We worked with Frank who was very prompt with answering emails and very professional. We were updated throughout the process from the initial quote, timing of the supplies, when the work would be done and what to expect. We had 3 different quotes and Roman Roofing offered the best price for the product needed.
What can I say. This company is excellent. If you want your roofing needs done right with quality work at a great price who should you call but ROMAN ROOFING. They installed two solar attic fans and replace the three cracking plastic vent boots with lead covers and did a fantastic job. No leaks the next rain storm or ever again. When they finished the job they did such a great jog of cleaning up I was wondering if they ever came to do the job. They left nothing behind except the bill, LOL. But really if you are looking to not get ripped off and getting quality work call the professionals, ROMAN ROOFING. You wont be disappointed, I wasnt, take it from me because I am a very picky person. Most contractor dont like it when you scrutinize their work but Roman Roofing welcomed it. Hands-down most affordable and professional services. My insurance was going to cancel my policy due to the age of my roof and I contacted Ralph from Roman Roofing who responded and showed up immediately to help me out. He told me not to worry and that my roof would be done before the cancellation would hit and he was right. A man of his word. We needed a new roof for our house. We got 5 estimates,from different companies. We checked all 5 thru the BBB. Roman Roofing had a good rating. They weren’t the highest bid or lowest, but we thought they were the one to use. They came when they said they would. Cleaned up after working and did the work in a timely fashion. They were good people to work with, and have recommended them to friends. We will use them again if we have any problems. They get 5 stars from us.
I picked Roman roofing based on their reviews and the awesome warranty they offer with their top of the line architectural shingles.Even though we did the re-roof long distance, I couldn’t be happier with the job they did! We had several roof companies look at our roof. However Roman pointed out our damage was storm related and guided though the process with our insurance company. So the process took longer but was eventually at least partly coveredThe job Roman did was qualityWe also called the back for another issue which in the end,had nothing to do with there work. We had estimates from 4 different roofing companies before we contracted with Roman Roofing. Clint Nix, the estimator, was very professional and we felt comfortable dealing with him and the company. He answered all of our questions and dealt with any of our concerns. Jaime Victoria, the field supervisor, was respectful of our property and his crew was very efficient. Our new roof not only looks great and compliments our home, it also is now up to code.

All of the employees were polite and professional, and they thoroughly explained the process. The supervisor left his number and answered immediately when I had a question. Roman Roofing replaced our roof after we received a Notice of Non-renewal from our insurance company. They did an excellent job and our roof looks great! Our salesman, Frank Sombrato was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics, just straight, honest advice and he always returned our calls. Whatever Frank promised, he delivered. Alex Alonso was our on-site production manager. Alex is very responsible and he is an outstanding crew manager. He kept us informed, answered all of our questions, offered advice, and went out of his way to ensure the details of our installation were considered and dealt with. Our project manager, Devon, quickly and efficiently handled any issues with our project as they arose. The Roman crews were hard workers, paid attention to detail, did a nice job cleaning up, and were respectful of our property.

Roof installation and cleanup was done well. We were very happy with the result. However, customer service was lacking. The city denied us a permit due to eagle nesting season, and Roman roofing failed to inform us or deal with it, saying they never came across that before! It was up to us to figure it out and pay the additional money to get it all approved so our roof could be installed. When we tried to discuss with RR representative, our calls went unanswered. We were finally told the sales person (our original and only contact person) only did sales, not customer service. Also, additional supplies were needed and we were not informed until we got the final bill with money owed above the contract price.A+ for workmanship, F for customer service.
From the time we received the quote and during the time waiting for the install, we were kept informed of the progress of our project, this company has great communication. The work done was exceptional, we even had a torrential rain before the shingles could be installed and the house remained completely dry. Install or Repair Tile Roof December 2021Roman Roofing was recommended to us several years ago by a local general contractor.We always search for locally owned, family run businesses and with Roman Roofing we hit the Jack Pot. Care, craftsmanship, professionalism, coordination lead to great results.We had issues with leaks on and off and we gave them a try which we’ll never regret.Not only do they respond within a reasonable time, they do care. From the start we dealt with Chris LaPorta and all we can say, he went above and beyond to keep us dry and safe.After dealing with several issues over the years, for example damaged tiles from golf balls, the EF1 Tornado that hit NW CC in 2019 and Hurricane Irma in 2017, our roof became more of a hazard. Chris went above and beyond to get us through the insurance rebuttals and thanks to him and all of the Roman Roofing staff we just got a new tile roof.Our multi-tone tile roof looks spectacular and gives you the “WOW” effect. We would give Roman Roofing a 10* if we could.To get a tile roof replaced in such a short period of time, taking supply and staff shortages into consideration, it’s just simply amazing.They obviously have great relationships with their suppliers, which is important, and with their employees. Phillip Marshall came to my home to give me an estimate for replacement of my roof. He was so pleasant, honest, professional and straight up with me. Informed me it would take at least a month before I could get a permit and was booked out until May. Not only he could not get a permit but not any other roofer could in the city of Cape Coral. I had other estimates but not one indulged that information. This information helped me make a very important decision that could make a huge difference in my near future. We contacted Roman because we needed to reroof our 15 year old roof - also there had been some damage from a strong storm. They came out and gave us an estimate quickly through their portal which I thought was awesome so I could track the progress of the project. The only thing I didnt like was the amount of time between the estimate and instillation but that had nothing to do with Roman - limited supply and shipping delays are not in their control. We love our new roof and are very happy with the result.

Roman Roofing is an incredible company. Finding good, honest roofers is difficult. I feel like they were a god send when I met the owner. He was super nice, and when I told him about a tree falling on the roof of my home he immediately offered his help at no charge and had crews out the next day, inspecting and fixing the roof. The whole atmosphere in the business was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt as if I was amongst family. The crew that came out was polite, friendly, and worked efficiently. When other roofing companies wouldnt give me the time of day, Roman Roofing came out to service my roof. Repair job that was only $550.00. After the repair was done, I decided it would be best to replace the entire roof. Pedro came out immediately and sent me the new roofing estimate. I signed it right away. I explained to Pedro that Im selling the house and time is of the essence on getting the new roof. He worked with me throughout the entire process, answered his phone every time I called or called me back later that evening after hours. Clearly showing that communication and customer service is a top priority of Roman Roofing! Pedro was able to get my install pushed forward to get it done faster due to my situation with having the house on the market! Then comped the $550.00 repair they just did prior to installing the new roof! Roof was completed, looks great and passed inspection! When we needed a new roof we secured three bids and checked references. Roman Roofing stood out in the crowd. They were very patient as we pondered all options involved and were informative and very helpful. After the job was done and all paid we had an additional question. I had to have my 21 year old roof replaced and chose Roman Roofing. I am in awe of how professional their work is. They took great care when tearing off the old roof and protected the perimeter around the house with thick plastic sheeting and had cleaned up the area within the same day. I was highly satisfied with the supervisor, Tony Garcia. He made everything run so smoothly. The gentleman who gave me the estimate, Dave Tucker did an incredible job of going over the process, set up a portal on the Roman Roofs website so I could see the stages of their work. I was so impressed with Dave. He was in constant contact with me through phone calls, texts, and answered any questions right away. He not only gave me a good price, but I was able to get two new gutters in the front which were wider and would help with rain flow. I had 4 other estimates from different roofers, and Dave was able to give me the best estimate with the two new gutters included. The other roofing company I was considering, gave me an estimate that was $1000 more, and did not include any gutters. I love this company. Dave is so professional and easy to work with. I just recommended him to my son who needs a solar attic fan on his roof. Choosing Roman Roof was the best decision I could possibly have made. I am thrilled with their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done. They are A+ in my book. I also recommended Roman Roof to my son and they put a brand new roof on his home, to my teacher friend who had hers redone, and my neighbor this week who had a $4000.00 increase in her homeowners insurance because her roof is over 20 years old. It will help decrease her home insurance and increase the value of her home. I would never use any other roofing company. Dealing with this company was a pleasure all around. I met their representative at a home show and expressed an interest in the solar powered attic vent fans. A neatly dressed young gentleman, Phillip Marshall, came to my house and went on my roof to do an inspection and estimate. He provided the estimate as promised. The office took my deposit and the work commenced shortly after. Two very polite men came to install the attic fans and did so neatly and cleanly, photographing the entire process. Mr. Marshall came by a few days later to ask if we were satisfied and again went on the roof to inspect the work. I can only say I WISH ALL COMPANIES DID BUSINESS IN THIS MANNER !!!

I used Roman Roofing for my house in 2018, they did well enough that I also have referred them several times since then, even to my own mother.Ill use their service again in the future as well.
They replaced my roof and did a great job. Very please with the roof work. Although they damaged my gutters in several areas that were not repair well nor were they reinstalled very good. They still leak today. For the cost of the roof we should not have to pay to have the gutters replaced. That should have been part of the estimate. If you have gutters be aware that this was not in the bid and this company does not know how to do gutter work.
We signed a contract and set a date for the new roof installation. They were on time, worked quickly, and finished before the due date. From what I can tell (I’m no expert), the job was expertly completed with quality materials. Regarding price, they’re not the cheapest but they certainly are competitive compared to other quotes received (we got three quotes).The part that I like the most about Roman roofing Is that they came across as very professional and more importantly…honest. Would I use them again or recommend them to my friends, yes I would with no reservation.

Our roof had been repaired several times before Roman Roofing finally ended the problems that were never addressed by the other companies. Even when they had to return to fix an unusual re-occurring problem due to a building defect, which they did. Their workers are the best!

Very professional. When I first met Jordan and he discussed the job, warranty, and costs, I knew they were the company for me. I had gotten 2 other quotes so I knew the market reasonable well. Their crews were hard working and did an excellent job. There was always someone who spoke English well at the site, so communications were excellent. I highly recommend!
Company showed up on a timely basis and work was also done in a timely manner. I did not like the fact there was no supervisor on the job site, everything run from the office, except for the worker bees. I also had 2 fans installed in the attic and gutters installed at a reasonable cost. There were 2 parts that became issues, the leveling on one side of house, that was specifically in contract and glad it was, there were also issues with the corner guards between the house and the roof that were not sealed properly and still may be an issue. I used this company because the manufacturer of the shingles has a great warranty, has been around a long time and backs the work. cant use a company that may not be around in 5 years when it leaks. I was also sold by the salesman Ralph, but was sad when he was no longer involved after selling the job. Thanks.

Booked services 3 months in advance. Roman Roofing started exactly the day they were expected. First day the old roof was removed, little plywood replaced and roof over lanai redesigned with a slope falling to the outside (before it was a straight roof with no slope at all with some water remaining in one corner). Underlaying material then was applied. It took then 5 or 6 days for the city to inspect for permit. Right after Roman came and lay the final shingles and as per final permit inspection it was a perfect job.I need to say that throughout the job I always could contact Frank Sambrato (Roman Roofing) with any questions and always had an immediate response!!!!Great crews, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES I have experienced within the past 13 years.Only item missing: still waiting for the insurance certificate!
Frank Sambrato was our representative at Roman Roofing and kept us up on the project. The custom skylights took a little longer than we expected but Frank and Devin kept us informed as they tried to get the supplier to rush the windows to us. Came in with the low bid. Work activities scheduled well in advance and completed in accordance with the schedule provided. The job site, my home, was kept well organized and properly cleaned up when work activities were completed each day. Work activities, once started, were staffed and sequenced in a manner that minimized project duration. Our primary contact, Ralph Chianese, was a pleasure to work with. GAF Golden Pledge Lifetime Warranty offered by Roman the best amongst the bidders we considered.
We had a large leak, they didn’t find the proper location of the leak. Roman roofing gave us a contract with services they were going to do. They didn’t complete all of the services on the contract, nor did they fix the leak. They were at our house for less than two hours. We paid A deposit for over $1600. They sent our account to collections wanting over another $1,000! You guys can sue us, and we will win. You should owe US money!!!!!

It was a very good experience from beginning to end. Jordan Pimental was especially helpful in providing documentation which I required for Homeowners insurance and which was on a deadline. This was very important as it saved me from having my policy expire and thus saved me money. The roof looks great!
I felt they were thorough and went over everything I was concerned about. I did not have any issues during the whole process. Dont be alarmed the guys that first came to give me an estimate were very young, but they came in the middle of the estimates. I researched all the estimate. I felt most comfortable with Roman Roofing. The guy that approved the permit - at the end asked who did my roof. I told him and he admitted he also used Roman Roofing. I have given many positive reviews on Next Door or on the FB Cape Coral sites when people ask who is best to use. You want someone that has been in business for a long time and has stay ability - A lot of workers in Florida are fly by night.

Re roof in 2019, was just on the roof for another project and noticed that after 2 1/2 years my roof still looks brand new! They did a great job and will be using them again for future projects.

We had a relatively small roof repair/replacement project. We selected Roman Roofing based on positive evaluations and our examination of other jobs that they had done in our neighborhood. Their supervisor, Clayton, was prompt and professional in inspecting the entire roof, giving us a very honest assessment of what work was required and what was not, and answering all of our questions. The cost structure was explained fully and seemed very fair. His crew did the repair expeditiously, cleaning up at the end of each day. We chose Roman Roofing for our shingle re-roof because they were recommended by a friend who has given us great advice in the past. We were not disappointed as they (1) responded to our request for a quote very promptly. Marcus Bloom went over all the options and explained the product & process completely. (2) We chose the GAF Golden Pledge Lifetime Warranty Shingles. Best quality shingle! (3) Both the tear off crew and the instal crew were efficient and did an outstanding job.. They did a thorough clean up and answered all my questions. Albert was so helpful and his crew finished the job in less than a day. All inspections by the City of Cape Coral passed with flying colors. The inspector confirmed what I had been told that Roman Roofing does good work. We have since completion, had a Wind Mitigation Inspection and once again the inspector confirmed that Roman Roofing does good work. I would definitely recommend Roman Roofing for your re-roofing needs. They were not the cheapest quote but I believe you get the best job.

This company is a highly professional company. Marcus was extremley helpful in dealing with my home’s roof leak issues came out on 3 occasions to inspect my roof for suspected leaks. The first two were false alarms honestly telling me roof leak was not an issue. Third time he found that the roof was leaking. Quickly provided repair estimate. Roman Roofinf then quickly dispatched repair team who quickly made the repairs and cleaned up my property and left no sign they had even been there. Roman Roofing replaced my roof in North Fort Myers in 2016 and did a great job. But the real testament to the companys excellence comes from a recent interaction I had with the employees. Im selling the home, and needed some soffit work done. Jordan Pimental took my call and went to the home to see the damage. He told me Roman doesnt do that kind of work and could have left it there. Instead, he found another company for me and within 48 hours I had an estimate. He went above and beyond to help even though it didnt mean a dime to Romans bottom line. The company needs a shout-out for amazing customer service.
Had a leaking roof vent replaced by Roman Roofing. It was intermittent (only when the wind blew from a particular direction) so was hard to identify. The estimator said it could be the Air Conditioner or the Vent. There was no pressure to get the vent replaced (which is a plus). We figured it was the vent and had it replaced. That was in July and we have not noticed any leaking since then. Installers did the work quickly as well.Other companies we called either did not show up or did not go up on the roof or in the attic to do any research. I will call Roman Roofing for any future roofing issues I may have.

Extreme patience and flexibility he was able to work around my families crazy schedule in order to get the job done without interfering with our daily lives. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Roman Roofing. Before picking a company to protect my most important asset, I got quotes from at least 4 different companies. Roman Roofings price was very competitive, but what really made the difference for me was the level of customer service I received. I was working with Mark Simpson, who was very responsive and accessible throughout and after the process. After the roof was installed I had an issue where my exhaust fan above the stove wouldnt work, and they came out and fixed it immediately. My experience with Roman Roofing was completely AWESOME from my first phone call to completion. Frank Sambrato came out to give us an estimate. The price was very fair and he suggested we file a claim with our insurance company. We were quite surprised and very pleased when the insurance settlement completely paid for the new roof.The work crew arrived early and worked late every day. They were well dressed, efficient, friendly and polite. They left the worksite clean at the end of the day. I was very impressed that they completely covered our driveway with sheets of plywood to protect it when the tile was unloaded and placed on the roof by the truck with the crane.The dumpster looked brand new and remained in the driveway only a couple of days when they were tearing off the old roofing. The replacement of the tile and flat roof proceeded quickly under the supervision of Tony and Jose. They responded to calls or texts almost immediately and addressed our concerns to our great satisfaction.We have lived in our house for more than 40 years. We have worked with several other roofing companies over the years. None of those companies have even come close to the service by Roman Roofing. Roman Roofing put roofs on my home and a rental property I own. They did a wonderful job in a timely fashion.
Roof failed inspection after it was done. Roof had 2 leaks immediately after it was done. There were no leaks prior to the roof being replaced. Roof is leaking a 3rd time now and they want $1,600 to fix it. When job was done there were soda cans in the gutters, gutters not nailed back on everywhere, and workers used gutters as a bathroom. Roofing nails and debris were dropped into the kitchen vent necessitating disassembly of the vent and replacement of the plastic fan inside. Excessive number of roofing nails in the lawn, we got nails in the feet too many times. Original roof on the house was leak free and lasted 20+ years. Roman roof lasted 4 years. The people at Roman were very nice but the roof is only as good as the guys they put up there to do the work.
Excellent company. This is the second time that we had a cause to need a roofing company. Roman was our choice both times. All the people we dealt with from Pedro who did the estimate to the girls in the office to the crew of Roberto and Carlos were the nicest people that you could ask for. Roberto and Carlos were fantastic doing the repair and explaining the process. If you need a repair or a new roof you owe it to yourself to give Roman a call. They wont disappoint.

Roman Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. The workers that removed the old roofing and prepared the dry-in as well as the two guys that installed the shingles did a phenomenal job. They were quick, but diligent in making sure the work was completed correctly. Our initial construction had ridge vents, but for some reason the original contractor did not cut them in. This resulted in the shingles over the last 15 years “baking.” Roman Roofing installed brand new ridge vents over the home and garage.The inspections were scheduled and passed without any problems from the city. No inspection failures. Our bid included new gutters as well and the company that installed them, completed in one day. The roof is beautiful and the gutters are brand new.The folks in the back office were pleasant and easy to work with as well.I can’t give enough credit to the workers that are up on the roof doing the hard work. They are professional and do an great job! Many thanks to these guys that work so hard, in the South Florida sun to provide an exceptional experience. I am very happy with the roof and with the work of Roman Roofing. I recommend them highly.
My first experience with Roman Roofing was excellent. The Salesman Eray was quick to come out to give me a quote at a reasonable price. Eray and this company were honest, reliable, courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They did an outstanding job.

Roman Roofing installed a completely new roof at my large home in the West Bay community. They did a fantastic job. They were in constant communication. The cleanup was amazing. Their price was extremely competitive. Typically in a big job like this some kind of problem emerges. That was not the case here. Everything went as well as I could ever have hoped for. Tile was delivered and put on my roof within days and the day it was loaded on roof a crew was waiting in my driveway to install it. The workers are very polite and they clean up every inch of the yard and they clean off the driveway. My roof went up in two days and it’s beautiful.Devin has scheduling down to a science. We are thrilled with our roof! Roman Roofing did a fantastic job. We got our roof back in February of 2017. The sales team was awesome and transparent with everything we should expect in terms of the timeline and cost. The install and clean up was to our satisfaction. In April of 2017 we had a company out to remove a large oak tree. They dropped a huge limb on the corner of our new roof! We called Roman and not only did they come out the next day, they repaired the roof FREE OF CHARGE!!! We were floored! In September of 2017 Hurricane Irma hit and we had no issues with the roof. Customer Service and integrity is important to this company and we encourage you to give them your business. We needed a complete roof replacement after hurricane Irma. We contacted a number of roofing contractors in the Fort Myers area and even had response from a few! After a referral from a business associate, we contacted Roman Roofing. So happy we did! John B and the entire staff – admin and construction crew, are amazing! I called and said I needed to have a area of my tile roof looked at due to water damage . The salesman/ inspector was Marcus. Perhaps the most polite guy Ive met in any trade here in Florida. ( Ex- Marine)Marcus quoted what I felt was a fair price for what they had to do. I said lets go ahead. Two days later two gentlemen showed up to begin around 8AM. The fully completed the job by 430PM. It required removal of the tile roof, replace rotted fascia, parts of the roof joists, plywood decking and some asphalt roofing under the tiles. Salesman Ralph Chianese was professional and his roof inspection was thorough and he provided me with a fair, accurate proposal for the repair. Once scheduled the workers were on time, friendly and very, very good. Job done well and we’re happy with Roman Roofing and would recommend them to anyone.
I must say that I was pleased with all aspects of my business with Roman Roofing and their representatives. I was pleased that they were qualified to furnish the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty(25 years for labor & 50 years for materials) in addition to providing a free Wind Mitigation Report which saved me over $550 in annual insurance premiums. My initial dealings with Mark Simpson set the tone that continued throughout the project. The most impressive factors were his professionalism and promptness. Any question and/or concern, and I had many, was answered the same day, usually within hours or less. His field supervisor Alex was always willing to take whatever time necessary to fully explain all aspects of the operation. The two crews doing the work, Gerardos and Albertos, were very professional and courteous. I have already recommended Roman Roofing to one of my friends and would not hesitate to refer others to them.
I contacted Roman roofing after seeing the job they had done in our neighborhood. We discussed the project over the phone and they sent an estimate that I thought was very reasonable. I trusted them to start the project without me being there and they were finishing the job as we pulled in for our winter get away. I highly recommend Roman Roofing! They installed a metal roof for us, and we couldnt be happier. Their price was much lower than another estimate, and Clint gave us a quote the same day! Even with all of my years experience, I dont see how things could have went any better. As a retired 34 year veteran of building subdivisions I can honestly say that my overall experience with Roman Roofing on my personal home was good enough in all areas to be quite surprising and even far better than I expected. They started and finished in 1 week from the start date. Even though there were significant issues discovered once the old roof was removed, the repairs were made quickly, without delay and at a price that was quite fair. I am well pleased.
Roman Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. The worker that removed and replaces the old vent line boots and replaced what shingles needed to be replaced to complete the dry-in did a phenomenal job. We hired Roman Roofing to strip and replace our 16 year old asphalt shingle roof in Fort Myers. Our home is two stories and has an unusually steep pitch. The crew from Roman showed up and started work stripping the roof at 7:am, and worked to 7:pm. They repaired any rotted wood, and applied the underlayment as they worked. Because of the size of our house, and the pitch, they had to return the next day, and they worked from 7am to 12pm to complete the job. There was always at least one member of the crew on site that spoke English, and the entire crew was very respectful. The city inspector arrived a few days after the crew left and said that everything looked good. A week later shingles were delivered, but it seems that there was a mixup, and the wrong shingles were sent. The project manager accepted responsibility, and said that the correct shingles would be delivered next week. The correct shingles arrived as promised. The next day the crew started at 7:am, and the roof was complete by 6pm. Several days later the inspector returned and noted that this roof was well done. At the end of every day of work the crew spent about an hour cleaning up and sweeping the yard with magnets. We are very happy with the workmanship, and the roof looks spectacular!
My experience with Roman Roofing and Chris LaPorta was top notch. He was not only the estimator but the guy who performed the work. He presented a detailed estimate and was here exactly when he said he would be. That day was actually a Saturday which was amazing. They weren’t the cheapest, but that wasn’t what I cared about. I wanted the work completed by a company I can count on that does the job the right way. When I decide to buy a brand new roof, I will be calling Roman Roofing.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Frankie the salesman was prompt and professional. From the moment I signed the contract until the last shingle was laid it took 2 1/2 weeks. I was so impressed with how quick it all happened. Alex the foreman was amazing with keeping me informed of the schedule of the removal off old roof, inspections and when the new shingles would be put on. He made sure that I was aware of any damage they found and explained every step throughly to me through pictures and phone calls. Alex made sure that I knew he was available for any questions I may have. The men worked long hours in the sun and didn’t leave once ounce of mess behind. Every Roman roofing employee I have come in contact with was very efficient in their job. I will always recommend Roman to anyone needing a roof. Great job!!!
We needed a new roof and Ralph Chianese of Roman Roofing was recommended by a friend who recently had their roof replaced by Roman.Ralph came by that day, inspected and confirmed a new roof was in order. We received a competitive price and signed a contract.Work commenced as promised. It took one full day to strip the old roof and put down the underlayment.Once the roof was inspected, it took one day to install the finished roofing materiel.I would recommend without hesitation Roman Roofing and Ralph Chianese.

I am so pleased with how flawless my experience went with Roman Roofing. I live in NY and closed on a vacation home (that needed a new roof) in Southwest Florida. We called 10 roofing companies Roman Roofing was the only one of the 10 that showed up on time and professionally gave us a review of our problem and a solution.Within 3 days of calling them they finished our job as promised. We have a roof warranty and the best part I believe these folks will show up if we ever had a problem.The other roofing companies had problems to show up to get the job. Why would they show up for warranty work?Roman is hands-down our choice and they should be yours if you want folks who do a great job and do what they promise.

First time I have ever had a new roof put on, and they were a great company to work with. I received an estimate from two other companies, and they didnt even get on my roof. I wasnt sure whether or not I even had damage from the hurricane, but I wanted it to be at least checked out to be sure. Roman Roofing is the only company to come out, get on my roof and in my attic. They took photos of the damage, and gave me multiple options on how to proceed. Start to finish, I was extremely happy. My dog didnt like the noise, but that was expected. I just had a new pool installed and was worried about the debris, but they covered everything and I didnt have any issues. Overall great job, and I am really happy I went with Roman Roofing. I WILL recommend them to friends and family.

My quote for a new roof post-hurricane was in line or slightly lower than the two others, but what won me over was the customer service and professionalism of the account person that I dealt with. When I was getting my roof, I was working each day, and I had at least two neighbors comment to me how thoroughly my property was cleaned each day before the crew left. After the roof was done, I had a small problem in the first three months or so, and when I sent a message to my contact, he got me on the schedule for the next day and the problem was fixed. I feel very comfortable referring Roman Roofing to my friends, family, and neighbors.
We love the high quality of our new roof, and the 25-year warranty. The work was top-notch and the roof is beautiful!We had some clerical/permitting problems that made it take longer than it should have. And the customer portal they tell you to sign up for is only partly functional, which caused communication delays. My experience is that it is very rare to get high quality work performed on schedule at a reasonable cost. I was skeptical when Roman Roofings estimator, Marcus Bloom, arrived at my house two days ahead of his scheduled appointment, provided me with an estimate for a new roof that was in the middle of the range of estimates I had already received, and then promised to complete the work within two weeks. But, incredibly, the work was done exactly as promised. It was like clockwork. The work was started within a couple days (not weeks or months) of my signing the contract. The old roof was torn off and sections of sheeting replaced within a day, the inspection was performed the next day, the new roofing material was delivered the following day, workers installed the new roof two days later, and the final inspection was performed a day or two after that. I should mention that the workers were generally careful to clean up the yard and flower beds when they finished removing the old roof. Except for gutter replacement, which was done a couple weeks later, the entire roof replacement was accomplished within two weeks of my signing the contract. I am still amazed by how much was accomplished in such a short period of time. And I am also amazed that there is a company that still honors every single one of its promises. To me, this is truly extraordinary. As a final comment, its been roughly a month since the roof was replaced, and we have not had any rain since then. So, I dont know if the there are any leaks in the new roof. I am sure I will find out as we go into the rainy season. But I do feel that if there is a problem, Roman Roofing will honor their 5-year warranty just as they have honored their other promises.
Our experience with Roman was a good one. They came right out to give an estimate after another company dropped the ball and failed to show up after stating they would. Our insurance company had initially denied our claim for a new roof, and thanks to the knowledge and expertise of John Ripp, we were able to appeal that and get the claim paid in full by the insurance company. They met the time frame given to us for completion and installed a really nice new roof. Based on this, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Roman Roofing. Awesome company!

2022-01-21I called 3 different roofing companies for quotes on a roof replacement. Roman Roofing was the first to come out to the house for an estimate. Their bid was the lowest out of all 3 bids. They did the work quickly and efficiently. They even picked up all of the fallen nails and bits of debris from the lawn when they were done! Ralph from Roman Roofing also emailed me a lot of photos showing the sub-roof and the damaged planks of wood, which they replaced of course. I was extremely pleased with Roman Roofing, and I highly recommend them.

2022-07-16Recommended by friends, I contracted with Roman Roofing to replace my roof. From my first contact with them, Ralph Chianese the salesperson, was professional, prompt, fully able to answer all questions and provide contract quote. Devin coordinated our order, delivery and installation process so that all product and utilities arrived promptly and were removed promptly. Angel, who led the installation crew did a high quality job and the property was always neat and tidy every night. We had the tile mitered and it is a very sleek look. 2022-02-25While shopping around Jordan came over for our quote. He arrived on time and had packets pre-made and was well organized, and our dogs loved him! I wont lie, Roman was not the least expensive nor most expensive but they were by far the most professional of the many quotes we relieved. The process was fairly painless and Jordan replied to any emails with questions we had in a timely manner, not sure he ever takes a day off lol. The tear off crew arrived early and we were amazed how quickly they removed the old roof and got the roof prepped for the new roof.The tear off crew did an amazing job on clean up too, we were concerned as we have dogs. Few days later they started the metal install. Took about two and a half days to install the new metal roof. Everyone we encountered was nice and professional. We highly recommend Roman and Jordan.

2022-04-10I called Roman because of people we know that have used them. My salesman, Ralph Chianese, came out and did a thorough inspection. Other than being old, he found nothing wrong with my roof.Ralph gave us a quote that we thought was more than fair. He even gave us a new designer color for the same price.Work was done in a very timely manner. Actually quicker than we thought. Their crews did an excellent job. The installation crew gave us an additional attic vent, instead of just taking the extra material back.We had new facia, soffit, and seamless gutters done as well. Their installer, Tom and his son Chris, are awesome people to deal with.I would highly recommend Roman Roofing to anyone that wants a quality roof.Dont mess with these fly by night free roof companies. From all three roofing companies we’ve contacted, Mark Simpson was the only one sitting down with us and actually explaining our options.Installation was fast, and workers cleaned up the debris pretty good. Requested extra work was performed and done as desired. Even after sales, Mark was always available for question.I know and respect that the lumber prices are crazy right now, but price for installation of fascia felt very expensive in perspective of the roof price. But to be fair, those prices are the same at other roofing companies.I can recommend Roman Roofing a 100%We chose a GAF Shingle Roof and pricing was competitive to other roofers…Would use Roman Roofing again!ThanksMike and Tina

2021-12-06Frank the estimator was very helpful in working with me through the process of replacing my roof. I was in an insurance debacle and needed to get my roof on ASAP with high-quality materials and workmanship so that I could get homeowners insurance to replace the company that dropped me because my roof was 15 years old.I was out of state at the time but the whole crew in the office helped me get everything done remotely.The employees at Roman did a nice job keeping me appraised of the next steps in the roof installation. The foreman kept us up-to-date on the inspections and Greg in the office was nice enough to call after the project was done to make sure we were happy with their work.The work was done well and I believe you will be getting my neighbors roof job when he needs a new roof in the near future.

2022-02-18Roman Roofing was an excellent choice for my roof replacement. From the first visit from their salesperson to the last day of working on my roof, the communication was exceptional. They were responsive to any questions and helped guide me in the right choice for my new roof. They sent me a complete quote within 48 hours of coming out to look at my roof and always answered my questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and the work was done in a thorough and professional manner. Every day after they were finished, they left my yard and driveway picked up and clean. They were very diligent about making sure there were no nails or debris left in my yard after they completed my roof. When it came time for the city to inspect the roof, the inspector went so far as to say that he only got up on the ladder to look at the roof because he had to as part of his job but that he had never seen a bad roof installation by Roman and that we could rest assured that we had chosen the right company for the job.
