2021-08-03Robbie brought LIME (scooter company) to one of our industrial properties in East Tampa. Lime had a few challenges because they only could sign a 1 year lease, due to their contract with the City of Tampa, and needed space asap. We were able to work together through the challenges and they brought our building to 100% occupancy. Robbie did a great job for his client helping them get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Robbie as a commercial broker.

Robbie took the time to learn about our operations and quickly got us under contract.
