Let me start off with saying one key fact!! Read no more reviews and call Shanda for any and all realtor needs!!My wife and I met her through a mutual friend when we were tossed a career move we couldnt pass and was limited on time to prepare a house for market, pack, move and still do our current commute of 140miles daily. She helped in more ways than you would think a realtor would!! Shes very punctual, to the point (in a nice way) and makes sure your needs come as 1st priority. She is also such a nice, caring and sweet person to top it off! She and my wife got along so good that when we were in the market to buy a piece of land out of state she was my first call.

2021-12-11Shanda was referred to me by one of my sons who told me about the great job she did finding a home for one of his friends.At the time , I was in need a real Professional so we called her up. The things she did ,immediately sets her ahead of any Realtor I have ever known and I have know a lot .She took amazing pictures of the house I was selling and she is a very skillful negotiator.She made herself available 24/7 for her clients and I sometimes wonder how she does it.Shanda is well known in the financial sector and I was really amazed when a mortgage officer at Chase Bank from whom I enquired about a mortgage told me that he knew her .I feel as if I have known her all of my life to the extent that I have subconsciously referred to her as my friend.[The hallmark of a Pro ]Finally I must add that she sold my house in just about 1 month and I then recommended her to another of the sons who was selling his house and it is now sold again in record time .Indeed she is amazing
