Wonderful little shop, great selection. Only issue was a strange heavy set woman who kept hiding in booths and staring at me and other customers. Upon later realization, she apparently worked there. A little unsettling and another customer commented that she was making people feel uneasy. Purchased a few great little items. Fun shop for me an my antique loving mother.
Lots of stuff many different vendors. Very wide selection of assorted treasures. It can be a little cluttered and a little confusing to navigate but we always find something wonderfully interesting. Its way bigger than you think and theres nooks and crannies all over the place so take your time. Staff is friendly, helpful and know which vendors have what styles of collectibles and are happy to guide you to their booth. Lots of fun strolling down memory lane.
This is a difficult review. I want to love it for the vendors, but the layout is atrocious. Two people cant walk past each other without knocking something off a shelf. Theres some good stuff there, but you cant get to it because the booths are so small and awkwardly shaped. The owners are making money hand over fist on rent and screwing the vendors on sales because no one can even get to some of the booths. Maybe Ill give it another try on a weekday when it isnt so crowded with shoppers.
Customer service issues. After making my initial round and going back a second time to get things I had made a mental list of, I was standing near a worker(owner?) who had a shelf break causing glass pieces to shatter around her. It was extremelyawkward, I didnt know what to say, but felt I should say something cause she was obviously upset and cussed in front of me (which I dont mind, others might since it was GD). So I said something like aw Im sorry.. thats horrible, poor thing. And she replied oh dont dont say that. I dont like it when people say that. It rubs me the wrong way in an unfriendly tone. Well that rubbed me the wrong way so I immediately left. Which cost some of the vendors since there was a map, large painting, and hall tree I was excited to buy. I was merely trying to be polite.Overall theres good variety but Id rather not spend money somewhere that has poor interaction with customers.
Bought a diamond pendant with 14 kt white gold chain with diamond pendant from one of the as was explained to me an “ EXPERT” jewelry buyer at southern crossing antique mall and noticed that there were 2 small diamonds missing in the pendant when I went to get insurance on it . I Called the owner of the store and was basically told that I could have removed the diamonds myself, they could have fallen out but they would not suspect that this particular expert vendor would ever sell them jewelry with missing stones, and or diamonds ! I was totally taken back by the mono tone concern that the store owner gave me. If I had removed the diamonds myself why would I get insurance on it! I didn’t even notice that they were missing until my guy said hey I can’t insure this for the value because there are diamonds missing in the pendant! So, apparently they just want to make the sell but are not concentrated on the long term happiness of their customers returning to their store for future business? There are a no return policy as well which was NOT told to my husband and I at the time of purchase! I too am an expert Ms. Candace with allowing people to know the shady truths about stores like yours! It is very burdening to know that is the way you conduct your professional business habits to not feel some endearment towards your customers that you sold your merchandise too. I will not be going back to your store and will hope that who ever reads this will desperately consider doing the same.

2021-05-05This place was huge, everytime you go around the corner there is even more to explore. There is a bunch of stuff but also a lot of it is not really antiques, more what you’d find at a garage sale. There was some cool things among it all though. They had a ton of jewelry

2021-08-21This is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is always kind and extremely helpful. From what I can tell, everything seems to be priced very fairly. Ive never walked away with buyers remorse when shopping here. I cant stress this enough, this is one of my favorite places to shop and would highly recommend shopping here. There are so many vendors with a large variety of items to sell. Theres a little something for everyone.

2021-06-15This is a really cool antique mall. Anything you could want they have. I rated 2 stars because it was 15 minutes before closing and were going to buy two bar height chairs that they had. But the lady kept telling us we had to leave and that they were closing. Its 15 minutes before closing?? We should have been able to buy the chairs. We drove a long way to get there.

2021-01-07Such an exciting and wonderful store! Its surprisingly large and so jam-packed with cool things to look at and buy. Theres a lot of neat and creative displays, along with nooks full of items that you could spend hours looking through. The people who worked there were so nice and helpful, and seemed enthusiastic about helping and working there. I asked if they had any swords, and I was able to hold and look at some bizarre and interesting blades! If youre ever in the area, make sure to check them out!
