2021-02-10I can’t say enough great things about our experience so far with buying our townhome with Ryan Homes. We fell in love with the Timbers at Williams Landing and are so excited to be going through the process of purchasing our first home. The staff is amazing here and so accommodating. From the first time we visited the model back in October, the staff has been so helpful and encouraging. We have viewed a lot of new construction townhomes from various builders and this was the first to actually sit down with us and put in our selections and build an estimate of what it would cost us to purchase a home. This was very impressive as we went to other comparable models with different builders that wanted us to pre-qualify to even go over any numbers or selections. We came back in January / February to start the buying process and have been working with Lindsey who is amazing. Lindsey has kept us updated and organized (we were given a great clear plastic folder that held our estimates, floor plans and business cards) every step of the way and it did not go unnoticed that she has been quick to respond to emails on her days off. Lindsey has a great enthusiasm and kindness that makes you feel at ease and informed through every step of the process. Her enthusiasm is genuine and you can see her passion for what she does and feel her excitement for you. We have also worked with Charles and Stacy on two occasions that we visited and they were great too. We are so glad to be part of this new community and look forward to the building of our new home.

2020-12-17We stumbled across this community by chance and boy are we glad we did! The staff was extremely attentive and really took time to help us purchase our first home. Both Lindsey and Stacey are accommodating, communicative, and friendly. The community itself is gorgeous and made with quality / life in mind.Can’t wait for it to be done and we can call this our new home!

2020-12-17Purchasing our first home was made easy by Stacey and Lindsay at Timbers at Williams Landings. Response time is very fast and there were no pushy sales tactics used, which made my partner and I feel more valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

2020-04-15Without the wonderful team behind Ryan Homes my girlfriend and I would still be searching for a new place to live. They worked extremely well with us as first time home buyers and were very patient and educational with all of our questions. We cannot wait to move into our bran new home!
