Ann Boles assisted me with an auto insurance quote last year. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had to stick with my current insurance because of a policy restriction at that time but Ann continued to assist me. This year she assisted me again and I am very happy to have signed her quote: lower price and better conditions than my current insurance. Thank you very much, Ann, for putting your customers first!!

Karrol Verette is amazing! I am a local real estate professional with over 20 years in the industry. I can tell you from experience that finding a solid insurance resource is next to impossible. My husband used their agency for many years and when we got married several years back, I started working with them. Ann Boles has been great in finding us good deals with insurance. And, what truly made the experience a 5-star one is when there was a human error that occurred with our service fulfillment (not from Ann), their CEO reached out directly and had it resolved the next day. Their responsive management ensured we will be continued customers and fans.
We have been long time customers of Solace Insurance, since 2004! We have never had anything but superior customer service! Solace Insurance actually contacted us when our rate went up, before we even knew about the rate change! They already had reviewed our insurance and had a plan of action! Tremendous!
I was speaking with an agent that was telling me that I will be pleased with the money he could save me. We went into great detail about the policy, explaining that I had had a claim in the last year. All was fine he had called the company and no problem. When we agreed upon a policy, he informed me of the companys name. It was the company that presently insures me. He told me no problem and that I could cancel my insurance and we could start the policy right away reiterating that the quote is only good for 60 days. When we compared policies it appears that his policy was more expensive by $200 and less coverage and he kept telling me that I would get a refund for the unused months of ins. When I stated that it was only a small amount and that I would loose a lot of money. I did not see any advantage to switching insurance and was disappointed in the practices of this agent. I found that I would and could not trust him. He was in it for the money and not for the customer. He did not care that I am a senior on a limited budget, only that he would make money. I can not do business with agents like this. I am very disappointed and had want to switch all my insurance to get it in one place. I was hoping that this was the agency, but it is not possible after this experience. i will also have to inform my credit union of my experience since they had recommended this agency.
My experience insuring my vehicle with Karrol was the easiest & most pleasant Ive had since moving to FL 11 1/2 years ago.
Tried calling Solace and sat on hold for 11 minutes before someone picked up...then I spoke with Diane who was incredibly rude. She was abrasive, argumentative and unprofessional. I am not a client of Solace, but I do refer a lot of business to independent agencies in that area and I will be advising my clients PROMPTLY to skip right over Solace.
I am so amazed. I was able to obtain my car insurance for 1/2 of what my past company was going to charge me. I will be forever grateful for Karrol and the time she put in with me. Excellent company with quality, knowledgeable employees. You HAVE GOT TO TRY THEM

The worst customer service in the planet this people dont care about the customer they only care about making a deal and get a commission so theyll do whatever to earn your business but if you got to complain you better call the White House theyre the only one that can help you then please do not get yourself into trouble with these people big scammers.

Called today for a quote and spoke to Sandra, she was very rude. Sandra continued to cut me off and raise her voice at me. She was very unprofessional. Do not use this agency.

2020-10-22Solace does a great job when dealing with insurances and savings. I previously was not able to renew my house insurance because of a few plumbing connections i worked with Karol and they accepted the repairs. I received a call from Brittany to help save money with bundling my insurances. They have a great team that stays on top of their game, also give Brittany a raise she deserves it, Im a very technical person and she helped guide me to where i needed to go though dealing with my insurances.
