Joe has now helped us sell two homes and buy two homes. We are returning customers. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market. When viewing a home, he points out thinks you dont often think about. When selling your home, he comes in and points out little things to do to help you make the most money. Just last week (Oct 2019) I sold the home through Joe that I originally bought with his help back in 2012. In 2011 I randomly found Joe when I was looking for my first house. It was the crazy time where houses were selling fast, so we looked and made offers on multiple homes before we found the right one. What really impressed me about Joe was how thorough he was with everything. He would look through the house looking at the pipes and the flooring and the ac, and then he was always quick and on top of the paperwork and following through with open items. So when the time came to sell my home, I knew who I would go with. Selling your home is whole different experience, but Joe made sure I knew what was going on and gave me a lot of tips on how to best show my home. We worked through the small inspection items, and the buyers sometimes over-the-top requests. During this stressful time, I knew I could count on Joe to take care of things, and yeah my house is sold and we are currently working on finding my new home. Joe is the best of the best, he has been in the business a long time so he knows how to buy and sell homes through buyers markets and sellers markets which is something you just dont get with these newer real estate agents. I cant say enough about how great he is :-).
I am an out-of-state buyer. Joe Bornstein helped me buy a house in August 2019. When Joe went with me to see the houses, he pointed out what items needed to be fixed, whether the house was worth what it listed for and how much lower we could negotiate. He looked and picked at the houses like he was buying for himself or for his relatives. He had my trust in doing what is best for me. He was on point, professional, quick to respond with his thorough advices, from big to small. This is the second time he helped buy the house both I and my wife liked. The first house was in 2009. Joe is an amazing realtor! Our only mistake was not hiring him to help with both ends of the home selling/buying process with a new build. Even with that Joe had ours backs and provided guidance and help, no matter what. He even provided us with recommendations for a Cleaning service and a handyman, and they were great as well. I recently sold a Townhome in Brevard County using Rock Springs Realty with the realtors Joe Bornstein and Chris NeJame and was very happy with the thorough work and fast response time at every step of the sale. They made sure that everything that needed to be done was done right and all information was communicated back to me the same day. Everything was handled by the realtor and Joe worked to make sure all issues were handled and completed by both seller and buyers side of the transaction for a incredibly fast sale that was done earlier than planned.
Joe Bornstein was incredibly easy to work with and is a very effective communicator. He responded quickly and his emails were thorough but to the point. We were selling our houses long distance and felt very comfortable working with Joe. He even arranged to have the properties cleaned up after Hurricane Irma and made sure the work was satisfactory. Joe is anything but a run-of-the-mill realtor/broker. As a client, I felt listened to, heard, honored and well-advised. He first organized a brilliant photographer to shoot the homes interior and exterior. Drone footage was obtained to truly showcase the exteriors acreage setting. When I saw the photos, I was impressed. Showing requests came in high numbers, and were handled impeccably. He garnered feedback for each one, thus keeping me up-to-date at all times. I never had to wonder what was happening with my listing. I felt implicitly confident that he would find the right buyer, and two months later, I was at the closing.
