, texts and emails, and listens to our desires and preferences, and very conscious of our budget. A co worker recommended me Rent 1 Sale 1. Our realtor Darrah Polimeni was great showing us properties within our requirements and budget. He went above and beyond and showed excellent knowledge of the places we liked and their rules and policy. Great job getting all the paper work together and ready for us to move forward. We really appreciate his efforts and capability. We will be working with this agency for sure when we are ready to buy.
Today 06/25/2020 and several other times I have been there to look at properties on a computer then being told we can go view them to it being changed well we can go see it another day I have a client . Honestly it was my worst experience as a first time renter. We had 163 listings to look at she tells me I have 10 minutes to look at them even after her not being able to see me until one hour after my appt. once we’ve reached listing 12 of 163 she wants me to make a decision . My point is have them send you their listings first and see how much bs and delay you get. On top of being told she doesn’t get paid until you sign a lease smh the nerve. Nadia and Lexi are horrible reps for this company and next I will be posting this to the bbb. Luckily I have been communicating with property locators in Tamarac and they have provide me with excellent hospitality and sent me over 50 listings and we have 2 appts set for today.**update** went to property locators the same day looked at 3 beautiful nice up to date units and now I am in my apartment 7/1 do not do business with r1s1
Amazing experience! I’ve been looking for a place a few weeks now with no luck. Repeatedly pay application fees and not getting accepted. I was able to set appointment, go into the office and few properties all in the same day. The customer service was amazing. They really payed attention to my criteria (likes and dislikes). Help me find something affordable, in a great area and updated. They made my moving process very smooth.
Melody Vazquez was my realtor. She was nothing short of amazing! Her expertise of listings in South Florida, as well as her skill to match her clients with the right home is second to none. Being a recent college graduate just starting my life, she walked me through every step of the way. She never let a day go by without giving me an update be it through an email, phone call, or text. This was my first experience working with a realtor and I can honestly say that it couldnt have gone any better... Raymond Fadis was amazing to work with. He was very efficient and made the entire process easy for me to understand, being a first-time renter. I was moving from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale and could not visit the apartments in person, but Raymond was able to very easily take photos and video-record the apartments that were of interest to me based on my budget, desired location, etc. He was very easy to communicate with, despite how far I was from Fort Lauderdale, and made sure to keep me updated with everything and anything. I couldnt be any happier with the apartment I ended up moving into!! I would strongly recommend Raymond to anyone who is looking for an easy, efficient move-in process - hes the best!
Jorge showed me an apartment and quickly gave me an application to fill out and took a $200 money order from me. He proceeded to then wait an entire week to give them the application - at this point the apartment was already rented and just locked up the money from the money order in a 2 month refund process. My advice is take your business else where.Additionally: As you can see from the response posting personal information, most of which isn’t entirely accurate - these are the kind of people you’ll be dealing with. Not only did I send in the application on a Monday, I followed up multiple times with Jorge - only for him to tell me on Friday that ‘he’s bringing the application over there now’ (5 business days).There is no problem with Western Union - the problem is obviously the willingness to mislead people into thinking an apartment is available ‘for sure’ and taking money as well as wasting a week of my time when I could’ve been looking elsewhere.

My friend and I went here to look for an apartment and the realtor we got was Josh. I got to say he is the best😊😊 before we came to this location we went to the one in Coral Springs and also Commercial and they didnt do half the job he did. Not only did he spend the day looking at places with us he came along and made sure we got just what we were looking for in our price range. Even after the first we were going for didnt choose us he made sure we got our place with another landlord and its beautiful😍 He kept in touch with everything we were never wondering about what we needed to do. I have used this company every time its moveout time to find me a new place and they are great! Joshua Long is wonderful and I am blessed to have been able to work with him,hes a real go getter and will not rest until he has shown you everything,and still not even then....he will continuously check the MLS for new listings. He is a driven realtor and truly cares about your happiness when it comes to finding your forever home, or even something less permanent. No service …. Keep asking , being told give me an hour by Lex and realtor … Realtor Nysha wasnt communicating at all .. first and only day out she was looking back and waving at guys . Lady Lex at the office just made excuse for not helping . Horrible service , paid 150 for help got excuses. Don’t give them any money
My girlfriend and I, after trying to search for an apt on our own decided to try Rent 1 Sale 1. We were both absolutely ecstatic that we were paired up with realtor Randy Prado! His personality made us feel comfortable and his follow through from beginning to end in securing our dream apt on the water gets a five star rating! I had been looking for a place to rent for quite some time and had no luck, went through a horrible realtor who wanted to close a deal so bad he ignored all my safety concerns, and that’s when I found R1S1; I decided to give it a shot. I was NOT disappointed, from the moment I stepped foot inside the office the staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly, the realtors are very empathetic and patient and they will listen to your concerns and specifications, (believe me... I know I am not the easiest customer/client). I had Isaac as my assigned realtor and I am 100% satisfied with his professionalism, his dedication and his care for his clients. He is the reason I am now happily writing this review from the comfort of my own apartment in a safe area within my budget in a months time frame (YES really!). I was walked through every step and informed of every status of what was happening from start to finish. If you are like me who’s had horrible experiences with realtors in the past, I encourage you to give R1S1 a chance, you will not be disappointed!Cheers!

When I relocated back to South Florida I had several issues regarding my credit rating and a previous lease dispute in Phoenix. Melody Vazquez listened to my situation and explained to me what needed to be done.In addition she took into consideration where I wanted to live. I was eventually approved due to her diligence in this matter.I will be using her again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone moving to the South Florida area.

This place was useless. First off I should have known when the realtor and I were going out to look at places and he said “I make my clients drive” so I was using my own gas driving this kid around. I found a place I liked and put a deposit down on it. He could never get ahold of the renter so after 3 weeks of holding my check I had enough and went to pick it up. He then charged me $100 out of my check and nothing ever got done. This place is so unprofessional and useless I recommend to go to any other real-estate office. Stay away

I worked with Josh. He did an awesome job looking at potential rentals and sending me pictures and videos, which were extremely helpful since I was moving into Fort Lauderdale from outside the area. Josh was very professional, courteous, and communicative.
I recently had to find a New Company to rent a couple of my rental properties near Dowtown Ft Lauderdale in “Lakeridge” I chose Rent1Sale1 the agent I was paired with was Randy Prado and did he get to work! In less than 2 days my first property rented after it was listed with another company for 2 month and no activity and at the same price it was with the other company.The 2nd property took less than 1 month to lease it was very nice! Randy was informative and every time I call him he picks up!I have had problems with one of the tenants and Randy has been there to help as I am up North for the Summer. He will get all my rentals in the future!
I was looking to relocate from New Jersey to Fort Lauderdale my agent at R1S1 Realty was Andrea Marsden and she was exceptional. Her professionalism was bar none through the entire process of finding a place for my husband and I on our journey inrelocating to Florida. Within a 2 week period she secured a place for us and walked us through the signing lease agreements via email, and the things we would needed to do before the move like setting up a FPL account etc. It was a pleasure working with her and even after the process was complete she reached out to see if we were adjusting to our new rental property.She is a top notch agent for R1S1 and they are lucky to have her I know my husband and I were.
This web page is so difficult to navigate, I wouldnt even bother, but they have great deals on apartments and houses.
Kind of disappointing....not exactly sure where all these positive reviews are coming from...this felt like a scrutiny or another bait and switch...many realtors work out of this office and the answering service isnt the realtor you will get ..you are up for grabs for whoever is working that day...so its just like any other in that respect except not the high profile name... no realtor-client amicable business relationship feeling for us today...office storefront location has difficult inconvenient parking ( behind Walgreens?) waited and watched outside glass doored windowed office (uncomfortably!) as my realtor-agent ran my specs in a creepy private meeting with other agents without my presence despite it was late in the day and my wanting to schedule a search for the next day..He had a cold challenging discouraging attitude Beware no low or reasonable rents in the immediate area could be found here! It was truly a weird experience. Phone agent was so sweet tho!

We had the best experience with this company. Moving from out of state we were worried about getting into a place quick. Josh Long helped us find a place within 2 days and we are excited to be moving in soon! Definitely would recommend them to others. The staff was great and everything went smoothly.
3 months ago I met an My Agent Randy Prado. What a professional I have a background with felonies and he was able to after a few days find a landlord that would accept my situation.My place is located in a great part of Town and is very clean.Prior to meeting Randy no Agent was even willing to HELP.He is the best I have sent him a few referrals and will continue to this.
I have gone through my share of rental agents, but I have to say that NATALIA BRAY at R1S1 is like no agent you have ever met. She surpasses the normal agent for three reasons. First, she is passionate about her job and you can tell right from the start you are in great hands. Second, she easily senses what I was looking for and provided me outstanding recommendations for m next home. Third, she stayed on top of the situation and gave me play by play notifications through the whole process. Before I could reach out to the landlord with a question she had already gotten the information from him and passed it to me. She goes way above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. So yes! I would recommend her for all your renting and selling needs. She is awesome at what she does and I will continue to use her and R1S1 in the future!
Omg. This is the worst experience of my life.Nadia was a nightmare to workShe is very unprofessional, excessively rude, not helpful and just seems really air headed. What’s more is she is only in it for her commission and it’s really annoying to keep hearing that when you are trying to house shopping.Unless you rent the first place she shows you, she’s likely to explode on you for wasting her time.Frustrating and it’s weird that the company rent 1 sale 1 supports this odd behavior and encourages it. That’s what she said told me.
I do not recommend this place. We worked with Melody Vazquez she was the worst! You are so better off doing it on your own. This place is a total joke from the manager to the agents. My experience was a nightmare.First they said when you call them you dont have to pay anything well thats the first of many lies yet to come. I specifically ask how much we needed to pay for their services and Lisette told us nothing. Well, poor Lisette has no clue what nothing means because they charge us $100 fee for paperwork and when we ask our agent Melody Vazquez she was very vague as of what was this paperwork.Also, sadly our experience with our agent Melody Vazquez was nothing but unpleasant. She started all friendly but quickly change when we started to ask questions. She was rude to me and my husband, totally unprofessional, un responsive and disrespectful. I wish we had never meet her or this joke of a company.The only good thing is that we are just renting st the time and now we know who not to go to when we are ready to buy.

While they made an effort to find something for me, Apartments/ condos I would have looked at that met my criteria they did not want to show me because I did not meet the criteria for the apartments /condo. Not too much different but not as bad as some other places I went who, do to my not stellar credit standing, did not really want to show me much anything at all. Why they seemed Overjoyed at first to help me it became let me look and see what I can do and I will get back to you. Of course luckily I found something immediately after with no agencies
I’m a Dog Mom, so that usually limits me when looking for an apartment. Darragh helped me find a new home almost immediately. He also made sure to meet all my amenities, which I usually never get them all because I have to compromise for my dog. I love my new ocean view!!!!! Thank you for being so patient w me Darragh!!

My agents is Randy Prado. My husband and I own our own lawnscape business and we had lived in our current home for 4 years and the owner has sold the house and needs us to move out by end of April.We did not know what we were going to do. We went into R1S1 and met Randy he talked with us and sat us down and showed the available homes in our budget.After about an hour of phone calls and several real estate agents saying They would not rent to us because of our Pit Bulls. Mr Prado who is now part of our family continued to call and finally one agent said The owner would consider leasing To us. We say the house it was not in the area we really wanted but seeing the limited choices we had we went ahead with the process. Mr Prado was able to get us our new home which we move into on May 1. A real miracle worker he was. I can’t wait to cook him some jerk chicken and for him to meet our family.Me Jean

When my husband and I decided to move to FLL, we had to house hunt while living out of state. We were referred to Carmen Howard through a friend. She gave us insight about specific neighborhoods and dedicated days to us when we were in town. She was professional, punctual and knowledgable. Another plus is she also speaks German, which came handy for us as it’s my hubby’s first language. We are extremely happy in our condo now and have since had the pleasure of getting to know Carmen on a personal level. She’s truly one of a kind.

I went to this realtor company after some bad luck looking for places to rent on my own. I couldnt afford to keep paying application fees not knowing if I would even get the place or not. This is actually a great bargain. I paid $100 for the service, and for that, I essentially can apply to as many places as I want. Darragh was our realtor and he was great, he went above and beyond: texting and emailing during non-business hours, always prompt with replies, and finding a place that fit our budget/iffy credentials. I definitely reccommend this place if you have not-so-great credit or just want to take the hassle out of searching for a place to rent.
Hands down worst experience ever in looking for a place to live. No one knows what they are doing at this location. I’ve been mis led a few times as well specifically in regards to the application process. I was told with my application fee that I paid up front was sufficient for the approval process, then come to find out they request the application fee and the full up front payment for first, and security before I was approved. I have never heard of this method ever in looking for home/apartments, so I requested to only submit the application and later return the deposit if I am approved. No one called me back to even tell me if I was approved, I called for multiple days after my initial appt. being promised call backs in which I did not receive one call back. Finally, after getting in touch with someone almost a week later they informed me my application was initially not even submitted, so where is the money for my application if it hasn’t been sent? Then, almost a week later finally getting in touch with someone they told me my application was submitted. Now I am being told two different things... if my application was in fact submitted, I did not receive any phone calls or emails stating if I was approved or not. I have been told different information multiple times, and allegedly they submitted my application and didn’t even tell me about the approval!!!!! I was mis led on multiple occasions and no call backs. Also, whomever consistently picks up the phone when you initially call in is very rude; she has put me on hold twice up to this point when I’m in the middle of a sentence. Very short in speaking and could care less about my concerns. I am not happy whatsoever, and would not recommend this location whatsoever for anyone looking for a transparent and smooth transition for your move. In addition to them telling me initially my application was never submitted, then days later apparently it was submitted which is confusing and mis leading, I asked the young lady on the phone why nobody called me back and I was upset about losing the money I spent for an obsolete application and I explained how I felt that I was basically being taken from and asked if I was basically being screwed out of my money and her exact response was “yeah basically”. No customer care, lack of transparency, I can’t be anymore frustrated. In my last attempt to rectify the situation, I was put on a hold rudely once again in the middle of my sentence and was on hold for 30 minutes until whomever it was took me off ofHold and hung up right away leaving me on hold for half of an hour. I tried calling back, but as expected no one answered me.

We had an extremely good experience with Darragh Polimeni and because of finances and credit we were not easy to find an apartment for. Darragh worked diligently to find us something. He went over and above what I even expected. I had contacted at least three other realtors that did not even do and help half as much as Darragh did. He is caring, kind, professional, and will do all he can to get you what you want or need. I am very impressed with him and would very highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy.

Worst experience with a realtor ever. We came in from out of state and were paired with a teenager just out of high school with no experience in selling anything or renting to anyone. We asked for someone more familiar with the area as we are from out of State. They were not so nice as most from the South are. Id give 0 stars if able. You work hard for your money. You deserve someone knowledgeable in what your spending it on. Dont waste your hard earned money.
Had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman by the name of Darraah (hope I spelled that right). I didn’t rent a place, but was every step of the way with a friend of mine and this guy was on top of everything my friend wanted. Took the extra time to go above and beyond and I was just super impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.
This place was horrible! The realtor I had was named Chris. It seems as if this person had no idea what he was saying or doing. The first day I was there, he showed me some places in the MLS program (i have seen everything he showed me prior to arriving to their office), he then told me that he can set up the appts for us to go see the places, he then texted me later that day with the day time for me to go see the places the next day. When he did that he tells me he was going to need me to go pick him up because his car had broken down the day before. I thought to myself, what the heck he is the realtor he should be meeting me at these places at the minimum. I explained that I would not be able to get him because I was currently living in Miami and I didnt want to go all over South Florida wasting gas and toll money. Therefore, i went to see the apartments alone. I then picked the apartment I wanted. He tells me to take the money for the deposit and the associate fee of 100 dollars to his office so i can sign the papers. As I was signing the papers, he then tells me that the realtors office also had an application fee of 100$ but not to worry about that now because he can get that reduced for me and that we will deal with it later. Since day one, i was questioning how long would the association to the condo take to approve me. He kept telling me 3 days and that we should know by the following Monday. Well the following Monday comes along, i reach out to him and he tells me that they are emailing me the copy of the fully executed lease (signed by me and the landlord) and that the link for me to go apply for the association approval. Wait a minute wasnt I supposed to have gotten an answer for this instead of having to apply? So I thought. I was starting to get upset and frustrated but asked him what it was i needed to do. He tells me to apply and to send them another money order for the 100$......I was furious. He lied to me, mislead me about the money order for 100$ and now I lost the 100$. I had no money for the association fee and had to ask my mother for the loan. I admit i was furious and screamed and complained. The broker/owner, was just as horrible as Chris was. He didnt help me in the slightest and hung up on me. Thankfully the lease had the information for the leasing agent, so i reached out to her. Great service from her! Thanks to her i got approved rapidly and she helped me with everything i needed. I never heard from my realtor again unless i reached out to him. I informed him i was approved in case he needed to do anything with that information. Then the time for the final walk through. The leasing agent explained that at this stage she needed to speak to the realtor. I reach out to him and explained that I needed the final walk through to be on the 31st a Friday before i move in as that is the day i was getting paid and needed to make sure i had the money to pay for the first month rent. His response was that if I didnt have the money and couldnt afford the rental i shouldnt have been renting in the first place. I felt insulted and defended myself and told him he is no one to tell me what i can and cannot afford. I was asking him for a week to tell me what time were we meeting at the new apartment so I can request the time off from my new job. He wouldnt answer me and told me to just coordinate with the leasing agent. When i spoke to the leasing agent her response was i told your realtor 12 noon. Incredible that he wouldnt tell me the time. The day before the walk through, the leasing agent text me telling me that she was trying to confirm with the realtor on the time but he wouldnt answer, and that he has my deposit money in escrow that he needed to bring to the walk through, and that if he didnt she wouldnt be able to move me in. I called him and explained what the leasing agent said. He then tells me that he isnt going and that I would have to go to his office to pick up the check. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! what has this man done to earn his paycheck!?
I have used R1S1 in the past and earlier this year 2015 (Jan) the sunrise office and it wasnt successful. They referred me to this office(Fort Lauderdale ) and it was the best thing that could have happened to me and my family...We knew what we were looking for in a home(family)and we wanted a realtor to locate only that. Lissette was phenomenal (OFFICE MANAGER) but The realtor that was assigned to us HAROLD BEDOYA was the best realtor I have ever had in my life. He worked after hours and was efficient and honest with us the whole time through. He had faith when we wanted to give up. We will never forget what Harold did for us he was amazing. I have referred so many clients his way. The most important part was that Harold made us feel like his only client. When I found out I was moving cities, I was both excited and nervous. I had only a short amount of time to find a place to live, and hopefully one I would really enjoy for the next year. I had no knowledge of the new city, had never even visited it before on vacation. Luckily, my realtor, Natalia Bray, made the transition as seamless as possible and helped me decide which area of the city I would enjoy living in the most, and so far I am loving it! George Prat has to be the coolest Realtor Ive ever dealt with. He got me into a place I never knew I could even find. Then he showed me what I have to do to own my own house in a couple years.

My realtor really went above and beyond for me and my family. Darragh was such a great help, trying to find the best fit for myself, my two children, my mom and my stepfather (who is disabled). For this location only. Yes it was a total waste of time. They dont seem to have the needed access to the owners of properties and they dont have a lot of properties to offer to see. I set an appointment to see properties on a Saturday. Why is it so hard to get in tough with owners? And why cant it be confirmed if by pet they mean dogs and not cats? I dont want to waste my time looking at that dont meet my qualifications. They left much to be desired. Why dont they have the code to the key safes on the door? It would seem to me that they would so potential tenants can see the property as soon as possible. WHy would i make an appointment to go in and make appointments to see properties on a Saturday????!!!! Go at your own risk.

Best place in NMB to look for a rental. They were able to find me a nice apartment in Aventura at a great price. At first I went to rentals paradise before coming to this company. They are down the street but they were not helpful at all, gave me an attitude, and werent very friendly. And they wanted me to leave a deposit before even viewing properties just incase I liked a place. Where they do that at? So After entering this rent 1 sale 1 office, from the moment I walked in they were very friendly and charismatic.Very professional and Happy people. I am a picky person when it comes to looking for apartments. I liked that they gave me different options to choose from. My realtor was Claudia. She was very sweet and attentive to my needs. I found a place and moved in within 6 days. Best part is that theyre a free service and didnt charge me any type of realtor fee. I would defenitely come back to this place if I were to ever look for a place again. They are the best!

For those of you who have moved more than once in your life, you know how stressful it can be. Coupled with that stress is finding time to go see potential places and trying to know every area of the city—good and bad. I’ve only been in the city a year and knowing the area has not been a priority as I thought I’d be staying in my current home. They contacted me (dont know where they bought my number from) . I tell them the area Id like to live they make an appointment for me to come in, they dont even service the area I wanted. I sit down with the lady there and she starts showing me places I dont want live. I said Id like someone a little newer and her reply was you cant expect the Taj Mahal for what you want to pay. I dont expect the Taj Mahal but not looking for a dump either. I hope my experience was just a one-off, but heres the story:I emailed in a request for more information on a place because I was moving down to Fort Lauderdale. I had a flight already booked for 2 days to come see some places so I thought by contacting them ahead of time we could pre-arrange some times to look at rentals. When I arrived at the agreed time, nothing was done. The last 2 weeks of talking back and forth was a complete waste. The only reason theyre getting 2 stars is because Chris, the agent they put me with was able to find some acceptable places and arrange viewings on the same day...but we werent able to see anywhere near the number of places I wanted to look at because the renting agent wasnt responding for some reason. When I call ahead and tell you Im going to be there for 2 days, give you all of the information you would need to find me some places, then arrive, I expect you to have pre-scheduled these things...not treat me like I live there and have all the time in the world.Thanks again, Chris! Ill give you a call when Im ready for that loft!

This office helped me when I literally had no one by my side. I went in, and the girls at the front assisted me and sat me down with Natalia. WOW! That is all I can say. Natalia understood where I was coming from and understood my situation. I needed help and she was my hero (: She bent over backwards for me and took me to see places, one of the landlords was a little bit difficult but she was able to help me pull through and negotiated a deal. I had a bad experience here. Two weeks before the 1st of the month they guaranteed that the paperwork for an apartment i was trying to lease would be ready. I was very skeptical about the time frame but they reassured me that everything would be ok so i gave them a deposit $1200.... 2 days before the first of the month and nothing could be confirmed, i ask for my money back, they said the property management group had the deposit. I call the property management group about the deposit and they had no idea who i was. i went back to Rent 1 Sale one. The story change to the money is in escrow. Conclusion, The 1st came and past without getting the apartment. I had to take a cash advance on my credit card to get alternative funds at unbelievable interest rate to rent a different apartment. I got refunded after the 1st.................. (Reply to Rent 1 Sale post below) ........ I spoke with Shay on the phone after i made my review..... You guys are RIDICULOUS..... When did i admit to you that i im upset about getting my refund in the form of cash??? you are a liar... i paid in the form of check so i expected to be refunded in the form of a check. wooooww... You are so dishonest that its crazy..... My income tax has nothing to do with my review. I was pre-occupied at the time with finding a place to live and not be homeless that i forgot to write a review for you guy until i cam across your company recently. You guys could never confirmed to me that i was approved by the association. I was at the complex when the owner of the apartment was speaking to the association representatives and they still couldnt confirm that i was approved. This Rent 1 Sale one location is terrible. Dont do business with them if you value integrity and honesty

Not a good place to go for ANYTHING. Dont treat their clients well or even their employees. These are the kind of real estate businesses you want to stay away from.& as far as the response.. Unbelievable Rude and Unprofessional Realtor. Woman Realtor had us wait while she had a bite to eat. Then one of us asked a question because we didnt understand the 1st, last and security rule and got a response w quite an unprofessional attitude. Then I asked a question abt the property we were going to see and she answers followed by we already covered that. This among one of the many other remarks w attitude throughout the sit-down meeting. I have never ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a realtor. As we walk to our car she goes and flicks us off. Really?!?!?!? Mind you we are young professionals.

They are a waste of time and they will steal your money. Every single staff member lacks the professionalism and business acumen to properly complete a transaction, so they resort to a shady system of loopholes in their paperwork and overall intimidation and manipulation to make money. If you work hard for your money, do not step foot in this place, their number one priority is to swindle you. It is truly pitiful. I doubt they will remain in business past this year.

Whoa😵 the reception/receptionist left much to be desired🤢. Doesnt follow through, very confrontational, untrustworthy, incredibly rude and, to top it off, shockingly prejudice...😡 just horrible. Might work with a different office but really considering taking my $$$ elsewhere😒.

Worse place every dont know what they are doing so unorganized came in lady had all her other clients paper work out had the peoples social security number right out names, and phone number, ridiculous I work in a hospital and you cant even give a persons name out but at rent on sale one they dont care because its not their information I will never go there again you will end up losing $100 on a application fee for no reason.... the employes are very unfriendly I walked in no one could smile and say hello WORSE PLACE EVER !!!

2021-05-08I don’t usually take time to write reviews for businesses but when it’s outstanding I must tell all! I was looking for an apartment in the Fort Lauderdale area and I was looking for several weeks to no avail landlords don’t answer their phones, or they say text them then you do and they never answer or call back. So after looking at apartments I was referred to a realtor who took hours to answer and when he did he was still no help!! I saw some apartments tagged with R1S1 I called and I was connected with real estate agent Adelina. Oh my goodness talk about a gem! Very professional, courteous she listened to my needs and she never sounded annoyed with me calling and when she couldn’t answer she immediately texted me to say she was either with a client or busy and would call me back and she always did. When we attempted to do the application for the first apt it was pending by the time I sent in all the documents I was devastated and she apologized and was empathetic and she was swift in getting a new list to me with everything I wanted. Even though I was a little choosy she was always patient shared her suggestions to help me make a decision. Overall I’m impress if I went based on the review I read with one star I wouldn’t have gotten assisted nonetheless I’m in my place today and I had to send Kudos to Adelina I will send her lots and lots of referrals! He even referred me to a great lender that got me approved with a great interested rate the SAME DAY I called in. 2021-09-09I contacted them regarding a listing and I received a text from Lexy with the address and phone number so we can come in and fill out some paperwork. We did the very next day. She showed some properties we would be interested in and she said someone would contact us the next day for viewings around 5:00pm. She said we’d get a text 30 mins before with the address of where we needed to be. The next day came, it was 5:00pm and I received no call or text. I called the next day and Lexy was advised the agent had an emergency and she apologized for no one else contacting me. She said she would forward my info to someone else to be contacted. I said sure. Please have them contact me on Saturday. Again, Saturday comes and no one contacted me. I called one more time again Lexy was apologetic. Based on the number of stars this review has, I guess you know what happened… no one has contacted me. Really disappointed in this place because there were a couple properties we really liked and wanted to see.

2021-11-23Pretty much useless..lol ok true I havent worked since april.but I I also have the funds to pay the ENTIRE LEASE UPFRONT. YOU TANTLESS BABOONS still failed to find anything. Here is a piece of free advice from a former business owner. There is a stark difference between running a business and having one. Case in point your response on a review. Thank you for outing your lack of professionalism all by yourself.. also when you set an appointment days in advance, you do not wait until your customer gets there to start doing the leg work. Its called being prepared... Another thing learn to have your people return phone calls from messages..lol your business is a joke enjoy. Thankfully I found a place who had no issue taking me and is happy with a 26,000 Bank certified check... But I can see from this interaction you have completely embraced mediocrity... 2021-08-24I visited this office a few weeks ago. Lexy and Luciano were very professional and understanding. I am recently divorced so my credit is horrible. I reach out to multiple ads from craigslist, apt.com, etc. Everyone told me because of my credit they couldn’t help me. Luciano was able to find me an apartment complex; I paid the deposit & moved in 2 days later.

2021-04-05Troy was my Realtor at R1S1 My husband and i went to get some help finding our new home and Troy was assigned to us, he helped in the beginning took us to go look at properties we liked one i told him we would come the following week with the deposit he told me to come in Monday 4/5/21 they open at 9 , so i agreed i took off work just to come do our deposit i got to the office at 10:30am and their office was closed the sign reads open from M-S 10:00am -5:30 yet no one was there all the lights were off and doors locked. I tried calling Troy all morning he was not responding mind you he responded back to me at 10:15 am right before i got to the office and i told him i was about to get there, but started ignoring all mine & my husbands calls sending us to voicemail , very bad customer service he told me to come put my deposit just to find out the property is in pending myself and my husband were very very upset. Troy was unresponsive, bad communication, bad customer, and gave us false information. I will no longer attend to this agency .
