I have been coming to Seiler Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have always been treated warmly by the friendly and caring staff. Dr. Thieme and his colleagues are true professionals. Seiler Animal Hospital considers ones budget and does not charge for tests that might be unnecessary. I recommend Seiler to everyone that I know is a pet owner.
I’ve been to many vets for my dogs and cats over the past 40 years. I first met this vet when I had to put my cat down. That initial experience was incredibly helpful in making my decision.SEILER Animal Hospital (Dr. Thieme) is the best, most caring, efficient doctor I’ve ever had. You can tell he loves and cares truly about the animals he treats. This office is one of the few who isn’t constantly trying to up-sell their products or needless tests. They are also open 7 days a week which is so very helpful for those who are employed full time. I feel absolutely positively comfortable bringing my furry children to him. I’ve also referred five friends to them as well!
All staff and Vets were amazing, and very caring. My cat had stomach issues, and they took great care of her, ran many tests, even waived fees for some. I needed to get in twice with no appointment, and they even called me and told me what was the best time to walk in, for minimum wait.

Theyve been our angels in times of distress and have helped ease our babies to the rainbow bridge when their quality of life has declined beyond measure. Your pets are not just a number but rather are part of the Seiler Animal Hospital family. Drs. Thieme and Co. work WITH you to keep your pets healthy, happy and well and provide the very latest in highly competent veterinary care. The entire staff was awesome even before I had my actual visit because they answered all my questions. Then when I arrived they were very prompt and when I met the assistant she was very nice and concern as I was which also meant so much to me. The doctor was superb as she listened and gave me great advice and I was totally appreciated. Lastly, as I was checking out the ladies are all so very helpful and scheduled accordingly my next visit. Im even going to try out their grooming facility. I also have referred my sister with her fury babies since my experiencing was the best I have ever had. Just love the ease of my visits here. It is so stressful to take my cats to the vet. I loved how they took them to the back to treat them. The staff is always happy and friendly. These things mean a great deal. Great job team!
Seiler is a fantastic vet and I wish I had gone to them under better circumstances. My golden retrievers usual vet was not able to get her in for two days when it seemed like she had an obstruction. Seiler got me in at the end of the day with no problems. We discovered my big girl had cancer, and they were extremely compassionate and supportive in the short time I was with them. My next dog will be coming to Seiler from the start.
I have been going to Seiler for quite a while and I have never been more thrilled and satisfied withanywhere else as much. Dr. Werner is a wonderful vet and is so caring and compassionate. The techs are so patient and kind. I would never go anywhere else but to them.
Love all the vets, receptionists, assistants, they are open 7 days a week and always have a great experience and my cats even like the people working there! ALL the vets are great, I was worried about seeing anyone but Dr. Thieme but Dr. Morales was fantastic, as is Dr. Thimes daughter. Highly recommend them and they support a pet rescue!
Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable. They are on time, and respectful of everyone’s time. The care that the entire staff express towards the pets is genuine and thoughtful. I can’t recommend this Vet highly enough.
Finally a vet you can go inside and actually stay with your vet during the visit. I could not stand just dropping off my pup at curbside or not being allowed inside. So, after searching high and low, and seriously visiting/shopping and making calls to at least 5 vets in the area, I found Seiler to be one of the most friendly, organized and vets around. I brought my new mini golden-doodle in the other day.. and the vet tech, as well as Dr. Maureen T. were very thorough, and both of them really took their time answering all my questions, since I am a new puppy owner. You still have to wait outside, call them upon your arrival and they will let you in. Masks are still required, unfortunately (the only part I did not like), but this too shall pass. Looking forward to building a long-lasting relationship with Seiler and my pup.
We are so happy that we found Seiler Animal Hospital after bad experiences at another facility. They are literally 5 min. from my home and decided to call. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit my Brandy in that same day. The Hospital is immaculate and the staff very professional and sweet. Dr. Thieme the owner who has seen both of my fur babies is very informative and patient. My pets seem calm around him and thats a good thing. He even takes the time to call with test results, which most office staff will do. Dr Morales was very nice, took the time to explain our questions. Also, this was our first time at the clinic and the whole process of admitting our puppy inside gave me confidence that they were being very careful to prevent any contamination.
I just moved back home to Fort Lauderdale after being in Orlando for 8 years. When I take my little Saffi to Seiler, not only does the staff remember me after all this time but they are always so warm and welcoming. Thank you Patti!! Dr. Werner is a GREAT veterinarian who takes the time to go through details and Saffi is getting the best care! I love this place and would recommend their services hands down for your fur-baby.

My puppy and I finally found a Vet practice (thank you dr. Warner and team), we can call home! What a relief after a long search for the right place. Seeking compassionate, genuinely caring and attentitive animal lovers shouldnt be a tall order, right? after all, that is why you become a vet in the first place.However, after immigrating to the USA, it has been a shock to our system to notice the poor uncompassionate tardiness of healthcare providers. Its all about money for most and interpersonal skills are out the window. Shocking for a first world country!Anyhow, Seiler Animal Hospital is a GEM and has this standard right! Well done to this incredible group of highly compassionate and skilled animal lovers. As for our family, I am just so grateful to God for putting them (normal humans) on my path. They care!New to the FLL area from Miami, initially took my pets to another vet/animal clinic which was a much larger and less-personal operation. We are traveling abroad for a while and need to take our “kids” with us, I was recommended Seiler from someone at the Dog park.From the moment I spoke with Rachel , i knew we found their new Vet. I was able to set up appointments quickly, they were responsive and attentive. Extremely friendly and comforting, above all, i felt like my pets and i were is good hands. There is a level of attention to detail that i really appreciated. Dr. Werner is wonderful as well. We couldn’t be happier, peace of mind achieved.Definitely recommend them.
If you are a new patient making an appointment you get charged on your credit card before your appointment date. I canceled my appointment before my appointment date, but to get a refund you have call and ask for it. If the charge is automatic so should be your refund I was never refunded. Paid for a visit that never took place. Terrible policy.
I was recommended to Seiler from Dr. Jerry Shank when he decided to retire. Dr. Shank was amazing and caring fortunately he recommended an outstanding vet.Seiler animal hospital in my opinion is the best.I have gone through multiple banfields and different vets in the past and felt they over charged and over prescribed. Seiler truly cares, they have a very personal service and answer questions and concerns over the phone when possible in Banfield I could never get a vet on the phone always the reception only. Seiler also has vets that specialize in special breeds, not just the typical pit, Chihuahua, etc. I have a Chinese Shar pei and non other vet has truly have knowledge on the breed as they do. In addition I always felt obligated to buy all the abundance of prescriptions they prescribed with Banfield, with Seiler I have the vet approve them through chewy which is sometimes more convenient and inexpensive (depending on the urgency of the prescription).Overall they are an A+++ vet, special shout out to Dr. Maureen Thieme and Angela at the Front desk you guys make a vet visit and simple calls a true pleasure even when Sophia is sick, I always have peace of mind when I leave or when I finish my call with you.
My dog Faith had a mini spa treatment, and feels so much better! Everyone at Seilers is always so accommodating.

Weve been taking our two Basenjis here for a few months now. The doctors are really nice and very knowledgeable. The front desk staff is great too! They almost always have fresh baked cookies available!The prices are reasonable, and some visits may not require an appointment. Such as when your pet is just getting a vaccine or blood work.Theyre very flexible and accommodating.
I am new to the area , did not have a vet , and had an eye issue with my 11 month old dog . Seiler was referred to me by a local friend so I called them . They were very responsive in every way . They got her in quickly and the doctor called Me personally to advise of the diagnosis. Everyone was kind, caring and I am happy to call them our new vet.
We just moved to Ft. Lauderdale and are grateful for the referral to Dr. Werner. Her and the team there were very professional, asked a lot of great questions about our dogs health history, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend going here. Before I adopted him, my dog was boarded at Seiler through his rescue organization. It impresses me that a veterinary practice with an excellent reputation is contributing to a charity in such a substantial way. I just took Donny back there yesterday for his annual vaccinations. He was happy to greet some of his old friends! I loved seeing him give his little doggie hug to the kennel manager who helped take care of him before his adoption. ❤❤❤ I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Thieme and all the staff we were able to see yesterday. Finally found best vet in South Florida. They really care and dont push unnecessary services. Sadly I had to put my little girl down as she was having neurological seizures, they were so kind an compassionate even gave me her paw prints in clay.I took my min pin, who doesnt like anyone, and she didnt need a muzzle. This would be the first time in her 14 years she didnt try to bite. Even she knew they were caring. I will recommend to all my pet friends.
What an amazing Veterinary practice. The staff and the Doctors are all amazing. They helped me to make the correct decision for my dog and hopefully extended his life. They made me feel comfortable with their explanations and gave me options and recommendations. We love Seiler Animal Hospital! We are visiting from out of town but our puppy was due for vaccinations. They were able to squeeze him in the first time and last min when we realized he needed another vaccination. They even called a few days later to check up on him which our vet at him in Michigan has never done. All the nurses are amazing too and show as much love to your pup as you do. Thanks Seiler!

On two occasions our very active Goldendoodle has needed urgent care. My “regular vet” wouldn’t fit him in. Dr Thieme did. Best thorough exam and in one case surgery. He’s our new vet.

We had a wonderful experience at the Seiler. I took my 12 year old Pomeranian for an annual check up and my new 10 week old puppy for some shots. Even though there are some covid restrictions for entering the building the staff and Doctor made the process very comfortable.Dr Theime called after he saw both of them to give me a raving review. They got them back to me within about a 1/2 hour and everyone was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Everyone from first phone call was genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable. They answer the phone. The receptionist all 3, were very nice. After booking spot you get a text reminder. The Covid protocol was great, I wore my mask and got to stay with my dog in exam room. The techs were great! Kind gentle knowing. My dog stayed pretty calm throughout. Dr. Werner was great. The wait wasn’t long at all a few minutes between techs doing HW test and getting results. Meeting with Dr Werner was fantastic. Well run hospital. We have a future plan in place. Feel great about transferring my dog there.
I had my male dog to 3 different vets for an infection on his stomach. Not one took a sample and sent in to see what type of antibiotic would help the infection. Its almost cleared up after his first visit. He listens to what I questioned and answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend this office, here are before and after pics
Seiler Animal Hospital has been the best Vet we have ever been to. My dog Luna is currently very sick, her liver is failing. Dr. Theime and Team have worked hard, kept in constant contact about her condition, run the test we need, I could go on and on about how they are literally better than any human doctor I have had. Luna goes in everyday right now for IV fluids and meds to try remedy her situation. The techs are great, we have never had an issue with the phone lines. The vets talk to us directly about the plan of care everyday, and even have helped us to find great specialized treatment for Luna. They stay late, way after closing to make those calls and help us decide what is best for our baby. If Luna does not recover I will know that our family and Seiler did everything we could to save her life. I would recommend Seiler to anyone and everyone. Thank you for taking care of my girl. I was absolutely amazed by how great this vet office is. No matter if you call or drop off / pick up your animal, the staff is super friendly and sweet. But what really blew my mind was they don’t try to sell you unnecessary test or treatments and after I picked up my cat ,they actually called me to tell me that they accidentally over charged me and ask if they could send the money back to my cc. 🤯. They are reasonably priced, so I didn’t even know they had overcharged me. I’m a first time client and I never in my life had that happen with any business. I will never change my vet office ever again. ♥️♥️♥️
Hi! I took my cat, Lucy Lua here for the first time today. My cat is usually scared and I only bring her when I have to and because I just moved to the area I didn’t know where to go but didn’t just want to go anywhere. After getting recommendations and checking reviews I called this vet and they got me in for an urgent care visit for the issue Lucy is having. They were kind, patient and very thorough! I feel confident she is in good hands, and they were so good with me too - didn’t feel rushed at all and also didn’t feel like it took too long even though the urgent care visit is between other patients. If I have to bring her back, I know it’ll be ok! Thanks!

I have been bringing all my furry children here since 1993 when my previous Vet retired. The staff is caring. The vets are compassionate and highly knowledgeable. The facilities are impressive, open 7 days a week. I feel like part of the family and appreciate everyone there and thank Dr. Tieme for his patience and compassion even with grumpy kitties that may go into meltdown just by being in the vets office. His calmness and understanding of their personalities is outstanding helping to make the visit survivable for animal and human alike.

I have been using Seiler Animal hospital since my dog has been a puppy. She’s is almost 9.They are very accommodating, especially when you forgot your appointment, they fit me in bad on my part. Godiva has never been afraid to go. Now with COVID they have a system that works well and efficient. The staff is very friendly.
I am madly in love with this vet’s office, and so is my senior baby. They are extremely considerate, and they always take their time with us - answering every question and addressing every possible concern/outcome. I appreciate their genuine care. It’s hard to come by.

Dr. Douglas Thieme is the owner of this practice along with his daughter, Dr. Maureen Thieme. Not only are these two doctors caring and knowledgeable, compassionate and responsive, but the staff is also absolutely incredible. I have had many vet experiences — some good and some not so good — in my 30+ years in Florida. I have a multi cat household. No one has given me better service, more caring, Compassionate or knowledgeable, than doctors Douglas and Maureen Thieme.
The receptionist was amazingly helpful. They were able to see me right away. They were professional and kind. And the facility was spotless. I would definitely start to use them as my regular vet.

I would like to thank Patty, Sandy, Theresa, Dr. Theime and everyone at Seiler animal hospital for all the kindness and care they gave us. After Dr. Thieme diagnosed Charlie with TCC I went to every specialist from Miami to Palm Beach. Not one of them provided the guidance and care that Dr. Theime provided. He was honest, compassionate and helped guide me through many very difficult decisions. I know Charlie had the best quality of life for the most time possible and for this I THANK YOU !!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the doctors and staff at the Seiler Animal Hospital. My Frenchie was very ill for six weeks and they continually checked on her progress and guided me on how to take the very best care of her. These folks truly love their jobs but more importantly LOVE pets. It feels like a family friend vs. a doctors office. This will be my vet office forever!
I love this vet. I switched over 3 or 4 years ago from another local vet who I never felt comfortable with. I am 100% confident with seiler handling my dog. Rumor says they are more expensive but it’s worth it. From what I have checked they are a tad more expensive but not much. They were very responsive and saw me on short notice when my prior dog was sick and very sensitive when it was time to let her go. They are also very local and have convenient office hours including Sunday . Plus everyone in the office is super nice. I think they are terrific.
I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pet to Seiler Animal Hospital. ALL of their staff are so friendly and Dr. Thieme is the best out there! This is a great vet service. The office is well located, immaculate building and clinic, very courteous and professional staff. They took care of my baby for a mere 59$ and did not try to upcharge with xrays, lab tests, shots etc that would have been horrendous for us. There on site pharmacy was reasonable and prompt. I love this place and will gladly bring my kids here. They even clipped her nails for only $5.Thank you Seiler!!
I have been bringing my 3-year-old dog since he was a baby. Ive never had any serious problems, I think the doctors are good but the staff is hit or miss, has not been understanding or accommodating after making a mistake. There have also been times I felt uncomfortable, when they have taken my dog in the back to do a shot, and I really prefer to be present. They still have a policy of not allowing you in with your pet 6 months into Covid and that makes me uncomfortable too. Their prices are also a little higher. So I have made the decision to go elsewhere...

I dont trust my dog with just anyone, but I trust the vets here. They offer such utterly kind service and care. My dog had a lot of anxiety coming in the first time and Maureen really took her time letting my dog get comfortable. She was patient, sweet, and gentle. Im eternally grateful and will continue taking my dog here for the rest of her life.

I took my golden retriever puppy Lion, and had such a great experience!!! Everything from making an appointment to making a payment went smoothly. I was so impressed with the attention we received from Dr. Thieme’s.He answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinion in regards to vaccines and treatment for my puppy. Ive been bringing my cats to Seiler since 2013. I love the doctors and staff, and have always left there feeling that any questions or concerns Ive had regarding my pets health have been addressed respectfully and patiently. I highly recommend them!
This was our first time here at Seiler’s as we just moved in the area and have a 16 week old puppy. Our experience was amazing! They were able to fit us into their busy schedule and during this pandemic. I was a little sad that I wasn’t able to go inside with my puppy and meet the staff personally but they assure me that my puppy would be in great hands. The doctor was excellent, very professional, I never felt rushed or pressured. She explained everything with ease and knowledge. My poor puppy had bilateral ear infection, they treated him, gave me the necessary meds for me to continue with the treatment at home and gave him some of the missing shots. The staff at Seiler Animal hospital could not be sweeter. We adopted our puppy three weeks ago and we couldn’t imagine bringing our baby anywhere else. We’ve met with Dr. Maureen Thieme and Dr. Outland and both are fantastic. Everyone takes the time to make sure all our questions and concerns are fully answered. They go above and beyond and even check up on us after we’ve had visits or minor issues. Their prices are competitive and I really couldn’t imagine a better vet’s office.
Ive been going to Dr Thieme at Seiler Animal Hospital since the 90s. Hes been through all the ups and downs with my pets and I. He and his staff (from the front desk to the techs) are thorough, compassionate and truly care about the animals. And, if he is not available, I have no qualms about going to the two additional veterinarians - one being his daughter and the other, Dr Outland. Also, the kennels and back yard for the dogs and cats are awesome - clean and comfortable for the pets.
Had to take Arnold in because he was having mouth issues. I was presented with several options and everyone treated him very gentle.
I’ve now been to Seiler Animal Hospital for Maybe two years or so. Never had any problems or been happier going to Seiler. My dogs love the doctors and employees there. They actually trust them and never run back the other way like other places I’ve taken them before. I’ve have gotten nothing but care and love for my kids there. There well priced and affordable for me living check to check. They need changing of nothing and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Simply great for me and my loved ones. It’s as if they were theirs as well and get treated well. The doctors at Seiler actually talk and explain everything and I really like that. Blue, Mouf, Page, Trouble, and Luna just enjoy being there and never a hesitation walking in the. Always smiling and waiting to see their friends at Seiler. I’d be crazy to bring them anywhere else. Seiler bless your hard work and thank you for the great services that all of you provided for my kids.

We received excellent service from the moment we walked in the door this morning for Babys 6 month Wellness check . Our vet tech was very attentive to our whippets needs and her anxiety over being there. He treated her appropriately for her to try and overcome her discomfort. Dr. Outland was FANTASTIC! We love her caring manner with senior dogs. She listens and willingly answers any questions posed. We highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

The best vet in town! The team at Seiler Animal Hospital is so helpful and the vets communicate issues and options openly with the pet owners. I am happy and lucky to have my pets under the care of the team at Seiler Animal Hospital for routine as well as major medical issues that have occurred.
Read a lot of reviews before I brought my new puppy, Hoppy, to Seiler Animal Hospital. First visit, we came here for checkup, second visit for check up, then we need to board her for a few days and then just one overnight. 4 visits total so far and I cannot speak more highly of them. The staff are extremely personable. Hoppy left the Vet happier than before she went in. They have loving staff who cares for the doggies. They make me feel so safe and at ease about leaving my dog there. The peace of mind that they offer me and the great care they offer my dog is something that make this place a special and pleasant place for my family. One last thing, my dog doesnt get scared going into the vet. She doesnt need to be pulled or forced through the entrance. She is excited to go there to meet the loving staff every time! :P Give them a try! You will love them too.

Ive been using Seiler Animal Hospital since moving to Fort Lauderdale two years ago. Everyone from the front desk to assistants to the vets have be wonderful and caring. Ive used their boarding services, also, which are excellent. I highly recommend Seiler.
The staff and doctors are great. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. They take the time to explain in detail all procedures and what needs to be done. They are taking all precautions necessary to keep everyone safe. I am very happy they were referred to me for my pets needs.

I have been bringing all my furry children here since 2000. The staff is caring. The vets are compassionate and highly knowledgeable. The facilities are impressive, open 7 days a week. I feel like part of the family and appreciate everyone there.
Had a pet emergency this past weekend and was able to get a same day vet appointment on a Sunday when all other vets are normally closed. This was a godsend as my other alternative would have been a 24hr pet hospital at an exorbitant cost. I appreciated Leahs kindness and Dr. Thiemes knowledge. The support staff was also very nice. My pet is now on the mend!
When I moved to Fort Lauderdale, I brought my dog to Seiler Animal Hospital for flea/tick and heartworm medicine. They gave us first class service, the entire staff was friendly and inviting, and my final bill was below their quoted price. We even walked out with a couple of complimentary samples and Reagan had a belly full of yummy dog treats. I was happy, my dog was happy, and I feel confident that we received outstanding care at a fair and reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

For over 10 years I have entrusted my pets care to Dr. Thieme and the wonderful staff at Seiler Animal Hospital. They have seen me through difficult times when my 20 year old Abyssinian needed to move on and through the death of my inherited (from my Father when he passed) wonderful poodle, Shadow. So, when I bought my now four year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and adopted a rescue kitty, I knew that they would be in good hands and have been for the past four years. I always know that I will be given the best, most candid advice and counsel and that the entire team can be counted on to be there when I or my pets need them. I also take my Cavalier, Star, to be groomed regularly and Theresa does an amazing job every time. If you are like me and consider your pets family ... you should be taking them to Seiler Animal Hospital.
Seiler Animal Hospital is THE BEST!!! They are soooo friendly, hospitable, accommodating, caring, and just plain wonderful people, and the patients seem just as genuinely happy as the staff!! Dr. Thieme is a warm, truly loving doctor and man, the atmosphere is one of pure and real love of animals, every single one of the staff couldn’t be nicer! It’s something you just don’t encounter often anymore, and so very refreshing!!!!!

I would like to thank Seiler Animal Hospital of Ft Lauderdale for the outstanding care my cat received. After a three month illness and visiting 2 other vets this wonderful establishment cured my cats upper respiratory infection. They took steps and ran tests that other vets did not even consider. When finally diagnosed the cause. The three wonderful Vets put there heads together, for a plan of action on how to attack the problem. Bottom line is we were considering putting him down. They were determined on figuring this out and they did. The techs were great. Everyone at the front desk were wonderful. They keep you informed. Very friendly. Very Clean. I have had many vets over the years. This Place is by far the best. Do not go anywhere else. Thanks again Seiler.
They care more about a cough than they do about the quality care of your pet. If you want the most impersonal, irrational, and paranoid vet office, you might like it.They must not realize viruses can live on pet fur or theyd make you submerge your pet in a vat of hand sanitizer before theyd go near it... Oops
Staff and doctors are extremely caring. They spend all the time in the world with you while you were there and never make you feel rushed. Prices are competitive. Open 7 days a week which is amazing for a vets office.Would definitely recommend!
Excellent service! My poor cats are indoor babies so the trip to and from the vet was traumatic for them. At the office, they calmed down and received many compliments from the staff. The checkup was quick so we didn’t have to spend a long time at the office. Thank you!
We have been going to our veterinarian for over 24 years until he sold his practice and moved to Jupiter. Distraught that he moved, we continued to drive to Jupiter to see our veterinarian out of trust and comfort, but always wondered who we could go to in Fort Lauderdale if we had a pet emergency. Well that day came.Our Chihuahua Basil was overcome by a severe eye infection that nearly took her eyesight. Our veterinarian in Jupiter told us to get her in locally as he felt this was an urgent situation. When we asked him about Seiler Animal Hospital he said yes, and to take her there. We called Seiler and even though they were fully booked, they squeezed us in. We met Dr. Douglas Thieme and we were extremely impressed by his knowledge and comforted to know that we were in good hands. One week later Basil is back to normal and her eye is completely healed. During this period of time the staff would call us to check on Basil and we even received a letter welcoming us to the practice. It is wonderful to know that we have a knowledgeable and experienced veterinarian right here in Fort Lauderdale that we can trust with the lives of our 4 legged children. And he comes with a fabulous staff that is welcoming, caring and comforting. We wanted to take the time to write this review in case there are other people that are looking for a good veterinarian in Fort Lauderdale.
I cannot express enough how wonderful Seiler Animal Hospital is. The staff is outrageous! When my greyhound was attached by a neighborhood pit bull their office was closed and we had to take her to an animal hospital. They did what they could but it was really left in the hands of the Seiler staff and the high power to decide the fate of my fur kid. They have provider her and myself with TLC for almost two months. They were proactive and saved her life. The vet made a house call the day we brought her home from the vet emergency hospital to decide on an action plan and to determine exactly what we were up against. Seiler is amazing--when my dog was badly bitten, we rushed right to Seiler just before they closed the doors for the night (we lived around the corner). The doctor and entire staff stayed two and a half hours to put her under, stitch her up, put in drains, and make sure she was okay. In appointments, they take as much time as you need. I recommend whole-heartedly, and so does Daisy!!
My family has been brining our pets to Seiler for over 25 years. The staff is always so happy to greet us and our pets. The vet techs and Drs. are always continuing their education and keeping up with the latest medical advancements. Seiler is VERY Clean, (both front door and back door) The kennels, tables, benches, walls, floors, are visibly clean and the staff takes pride in their work environment. A Wonderful & Happy, place for Dogs and Cats!
Weve been going to Seiler Animal Hospital for years for our cats and dogs. They always are very knowledgable, professional, and give great care. Dr. Outland is the main vet weve seen with our Golden Retreiver puppy and she has given us great advice in addition to the excellent care and treatment. We will be using them for all our pets in the future.
I have spend thousand of dollars on my dogs allergies at this location & my dog has no success to show for it. I have tried an allergy test and crafted shots. This is still doing nothing. Doctor Tiny told me to call him after I’ve done the shots for a month to let him know how my dog is doing. I contacted Dr. Tiny two weeks ago & the receptionist said she would have him call me. It’s been over two weeks & still no response. I called again today & now they are making it a priority. very disappointed with the service.
They are absolutely amazing! All the staff and doctors are super friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all your questions and treat your pet with the utmost care and love. The prices are very fair and I would recommend this vet practice to anyone.

I was referred to SAH by a good friend. I took my puppy the first day I got him. The place is nice and clean. Dr. Tepper is very professional and knowledgeable. Teresa takes care of grooming my dog every month and she does an excellent job.

Dr Thieme and his staff at Seiler Animal Hospital are awesome! They did a C-section on my pug and saved the lone puppy which was too big to be delivered naturally. Surgery on a flat-nosed breed can be more challenging with the potential for life threatening complications. The surgery went smoothly due to Dr Thiemes experience and skill. Both mom and baby continue to thrive. The entire staff was so helpful and kind, I felt comfortable that my baby was in good hands. Everyone loves doting on Murphy (the puppy) each time he comes in for his shots. Thank you, Seiler Animal Hospital!

A very caring staff and comforting to our four legged children and us too. Very informative and interested in our feelings. My boy, Joey is sick with a bad and deadly tumor. They have been amazing in keeping him healthy, me too, with the meds and herbs needed for his condition. All that are they share the equal caring and compassion that has to be so difficult when one is in a difficult situation. Love them all and thank you for all you do.
This place is the best! They always accommodate me when I need to bring my little Yogi in. Dr Maureen and Dr Outland always take good care of him and take time to explain whatever is going on and answer all my questions. (And I ask a lot of questions!) The techs are all great too. So glad I found Seiler for Yogi!
They are very expensive,!! I had an appointment, I was parked outside for 20 minutes I called them 4 times, they did not answer, I went and knocked on the door and the woman only said in signs, I had to call by phone, and ignored I tried to tell her that they did not answer me The phone did not work either, and ignore me it again, I waited 10 more minutes and no one came out. very bad service !!! And something happens in that place, they do not have a good cleaning or sanitation service, because on one occasion I took my cats to vaccinate and at night they were all very sick, and on another occasion I took my cat to be checked and the next day everyone in my house was sick, it is very rare that each visit to this place always someone has to get sick.🤔😕🤷♀️🤷♀️
Dr. Amanda Werner is the best. Wouldnt take my dogs to any other vet. The building is beautiful clean. Easy to get in and out of plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Started going to Dr. Thieme (Seiler Animal hospital) in 1985 when home on spring break from college when we lived around the corner from them. We moved 40 minutes away 24 years ago and never look for another practice for our animals. Just yesterday we started the ride down to continue our relationship with our new family member. There was no question in our mind as to who our vet was goin to be with the new puppy. The entire staff is cares about your family. They have been there when we had to put pets down and lost unexpectedly and it was as if they lost their own. Needless to say when I walked through the door with the new little one...We all had big smiles on our faces! LOVE them!!
I cannot say enough about this facility and Dr Theime. Weve been patients at their sister location, Acia (also great) for some time, but recently my dog hurt her hip over the weekend and Dr. T saw her right away (on a Sunday at 8:00am). He quickly diagnosed her, offered options to repair her torn/dislocated hip and helped me to make choices for next steps. He operated on her by Tuesday, and sure enough just a couple of months later she is good as new. Everyone at this facility, Dr included, is very caring. Dont hesitate to bring your pet here.

They seem to care. The last vet I went to didnt even talk to me after he did surgery on my dog. Just heres you dog now go pay the bill. Here they spent time with us and called to follow up with me. So far Im very impressed.

Dr. Thieme is extremely knowledgeable, caring and sympathetic to the needs of both your pet and you. The staff is unfailing in their kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. There is no better place to care for your pet...period.

Made an appointment to do the non-anesthetic dental cleaning for my dog. The lady I set the appointment up told me it would be $105. When my fiancé went to drop my dog off, the front desk told him it would be $240. When he said that the previous lady told us $105, she just Oh well. Clearly do not care about animals and just the money. And dont even care about customers enough to fix their mistakes!! My animals will never go there...

Guys, look no further for honest, high-quality veteranary care. These are people you can trust.I brought Cat to Seiler Animal Hospital this afternoon for a second opinion after our previous vet told me:1) Cat had a tooth abscess.--> $450 for full cleaning, dental films and treatment under anesthesia-(NOT including any necessary extractions)2) Cat needed needed x-rays for the limp he had developed in his right foreleg.--> $570 for three viewsParts of this sounded fishy to me, and the price of the x-rays seemed crazy. I was so stressed about the cost and my uncertainties, and instead of bringing Cat in the next morning for the procedures as the vet had pressured me to do, I went with my gut and took him to Seiler at the recommendation of a friend. (The office was open till 6:30pm and I was able to get an appointment the same evening I called.)As soon as Dr. Atria came into the room, I felt a wave of relief. He was cheerful, focused, compassionate, and within 10 minutes had articulated all the concerns that had been haunting me since my appointment with the other vet. Whats more, he took a thorough look at Cats mouth (stopping to let me snap a picture for documentation and checking twice when I thought I saw something), and found no evidence of an abscess, just major tartar.He also examined Cats front legs thoroughly, and told me that there was very little x-rays could tell us at this point (my thought exactly) - instead, he prescribed Cat some pain medication to give what is probably a tissue sprain or strain time to heal. He was forthright about the limited treatment options for things like arthritis, and gave me all the information I would need to make an informed decision down the road.Dr. Atria saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars in unnecessary medical procedures and testing. I walked out of there after paying $81...$51 for the consultation and $30 for the medicine. I will bring Cat back for a tooth cleaning, and keep bringing him here as long as these good people are in business.SUMMARY/TLDR:1) Was able to get a same day appointment, and they are open till 6:302) Dr. Atria is fantastic: energetic, compassionate, focused, knows his stuff, communicates clearly and honestly with patients.3) These good people saved me many hundreds of dollars in unnecessary cat repairs.

They want you to call from your car to check in but the phone number kept going to voice mail. So I pull up by the front door and give a couple friendly toots but no one comes out or even comes to the door. So I go knock on the door and they put up a phone signal with their hand, and I try to make a signal that its going to voice mail, which of course theres no good signal for that doesnt look like Im just saying I dont want to call but I tried anyway and they just did the phone hand signal a couple more times.
Dr Maureen is inky new vet.moved from N.J. 2 yrs ago inky had one vet his whole life Dr Heller. I was not sure where to go neighbor recomnened Dr T he took care of her cat. Inky started daycare there it was great n during a visit they notice inky was having a lump.they saw inky quickly n did a overview of procedure. Dr maureen n jazmine took care of him .inky recovery has been great n all questions answered. Wont go anywhere else.front desk treat u like family actually they all do. THANK YOU ALL..

I carried a 50 lb stray dog in who was suffocating and couldn’t breath from the side of the road and they said they couldn’t help her unless someone payed $400 right then and there.They were slow and acted as if this wasn’t an emergency while this poor dog was suffocating and couldn’t move with her eyes wide open looking terrified. These people were horrible and only cared about the payment. I could’ve helped this dog better than them.
Very disorganized and incompetent staff. I came in with my two dogs to have their booster shots for Lyme, Lepto & Bordatella. I had all records from my previous vet. They did an expensive test I didnt need, and they got the shots backwards on my dogs. Luckily, I caught it before the vet administered the shots, but then the office and lab assistants messed up the forms and didnt know what shots were given to which dog. I had to have them correct it three times! Needless to say, I wont be going back there again. Giving a dog the wrong shots can make them very ill. It was completely unacceptable. I also feel hustled on the heartworm test. My dogs have been on Heartguard since they were puppies. Why did I need a test (for $150!) to determine they dont have heartworm?
When we first moved to Florida, we chose to take our dogs to Seiler Animal Hospital late one evening when our one dog, Fulton, suffered an injury. Even with a low staff that nite, they took us right away, and everyone was so very professional and efficient. Fulton was diagnosed with bone cancer, and every step of the way, Dr. Thieme and the entire staff at Seiler has been amazing. All of our options were put in front of us, and Dr. Thieme was very detailed and explained everything to us in detail and answered every question we had. Fulton has gone through surgery and now chemotherapy and is doing very well thanks to Seiler! They accomodate us and our schedule, and we would not trust our dog(s) to anyone else! Is it like having family take care of your animal. I would recommend them to anyone!
I started taking my dog, Diva, to Dr. Thieme and Seiler in 2009. We moved a few months later, to Hollywood, FL and continue to take Diva there because the staff is so professional, inviting and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about the team and encourage pet owners to bring your pets to Seiler!

The entire staff will do everything possible to be of assistance and always in a friendly manner. I have two dogs who are not fans of having their nails trimmed. The kennel staff handles the situation with tlc, and the dogs come back with a smile on their faces.
Its just amazing. The minute you step in,they great you,help you,answer all your questions,concerns and make you and your puppy feel comfortable and go the extra este following up with you every minute you are there,even call the day after to check up on how you and puppy doing. There was a confusion and I showed up the wrong day,and they made space for me,with the nicest attitude.The front ladys,the vetenarians and every single staff member great you,smile,and make you and my puppy feel safe and happy. Defently you going back and recommending it to my pet friends..
They have been absolutely great taking extra special care of two of my cats that were attacked by another cat. They are extremely thorough.
Cant say enough good things about the vet. Drs always give the best treatment and personal attention. Great techs, groomer and front desk help as well.

Dr. Outland literally saved my cats life when other places were only concerned about how much to charge me while constantly misdiagnosing my cat. Dr. Outland dropped everything, took him in as an emergency, performed emergency surgery and literally saved his life. Im forever grateful to her and will be a lifelong customer as long as she is there.
I have been going to Dr Thieme for 30 years. This is my 3rd white poodle he has looked after and I wouldnt want to go to anyone else. He is fantastic. And so is his staff!!!

The staff and doctors are outstanding, caring, incredibly competent professionals. The facility is immaculate. Avi, Hannah and i are very well taken care of each time we visit.
Great, all you have to do is call the number on the door and they will bring out whatever you ordered. I personally have not used their services as I do not have any pets, I go for my boss.
First visit since covid-19 .. signs everywhere to call on the phone from your car... Placed the order for flea meds for my cats.. paid with debit card over phone.. technician brought to my car with mask and gloves
There is always a friendly face to greet us when we bring Zoe in for treatment which we know will be professionally and lovingly performed. Explanations for administering medicines at home are always clear.
Drs. and staff are the best. Always kind, helpful and quick to answer your questions. I would also recommend them for boarding. Peace of mind when you cant take your fur baby with you.
Couldnt ask for a better Dr. Theme and staff are excellent.

2021-12-20Rocco ‘s puppy well visit w/ shots. Staff was excellent all around from the Office to Tech to the Doc. I don’t remember names but everyone was super and explained everything and provided options. Glad they were recommended to me for Rocco. Very happy.

2022-01-31Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. We got our new puppy during the pandemic and she is now over a year old. It was great to actually come inside and meet the staff and Dr. Werner. Our Sadie loves life and all it has to offer, a routine trip to the vet is just another adventure to her. Thank you all for your dedication to our fur babies (and their parents!).

2022-05-30I cannot say enough good things about Seiler and their staff. I’ve brought my pets here multiple times, both for routine checkups, emergency visits, and testing. Each time my pets have been handled with love and care, and you genuinely feel that they want to help you and your fur baby. Everyone from the reception, to the techs, to the vets provide exceptional care. Their pricing is very fair and they are transparent and honest about testing- whether it’s recommended or necessary and really help you map about different methods of treatment for your pet (if there are any). The vets have also been so kind to give phone and/or email consultations before coming in to be sure a visit is necessary or if the issue can be handled with home care. Again, I can’t say enough! They are so wonderful and although I’m moving much farther away in a few weeks, I will continue to bring my pets here always.

All of the people who work there are so loving toward the animals. It’s really a unique place. Dr. Tiemi is wonderful. She takes so much time with me and really great lengths to answer all my questions. Wonderful place.

2022-06-21My little Corona LOVES all her caregivers at Seiler Animal Hospital. Their professionalism is Superior! Corona has had surgery there, goes for her shots there and also is boarded there when we go on vacation! When we get there she cant wait to get in the door and see all her friends. We went to 2 other vets before we found Seiler Animal Hospital and will never go any where else now. I highly recommend this facility and ALL members of the Staff!!!

2022-06-09I have been taking my dog here for about 3 years and have found Dr. Morales to be excellent. She remembers my dog between visits and is always happy to answer questions. She is genuinely concerned with the well-being of my dog. I recommend her to all my friends.The whole staff is super nice, plus it is super easy to make appointments.

2022-04-14Seller animal hospital has been absolutely superb. With two puppies getting sprayed and one was complicated because we Not informed by a local vet and waited until she was over 70 pounds. The care and the Service are top notch. We had used Seiler a few years ago but mistakenly went to someone else because of a location few blocks away and that was our big mistake we should’ve stayed with professionals and we will from now on. Everyone is so kind, attentive and professional there. You cannot beat it. Please take your loving pets to doctors that loves them and that being Seiler animal Hospital. 2022-06-29We loved our old Vet in davie but after he retired and sold his practice we had an awful experience with our dog getting spayed, so we decided to switch to Seilers. Even though its a good drive for us the trip is well worth it, After about a year of visits, scheduled and emergency.We can definitely say we made the right choice, they fit us in same day when we had 2 scared moments with our golden retriever, even though we had different vets each time they all share the same passion which puts us at ease when trusting them with our dogs health. I happily recommend them to anyone
