2021-12-16When it came time for me to select a team that was hard driven, professional and paid close attention to detail to make sure the event and closing of the sale was done right, I was fearful on who I should chose, having gone with several real estate companies in the past, which resulted in no sale. Buddy and this team made it happen and win hands down! They went the extra mile several times to protect my property during the sale and they were so good at explaining the process so that it was simple to understand. They flew across several states to meet with the township, and took care of everything so I didn’t carry the stress. On the last day after they were finished, they were ready to fly back to their offices, but noticed a storm was fiercely coming , so they stayed behind another day to go back and place the signs back up on the property and continued handing out fliers. What company would do that for you? Amazing!! I can’t tell you in words how much these folks mean to me and the exceptional customer service they all provided!! I would do this all over again with this team!! I won’t give them 5 stars because they are worth 10 stars for their above and beyond A plus service!! Thank you 7 hills team!!

2021-05-10Seven Hills Auctions is a great Auction company. I have worked with them many times; they consistently go above and beyond to market properties to get the best results for the client. As an agent I have the utmost respect for them and how they treat Realtors. Realtors are a very important part of bringing sellers/buyers together and Seven Hills has a competent, efficient staff that communicates thru the entire process.

2019-07-18Auctions doesnt end at the time specified and goes over time more than an hour. Not a good site.
