2021-10-05Buying a home in this inflated market is insanely stressful! Scott was not only professional and courteous but we joked and asked him to pull a house out of his hat. Not sure how, but he did it! What differentiates Scott from many others in the industry is we gave him a budget and it was evident his goal was to find us the right home instead of finding a house that stretched our max. Not only did Scott find us an off-market home, not ridiculously overpriced (under budget, in fact) BUT it also met almost ALL of our requirements, while requiring minimal work (personal preferences). Once we were under contract, we received a timeline of events which I found incredibly helpful. Weve bought several homes and this was a first. I feel comfortable HIGHLY recommending Scott and Smith & Associates to others!
