I really want to give a big shout out to the Rupp‘s for helping us get our house of our dreams. This house is a house that I drove by for the last two years and the last year I tried my hardest to buy but kept coming up to a dead end until the house went into auction. My family and I were very devastated since we didn’t have the cash to buy a house in auction. I wasn’t about to give up on the house, I prayed and prayed hard that I could find someone that would help us buy this house at auction when I thought of the Rupps since we knew that they were awesome honest investors/realtors. I was scared and didn’t know how to ask but I finally got enough courage and messaged JJ and Amanda. They told me that they would be able to help us. We went to their office and set up a game plan and thankfully everything went as planned. The Rupps also helped us sell our other house, they were able to get the house under contract within four days on the market. My family and I are beyond thankful for Rupps and their awesome team. The Rupp’s really elevated the real estate experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
From meeting JJ for the house evaluation to meeting and working with Amanda to get our house sold, it was nothing but a pleasure to work with them. We were in a situation of wanting to sell our house not “needing” to sell our house and Amanda worked with us and understood our stance when it came to the sale and got us full asking price. I recommend Rupps Real Estate because they really work hard to sale your property. In my case, they went far beyond what they would usually have too. I had an alarm system that went off several times, a ring that needed charging, carpet that had to be cleaned, and repairmen that had to be let in. I had already moved so Amanda was great. My house sold for the asking price, They also sold my sisters house for a great price. They are very honest and dependable.

I recently had Amanda help me with the sale of my daughters house. Amanda and team made the whole process so smooth and fun - from house viewing with Lexie and offers with Amanda to the entire coordination of the closing process with Laura and Chelsea, they kept us informed and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. 2022-04-12In the real estate world you always see the big smile, flashy car, nice clothes and have to wonder does this person have my interests in mind or just a pay check. JJ Rupp showed me, my interests were the only thing that mattered. When JJ showed up for our first meeting to look at the house to discuss a strategy, I had no doubt he and his team were going to get top dollar for my property. So much so I recommended them to a couple who saw my house online, drove by it, and wanted to know how they could schedule a showing. When I told them it was off the market, I also recommended Rupp Real Estate to find another house, but cant be as perfect as mine!
