Sherman took care of everything for us, he took care of things I didnt even think of or ask for him to do.Buying or selling a home is stressful but my guy Sherman never had me worry, question, or second guess anything. 2022-05-12I want to take the time to praise Sherman! Altough, I was not his client, I am a new investor in the Tampa Bay area and I sold my second investment home as a For-sale-by owner, and let me tell you it was a nightmare! Ive known Sherman for a while now (he was our realtor when we were thinking of buying a home in the area). I decided to reach out to him to ask questions about this transaction and Sherman was nothing but prompt, professional, knowlegable and answered all of my questions. Even, he wasnt my realtor he was willing to answer all of my questions and to be honest I only found one other realtor would help me. The fact that Sherman answered all of my questions knowing he wasnt getting paid, speaks volumes! I really think this review doenst do him any justice but if I can do one thing with this review is to recommend anyone to reach out to him and hire him as your realtor. Trust me, you will not be dissapointed. You will get the best customer service and experience you need from a realtor.
