2021-08-31I cant recommend Lianna and the Sotera Living team enough. Anytime someone even mentions buying/selling a home I immediately start recommending them.My girlfriend and I were buying our first home, so naturally we had our guard up not knowing what to expect, but they were very reassuring, proactive, and made the entire experience so easy. They went above and beyond every step of the way and it really allowed us to trust them and let our guard down. You can really tell they care about you and want to make sure you find the home you love and thats right for you.Liannas experience also allows her to answer any and all questions you have, as well as ones you didnt even know to ask! Shes an invaluable resource.If youre on the fence about which realtor to use I hope this post pushes you in the right direction and you choose the Sotera Living team. You cant go wrong.

2017-09-14I am writing this review because I feel the owner (Lianna) and her team are truly amazing. She is wonderful, patient, hard working and kind. Lianna went above and beyond for me when I bought my property. She found exactly what I wanted and was able to negotiate a terrific price. She also figured out ways to get me even more money back from my lender and title company. I have dealt with other real estate companies and agents in the past, and can confidently say that Lianna is the best. I also had the privilege of meeting her staff and was very impressed. If you are looking at renting or buying property I strongly suggest working with Sotera Living. They are wonderful.” :)

2017-09-05Weve had such a wonderful experience with Sotera Living. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and our realtor, Lianna, was so helpful throughout the entire process. There was so much we didnt know or understand, and we came out the other side as well informed homeowners!That wasnt the end of our relationship with Sotera Living though. After we had just bought the house, I got an amazing job offer that required me to relocate. I called Sotera back and explained the situation. They helped me to rent the house for a while, and then we eventually sold it a few months later. Lianna walked us through the entire process of selling a home, and we were able to painlessly sell our newly bought home and get back all our initial investment and then a bit extra.Sotera earned our trust, and they didnt steer us wrong once. By the end, we just followed the guidance of our realtor, and couldnt have been happier with the outcome.

2019-04-14We are relocating from out of state and have spent countless hours researching and trying to learn more about the area. As with any relocation, we are facing multiple challenges that come from not knowing the area such as what school districts are best and how long it takes to get between spots. I reached out to Kristen about a specific property and she went beyond and above our expectations, scouring for the right location and property for us that would allow for the easiest transition for our family.
