2022-07-26Just leased a commercial space from RT Commercial Real Estate and they are the best! Juan, Alex, and Jorge walked me through the entire process and made it as smooth as possible. 2021-09-03Dealing with Alex from R.T. Commercial Real Estate made everything go very professional from start to finish with the sale of our building.We owned a 10,000 S.F. -10 unit lite industrial flex space building, it was basically a mom-and-pop operation with our construction company occupying 20% (2 units) of our building.Alex came in and showed us that we were under valued, at that point he work with us very closely and brought the value of our property up to the current market prices, and he had it fully leased and ready start marketing it for sale within six months.Then at that point he really went to work heavily and aggressively marketing the new rent rolls at 7% CAP to all potential buyers and within 60 days had a inked deal, he completed the sale without no real problems at all.Alex really knows the commercial real estate market better than most brokers in this area so to anyone looking to Sell, Buy or looking to lease out a space for your business, do yourself a favor and 📞 Alex from RT Commercial.Thank again to Alex and the RT Commercial team for all of your hard and diligent work on selling my property.Thank You,Kenneth MarstonUnited Equity Holdings Inc.
