2022-06-24I am a new owner and Short Stay Florida is responsible for running my property as it is booked through several rental platforms. Just getting my property on the market has been complicated and the owner Ken has helped me navigate this with ease. Val the property manager goes above and beyond to make sure my guests are comfortable and happy. They are available essentially 24/7 with any problems the guests may have. I highly recommend this company manage your property.

2022-05-22Horrible. Replying back to your message: evicted? The owners were completely fine with having us there, you watched us and took videos of us and was outside our place of stay with the time being. You simply harrassed us to the point that you triggered an emotional being. You threatened us. If you are responsible in your position as a property manager I would first of all state your position when you bang on someones door at 10am in the morning, not just go straight and yell with anger, you never even let me speak. You threw us out and we have no where to be. My dad is more than upset with his business trip. I want my refund for my stay. If you would have let me have a word to my judgement I would have giving you my identification of age.Thank you Valerie Silver.

2022-05-22I honestly just stopped by to go to the beach with one of my friends who had rented out an airbnb through this company. The place was great and the owner had no issue with their stay. However, a lady who never stated her name or let it be known that she was the property manager started to harass my friend while we were inside. No friendly greeting or any form of hospitality what so ever, she immediately started telling us to leave the premises merely because 2 other people (my roommate and I) were visiting the place that were not technically part of the 5 people staying at the airbnb. If she would have actually gave us a warning or talked to us civilly we would have left respectively but instead she insisted on trying to evict those staying at the airbnb. The place was kept clean and the girls staying there were very respectful to follow the rules in the handbook given. Even though she assumed we were underaged which I will take as a compliment, everyone there was 21+ and no one stayed overnight in the place besides the 5 people. Overall, do not recommend anyone who is trying to have a good and peaceful stay in Florida use this company if this property “manager” Val is any part of it.
