2016-01-31I had been looking for a home on N. Captiva for several years and eventually contacted Mark and Wendy Muller for assistance. My requirements were pretty specific and it took a considerable amount of time for me to find the right house. Mark and Wendy were extremely patient, taking me to dozens of places over the course of two years before we found what I was looking for. Ive been involved in many real estate transactions over the years and have to say Ive never experienced a more professional and hard-working real estate agency. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering selling or purchasing a home.

2019-08-13We cant say enough great things about working with Richie and Betsy to find a home in Celebration. You wont find realtors anywhere with more knowledge of the Celebration community. Beyond that, they were so flexible and willing to drop everything to help us if we had even the very smallest request. Just great people!

2015-06-12For the past three years Mark has been showing our family houses on North Captiva Island. Throughout that time we have been amazed at Marks knowledge about not only the island and its beautiful homes but all that goes into owning, maintaining and renting an island home. I don’t think there is much he doesnt know about, where North Captiva is concerned.We never imagined all there would be to know about buying a rental home and about the homes themselves. We received an invaluable education that helped us make the right choice for our family.Mark not only gave us eyes to see the homes as they were, but also their current problems and their potential for the future. He helped us make the most informed decision we could and in the end we found a home that was exactly what we wanted for our family.Mark and his wife Wendy make a great team and were in constant contact with us which was a huge relief during this long process. They went so far above and beyond in helping us with not only buying our home but also to understand all that goes into owing/renting the home on the island. Whatever we had a question about they were right there with an informative answer and if needed they investigated or called in experts. Even the questions we didnt know enough to ask, were answered.Even now, after buying our beautiful home, they are helping us out with everything from advice, to helping to transport service men to our house. They are amazing people and we have been blessed by all that they have done and are doing to help turn our dream of owning a home on North Captiva into a reality. The wealth of knowledge, along with the incredible service we have received from Mark has been priceless and we cant imagine how this would have worked out so smoothly without his help. We are truly grateful!
