We bought our a/c unit 5 years ago from Polar Air which has since gone out of business. Weve tried other companies but we prefer Speedy for our maintenance and repair needs. Their technician, Lauryn, always gives us great service with a smile. She is professional, arrives on time and explains everything that needs to be done. She has a great attitude and takes pride in her work.
Company was hired through AHS. Told me if I didn’t do it that Friday I would have to wait 2 weeks I cancelled an expensive trip. On Friday they never showed up or called. I called and left messages for 4 days and they never had the courtesy to call back. What a horrible unprofessional company. AHS tried to contact numerous times and they had to assign another.
Company wont honor installation done by previous owner! In October of 2012 this company installed a brand new A/C system for us. Over the last 9 years we have remained customers and even signed up for their annual maintenance plans. During that period there were some mechanical part failures that were covered under our 10 yr warranty that they repaired with us just paying labor. All was good until just recently it was determined that our heat pump wasnt working and was possibly caused by an incorrect installation. When purchasing this unit a big selling point was that it included a heat pump which uses much less electricity than the heat strip so you wont get a huge electric bill when utilizing the heat. After this discovery I had a conversation with the office manager who at first stated that all the installation paperwork from the previous owner was in storage somewhere so they couldnt honor the install. When I told her I had all the original paperwork and the 10 yr warranty certificates she then changed her reasoning saying they werent going to standby any installations done by the previous owner and if I wanted this issue looked at she could send out a technician that would include a service charge and pay for whatever needed to done to fix it. I was totally shocked and saddened at how loyal 9 year customers were being treated. There wasnt even an offer of lets try and work this out....nothing! I mentioned to her when you bought this company you payed a price in part because it came with many established customers. How can you now say that doesnt matter? This is bad business and good luck to anyone that wants to deal with people that dont stand behind their company!! I included the original contract which clearly states that unit includes a heat pump system and the 10 yr limited warranty.
We had already moved out of our house and out-of-state when our real estate agent told us our A/C stopped working. Speedy was recommended to us. They were fast, professional, and super responsive. They recognized our predicament and worked with us and our agent to coordinate their work. Jennifer went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Mike their rep was honest and up-front. You can trust these guys. Would definitely recommend for your next A/C issues.
Excellent. We used Speedy last year to purchase and Install 2 AC units. There were AMAZING and I did a REVIEW then. We also purchased the Service Maintenance at that time. Today, was our first service maintenance on our 2 units. Lauryn was Professional, explained everything that she was going to do and changed our AC Filters. VERY HAPPY WITH SPEEDY!!!I have already Referred Several of My Friends to Speedy!!
Please dont become a victim of speedy air my story is 3 years long of hell with this company. Back off go away go someplace else. Theyve got more negatives than you can imagine.
Checked a couple of Air conditioning companies in Port St Lucie Florida area. Speedy Air had many good reviews. I hired them to replace 2 old units. Their prices were the best. The technicians came on time and did a fantastic job. I am very satisfied and will highly recommend them.
We had a great experience with the team at Speedy; especially Mandy. Our blower motor went out right before we left on vacation. Mandy helped to coordinate everything while we were gone and by the time we returned from vacation our air was back on. We were definitely grateful and will work with them again!
The company decided but was not critical to have our home inspected after the installation. Details will be forth coming as to the overall poor engagement and lack of attention to detail.
Just had these guys here for installation of 2 smart thermostats, UV lamp and a service. Once again they did a great job. I highly recommend. Theyve been fantastic ever since I had my new unit installed 4-5 years ago.
Our air conditioner stopped working overnight and Speedy was able to get a technician to us the same day we called. Communication was good; they thought their technician might be late so they called to see if that would be okay well in advance; technician was able to come on time and they also called to confirm we were still available for that.Yarnell was knowledgeable and very nice. He evaluated the situation quickly and efficiently and fixed the issue right away. He answered all of our questions.We plan to continue working with Speedy Air Conditioning moving forward due to our positive experience, personable technician, and their affordable service as well.
Speedy Was Great getting me a quote to replace my A/C and even offered to give us some working units until they could come and replace our A/C system. The A/C unit in my house was working but giving us daily issues. Speedy told us they would be there three days after we met to install and gave us great advise to prepare. We were ready, they showed up on time and the job was completed in less than four hours. It has been a week since installation with zero problems. I would like to Thanks Gabriel our sales guy, The installers Favio and Brian including Jennifer in the office for making this as less painful ordeal than it already was. Great Company that I would recommend to any of my friends or Family! The Installers were truly awesome and worked as a team which was comforting to witness. The installers went above and beyond to explain everything that was needed to know about the unit to my wife and ensured we were comfortable with the operation of the unit before leaving to go to another install. I had my central air replaced today after finding out the old system was loaded with mold and other things no one should breathe! It’s the joy of moving into an older home. After getting 5 estimates, Speedy offered the best price for a high quality system. Fabio and Enrique arrived this morning and got right to work. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.They diligently worked throughout the day. When finished, Fabio thoroughly explained what was done and how to operate the Nest thermostat, and also gave some helpful tips to keep the system clean. I appreciated the service Fabio and Enrique provided and would not hesitate to use Speedy’s services again
This company provides excellent service and fast response. All their staff I have had contact with are very professional and provide honest-straight forward information on the problem with our system. I highly recommend them. I also recommend their HVAC maintenance program they offer to keep your AC running as intended.Update: (December 2020) Had a compressor failure on my AC. It was time to replace my entire AC and I used Speeding Air Conditioning Service due to my past experience with their professional work to install my new system. As always their employees in the office and in the field were very professional and provided a fast service. They evaluated my needs and recommended the equipment my home needed. Installers Favio and Enrique showed up on time and explained every step they would be taking throughout the day. They installed my new AC system, a new wireless thermostat, and a UV light. When they were done and they finished cleaning up the job site, they walked me through all the equipment/operation/and programming of the wireless system. I highly recommend using them to not only keep your system healthy with their maintenance plan but also when your in need of a new AC system.
Last year I needed a complete new ac system installed, so I called a few places for estimates. Jeff from Speedy came out to give me an estimate. He was very detailed about what they were going to do, how long the job would take and how many guys would be doing the job. Jeff was courteous and professional. They also had financing. Jeff set the date for the install and 4 guys came out instead of 2. If I remember correctly, they were Favio, Alex, Ryan, and Mike. A very professional team who worked really well together. They replaced the condenser, relocated the new air handler and ran all new ducting and grills. The whole job was completed sooner than expected and the guys cleaned everything up and hauled it away.On another note, I signed up for a yearly service plan which they recommend to keep the system running well. A technician named Ryan Campbell came out and cleaned out the lines and whatnot. He too was very polite and answered all my questions.I am very pleased with this entire company and I highly recommend them.
We met with the owner and got an estimate for 2 new AC units. We had obtained multiple estimates. This companys bid was in the middle to lower range of the estimates we received, but we were impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of the owner, Dave. He explained everything very well and was able to schedule installation on our schedule. The crew (Ryan, Favio, Jeff and Joe) installed both units in one day, were courteous and respectful, and left everything perfectly neat upon leaving. The price quoted is exactly what we paid. The county inspector came today, complimented the work done, and easily passed inspection. Five stars for an exceptional and stress free experience. Thanks to everyone at Speedy Air.
Speedy A/C has been awesome for us. They installed our A/C unit 3 years ago and have been great with customer service ever since. Speedy air installed a new American Standard air conditioner in my home. There isn’t enough I can say about this company starting with the owner and the office staff such a professional company and they were very courteous and polite. The installers Favio and Ryan were very respectful and courteous they installed the unit in six hours and the clean up was immaculate. I highly recommend this company to do any work on your system. I already told my neighbors about Speedy Air and I think they will have my neighbors as future customers. Keep up the good work.
Speedy AC Service recently installed a brand new AC unit. They provided us with some portable a/c units until the installation was done. The owner brought in the units and installed them himself to ease the fear of my 91 year old mother. Everything went smoothly, from the time of the 1st call when Mike was to come to repair the old unit, to the installation itself. Favio and Ryan worked non-stop, professionally, and were always very pleasing. They did such an awesome job that they passed inspection with flying colors. I highly recommend Speedy AC Service.
After 15 years my air conditioning system was on its last legs so I started researching various companies and brands of air conditioners. I met with 5 different companies. I feel extremely fortunate to have talked with Speedy Air Conditioning. This is a top notch organization of people that strive to do a great job at a reasonable price. From the office personnel, to the owners to the installers they are all super nice and conscientious. The product I chose is an American Standard 5 ton 16 seer unit. It is amazingly quiet and cools the house effectively. When the Building Inspector came he was very pleased with what he saw and said the attention to detail was evidence of people that care about the job theyre doing. I couldnt be happier and encourage you to give Speedy Air Conditioning a call for your next AC system.Update - 5/1/2017 Since having this fantastic system installed Ive called Speedy to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan and had 2 small issues pop up that they responded to immediately. Update: I recently bought a new home, and guess what, it needed a new ac unit. This time I only made one call and that was to Speedy. Once again they did a fantastic job! #customerforlifeI cant say enough good things about Speedy Air. I was able to take my time and get many quotes for my new A/C. Dave, the owner, came out himself, and I was very impressed with his presentation. They were very competitive in price, but just seemed to offer more bang for your buck. The installation also went great, and my family and I are loving our new A/C.
We recently had our ac unit replaced. Jeff came over to quote us on Monday. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased a Goodman unit with a 10 year full warranty, parts and labor. We felt the price was reasonable. Willy and Joe did an excellent job installing our new system on Wednesday. They also arrived on time and explained the process of installation. They were also knowledgeable and courteous. We would highly recommend Speedy AC.
Very pleased with our experience with Speedy Air. Jeff was very responsive to our questions and the pricing was competitive. While we were in the process of getting quotes our compressor finally quit. Jeff was able to get us an install arranged the very next day on a Saturday which we were very appreciative of. Mike and Joe did a fantastic job on the install. They were very professional, took the time to explain the process, and very down to earth. The whole team seems to work hard for the customer. I am very pleased with the service. The technician Joe that came out was extremely nice and very professional. The title they have Speedy definitely fits them. Joe our technician came out quickly knew what the problem was within 10 minutes had the work done within 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to any friends and family. The Speedy A/C first visit was to replace one of our A/C units. That experience went smoothly and we are very satisfied with everything from the installation to the staff and Owner. This call ( 8/12/19) was for a repair on our other unit. (Which is also 20 years old). The tech named Ryan C. came out and repaired it and was very friendly and helpful. We know when this unit gives out, we will be calling Speedy A/C for another new unit. It is good to have trustworthy people helping you with these repairs. Everyone that works for this company is very nice and polite and friendly. Glad they are here in St. Lucie County.

I am an out of state condo owner and have had technicians from Speedy repair my A/C unit. I had a different company make a repair and they immediately recommended a new A/C unit. Told me what terrible condition my unit was in and if I didnt replace it immediately, it would stop working soon. I had Speedy Air go to evaluate necessary repairs and found it was an easy, inexpensive repair and when I asked if I needed to plan for a replacement, they told me no time soon! When I call, the gal who answers the phone is so friendly and they always do their best to get a technician over asap...usually the same day. I am impressed with all parts of this company and would recommend them to anyone!
Speedy AC came very highly recommended by many friends and neighbors. I must say they were spot on. We had an issue with our AC unit while being out of town. Of course panic set in! We immediately called Speedy, who very promptly returned our call. After explaining the problem, arrangements were made for the technician to come the following morning. Service technician Ryan Campbell arrived right on schedule immediately identified the issue calling us with the diagnoses and what it would be to get the unit up and running back to normal. A call had to be made to the manufacturer to see if the part was covered under warranty. Yes it was! Ryan made his call to us as promised, installing the part and getting the unit running just like new. Ryan thank you for your professionalism and honesty. You made a very anxious situation for us being out of town, to a comfortable solution. Speedy installed a new A/C system in my home several years ago. Very professional, clean and neat installation. Impressive in fact.Recently at a rental condo we own, we experienced a bizarre problem that their top notch techs troublshot out to be improper wiring by the builder/installer almost 14 years ago. They discovered that the high voltage feeds from two neighboring condos were wired to the wrong exterior compressor units. Thanks Joey and Thomas! Nice work.
SPEEDY GETS IT DONE!Last Saturday afternoon a tenant in Stuart informed me that their AC was not working (I recently moved to NC).I called Speedy for a service call. The receptionist was very friendly and sympathetic. She was up front and said there were several stops for the on-call tech before he could get to the house, probably not sooner than 6 PM, but that he would call 30 min before he arrived.I checked with the tenant who said they would stick around.About 7 PM the tech, Ryan Campbell, called me and said he was really covered up and would not arrive before around 10 PM! But would show up if it was OK at that hour. The tenant agreed to stay up, and Ryan got there about 10.After a long day on his part I must say that I have never had a better experience than with Ryan. He diagnosed the problem quickly and checked for any other factors that might lead to poor performance of the cooling system. Ryan then offered me several options with prices and clear information about warranty issues.About midnight he concluded the repairs and text conversation with me and left with the tenant grateful for a cooling house to sleep in and me, the owner, grateful for a competent , successful, (really) late night weekend service call.Speedy will get ALL of my future AC business! (At least in Florida).

Our 15 year old air needed replacement in Jan 2017. We obtained several estimates. Speedy was the one that offered the equipment we wanted at a competitive price. My husband was very impressed with Dave Binder, his knowledge and expertise. He came by on the day of installation, and checked for any questions from us or his team. The installation team was excellent!! Work was done professionally with no mess in or around the sight. Very impressed from start to finish. Our electrical bill has dropped drastically, about 30% from last year, the new air certainly has had an influence. We also replaced our Hot water, dishwasher & washer dryer, so it was only one element. We love the way the new air (Bryant 2.5 Ton 14 SEER, 8KW heat) has cooled the home. Highly recommend this company, and 6 months after installation we can say with confidence, were very happy. 😁
AC went out and Speedy Air Conditioning came out the same day. Gave us a quote to replace the condensing until and air handler assembly, which we accepted. The price was very good and they handled all of the paperwork for the rebates and took them off the bill!!Without being asked they then brought out two portable AC units for the master bedroom and family room. Both made the areas comfortable and cool enough until they could return in three days to install the unit. Installation was done in 6 hours and the install was professional and neat in appearance. I highly recommend Speedy AC for you air conditioning needs.

This company told my husband that it would be a $70 fee to come out. One of our rooms was not cooling. One guy stood on a ladder to peer into the attic. Then went into the garage where the main AC handler is. He flipped a switch and told my husband that the fan was on low and now the room should cool! They were There all of 15 minutes and gave my husband a bill for $200! When he call to complain he was told they will give him a $50 credit! Which the $70 was to be applied to any work done! No work was done! Then he was told they had to charge an hourly rate and they sent 2 technicians out! Only 1 of them looked in the attic and flip the switch! She says they were there 45 minutes while my ring camera can prove other wise! Stay away from this place! I could have gotten a service or tune up for $59.99! The games they play! This took place 10/7/2020😡
Excellent company to work with, very professional and the customer service was Superb from the office staff (Jennifer) to the technicians Will and Joseph that came to install my new air conditioning.Dave (the owner) was very knowledgeable and responded to all my questions without hesitation. I chose Speedy Air based on the reviews and also a year of gathering estimates and reviewing the information from other local companies as well. I even have neighbors that work in A/C, but I still chose to go with Speedy due to financing availability and the positive attitude of the owner Dave regarding his crew. Joe and Will came out first to do the install. They werent given all of the instruction as to what they were to do in my installation. They called Dave and after a few minutes over the phone, a solution to the problem came about. They started to take out the old A/C handler from the attic while waiting on two other members of their crew, Ryan and Favio, to come out with the extra needed supplies. All were very friendly, very informative, very hard-working (the job lasted from 9am-7pm) and even though it got miserably hot for everyone, they all kept positive attitudes. I highly recommend these guys. The crew really works hard and efficiently and their boss should be extremely proud to have them.
When my a/c went out on Sunday (prior to Hurricane Dorian) I called several service companies. Speedy was the only one who answered. I was impressed by their professionalism and sincere concern. Needless to say Speedy Air Conditioning got my business! Ryan Campbell, their service technician also impressed me with his knowledge and experience. Hats off to Ryan and Speedy! I had speedy air conditioning which I found though Angies list / Home advisor, Dave the owner called me within the hour of me requesting information he was out with his family on a Sunday and called me to find out what my needs were. he said hed tell the girls in the office to call me in the AM, the girls in the office called me at 830 am and said they could have a tech. out to me at 11am. In Nov. 2017 they look at my A/C unit tune it up added Freon and said that the unit was old and that if I planned on replacing it do it before summer. As time went on, in April I was hearing my unit turning a lot but the cool air was not there and the air exchanger started making noises. So I called Speedy explained what was going on and I had a estimate from back in Nov and they still honored it. to my surprise they came out the next day and replaced the unit. did a awesome job everyone answered all my questions and they cleaned up after . they did a fantastic job !!!! highly recommend them !!!Speedy also set up the city inspection for me and let me know when the inspector was due to arrive, he also spoke very highly of speedy and there work .
I had many companies come over to my house to give me an estimate for my ac unit. I am so glad I went with Speedy air. They were not the cheapest but they were the most professional. The people at the office were really polite. The installers were super nice and professional. The work looks great and Dave kept his word. Dave is a great guy. Our renters informed us of an AC issue on a weekend and I called Speedys emergency number based off of google reviews. Im really glad I did! As a landlord in a different state, I was nervous about not being present to see the services done personally but speaking with their weekend technician, Ryan and their office manager, Alyssa, the professionalism and communication was outstanding. I had my new air conditioning unit installed today.Favio, Will and Ryan did the installation.They got here early in the morning and didnt leave the job until everything was perfect.These three young guys treated me with such respect and treated my home with respect as far as cleaning up after themselves EtcBuying a new air conditioning unit is a scary experience when you know nothing about buying one but these guys, and the owner Dave, made the experience easy.I highly recommend this company and I would have given them 20 Stars but it only allowed me to give five.

Speedy air came out to my house to replace everything, ducts, unit, air handler. A full replacement. Fabieo and Ryan came out and were VERY professional and VERY clean. They explained to me what they were doing and why ( in language that I could understand not knowing anything about AC). I was very impressed with there work and the speed they did there work. Highly recommend! Called several A/C companies for quotes on replacing my old/inefficient system. Speedys price was the best by far, along with a large/quality selection of units to fit my needs. Gabriel took his time and answered all questions about the different units, very personable. There is no hidden fees. They showed up on time. No 4 hour windows, 9am is 9am. Mike did an excellent job installing the system, very clean and professional work. He even entertained my 5 year old and all his questions he had, lol. Will be using them again
FAST excellent service!!I feel I must edit this review as I did not do a great job when I first wrote it. I needed this air conditioning installed ASAP in June of last year. As they could not get to me for a few days their owner had some portable units installed throughout the house which kept it very nice in here until they could install my new unit. (No other company I received quotes from made that offer) I have had it now for 8 months and their service has been terrific I cannot say enough good things about this company!
Lauryn came to my home to perform one of our twice-annual maintenance checkups. First of all, she didnt only arrive on time, but arrived a little early. She was very friendly right from the outset. She remembered coming to the home six months earlier to perform the checkup with my girlfriend at home. The conversation was casual. She explained exactly what she was going to do, how long it was going to take, and was in and out of my home within 45 minutes. She checked all 6 A/C filters throughout the home, replacing those that needed it for me. She went up in the attic to check out the air handler, performing a complete maintenance tune-up and then did all the necessary check-ups on the compressor outside. She was diligent, knowledgeable, provided me with instruction and information relating to our thermostat, and said she looked forward to returning in 6 months. I would recommend Lauryn and Speedy Air Conditioning in a minute!

We had Speedy replace our A/C system and make some modifications 6 years ago. They did a great job at a fair price, and I have had them do preventive maintenance each year since.They are quick to respond and they provide a small company personalized service which is much appreciated.
First of all, I decided to call Speedy Air Conditioning because of all the great reviews, so I just had to come on here and write my own review. Most companies give you a 5 hr time frame before they come over and you end up waiting all day. I was very impressed that Speedy gave me a wait time of only an HOUR!Ryan C. was my technician. Not only did he arrive within the time frame given, he was able to fix my problem and had my air conditioner running in no time. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!
We recently had a new American Standard system installed by Speedy. They did a great job! Very professional. The equipment works great and we already saw a considerable savings on our electric bill. Dave was very knowledgeable and offered us a very good deal. We would definitely use them again.

I would give Speedy a higher rating if there were more stars. This company really cares about their customers, from the receptionist to the owner, all were professional and courteous. Their Installers were top notch, they left the area where they installed the air-conditioning cleaner than it was before they started. I enjoyed buying from them, Jeff who gave me the estimate answered all my questions and was very considerate of my concerns. I have used Speedy AC Service 3 times in the last 5 years in which my most recent service involved replacement of my evaporator coil which was leaking and frozen over. Previous visits were for a failed blower motor and wiring repair for the thermostat wires coming out of the air handler which had shorted due to degraded wire insulation. My technician Michael arrived promptly with an email message indicating he was on his way. He performed the job efficiently and with much attention to detail leaving everything cleaned up and professionally finished off down to the level of taping and tie wraps, etc. His work was much better than the company that installed the unit 10 years ago for sure. He identified small things that could be improved while he had things apart and fixed accordingly. I am a DIY person in a lot other things and often feel like if you want something done right you have to do it yourself but with this company they do work that I am totally satisfied with. Reliable, Knowledgable, Quality work. I highly recommend Speedy AC Service!

I normally dont write reviews but had to take the time to get this one done. My AC went out some time last night and my husband is a disabled veteran and absolutely cannot be in a warm house. We called this company after another company said they did not have anyone available until 4-6 pm today... The young lady answered the phone and said her tech was just finishing up and she would have someone at my home around 1030 am...this was at 932 am and the tech arrived at 1023 am. He came in and was very courteous and professional. He fixed my AC in a relatively short period of time and the price was very reasonable. I am absolutely grateful for their service and will always use them for AC services in the future. I highly recommend them as they certainly lived up to their name and they were both professional and courteous.... my home is cool, my veteran is happy and Im happy...Thank you guys again....
Speedy AC will be my new go to for AC service. Mike was very knowledgeable and he completed the work that we requested without being a pushy sales person. We purchased the Reme Halo which we researched because we suffer from severe allergies. It was a quick install. Very happy with the service we received today.
Dave, Ryan, Jeff and Bill came this morning to install a new Goodman 4 ton unit. Within 5 hours there is a new unit and vents underneath the house to cool this home with a 30 foot ceiling, a metal roof and no insulation. I shopped with 7 different vendors and Speedy had the best price for the quality I required which includes a Made in America AC unit. 10 years parts and Labor! Highly recommend SPEEDY!! 5 stars plus. She went above and beyond to help solve an drainage issue that we have been dealing with. I moved to PSL oct 12th.2wks. Later my ac started not cooling mobile home.I bought this home and it was hot out when it stopped functioning proper.I called speedy ac.mike my service tech. I was very lucky that I have chose this company for installing my totally new RUUD HVAC unit 4Tons for my home, first they sent the Technician Casanova who inspect, took the measurements, discussed with us the models and prices, then within two days there were two more Technicians: Mike and Enrique, who have worked professionally, Ive stood beside them the all installation time, why to lie, they are really friendly, nice and hard workers, once it was done they cleaned the location, in my opinion I have to be more than honest in the judge, but thanks for you and for everybody share in this job. Im really hardly recommend this company for anyone.

Lauryn did our annual service on the AC that Speedy installed 4 years ago. She found that the drainage pipe was clogged & took her time to free the obstruction, once the drain was open she flushed it many times with hot water, & gave us some home PM tips. We asked that she be our Service Tech.Not only did we find Lauryn to be professional, personable, & extremely competent but we can say that about Speedy AC as a company. From making the service appointment with Jennifer, to follow-up reminder call, called to ask permission if they could push out our appointment by a couple of hours. My unit went out on a Friday night. I called Speedy on Saturday morning. Mike came out, and diagnosed the issue. Mike was very upfront and honest with me. Because it was September, and extremely hot and humid, he brought out 2 portable units on a Sunday for us to use. I ended up purchasing a completely new unit. Will and Joseph were my installers. Both very professional, and worked all day to get my unit installed. Im very happy with my new AC, and highly recommend Speedy AC. The men whom i dealt with were great. What a great company! Speedy is not a misnomer. We contracted with 2 different services for work on our home. One was consummated on March 28, the other with Speedy about a week later than that. The air conditioner is done, yet we are still waiting on the other and there is no firm date. They say they are waiting for the permit. Interestingly enough, Speedy has no trouble getting the permit they needed.The installers were professional and knowledgeable AND put up with my barking dogs. I couldnt be happier. Price was great, service was great--praise all around! Thank you!

My new AC system installation was completed today by Favio, Ryan, Will and Joey. They had their work cut out for them here and I have nothing but good things to say. The guys did a awesome job with the install, cleanup, communication, answering questions, etc. Jeff came out to give me the initial quote and he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Quote was up front, no hidden charges, explained what would be done and how the quote broke down. Awesome guy! Jen in the office was super sweet and helpful with getting the financing completed and scheduling. This is a great company with quality people. Our 12 year old A/C unit stopped working. I had been using another good, but very expensive company for service. That other company came out and gave me a ridiculous price for diagnosis, and then an equally ridiculous price for installation of a new unit. I didnt know if I was dealing with inflation or just a bad deal. I saw Speedys reviews and requested a quote. Dave called within minutes. He not only gave us a price that was 35% lower than the competition for the same unit, he also had a technician come out and get our existing unit to function to see us through to the install date which was just a few days away. I will be recommending Speedy to my friends and anyone else who might ask if I know a GOOD A/C company.
Best A/C company Ive ever had come out. Mike the A/C tech that came out was quick, responsive to questions and let me know what was going on through out the process of getting the A/C unit running again. Came out quickly figured out the issue and was back the next day with the part needed to save the day. Even though it was a holiday Mike still came back to make sure the A/C was working. Speedy A/C impressed us from the first time they came out about a year ago to fix and perform maintenance on our older unit. They did great work and did not pressure us to install a new unit. So last week 9/13/19 (Fri. 13th) when our old unit finally died (for good), I called Speedy late that afternoon and explained the situation to the Alissa?, who answered the phone. She asked a few questions and assured me that we would hear back very shortly. Well, before I could even blink an eye, Joe was at my door. He inspected the unit, answered our questions about next steps, provided a quote, and reviewed the options with us. Joe then (bless his heart) brought in a portable air conditioner and set it up for us. This was on a Friday evening with installation scheduled on Tuesday morning and that portable kept us cool until our new unit was installed. Bright and early on Tuesday morning, Will and Joseph A. arrived on-time to install the new unit. Will was courteous and very well-versed about the unit. The two of them did a great job -- they removed the shrubs that were too close to the area, installed the new unit, then cleaned up the area and removed the portable cooler. They were always careful to wipe their feet before coming in the house. Will reviewed with me how the thermostat worked and assisted me with setting it up with my phone and wifi. That was really helpful! He also explained the inspection process and provided us with the necessary paperwork for the inspector. We were impressed with everything! Fast track to the next day and we realized the unit did not seem to be cooling as fast as we felt it should so we called Speedy to come take a look. They were great and arranged for early the next day. Ryan showed up first thing in the morning and checked out the thermostat and the unit. Apparently something had come lose. Ryan found the issue, fixed it and we are very cool and happy campers. We recommend the Speedy Air team to anyone who needs A/C service, repair or installation.
I called, and Thomas showed up earlier than estimated, which was amazing. He diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly, and we were back up and running in an hour. Very fair prices, I would recommend Speedy Air Conditioning to anyone needing a repairman. I’ll definitely call again when I need to. Although hopefully that won’t be anytime soon!

He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. The company did everything they said they would do in a timely efficient manner. All of the employees were courteous & knowledgeable. Jeff, the partner, was also very good. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a/c.
6/17/21 update they also sold me a Rudd AC unit that has had major issues. First a part under warranty had to be replaced and cost me over $400 labor to replace. Now the motor has burnt out and needs to be replaced. That should not happen to a unit in the first 2 years. I wouldnt recommend this until to anyone.In response to the owner, my issue wasnt that the board was rotted, it was that your technicians would attach the return hose to a board that was rotting and not take the time to let me know so I could have had them put a new board then rather than have it all cave in therefore causing major issues and having to cut my wall. It could have easily been done properly from underneath if they had addressed the problem. So how can you say that it had nothing to do with the install. Isnt it up to your technicians to let the customer know that theres a problem with the board rotting so the job can be done right as to not have more serious problems later on. Also I did speak with your office manager and was waiting for her to talk to Dave and she said she would get back with me and never did. Therefore I had to get it repaired as quickly as possible. I had air conditioning blowing in my wall and a high electric bill.Another update, called Speedy Air out again because my vents were dripping and the wall where the ac goes up to ceiling was wet and cold. When the tech came out he said the board that they had attached the supply hose to was rotted (when they finally fixed that problem) and in turn the whole thing collapsed. Another thing they should have made me aware of and didnt. They just left it so now I had to cut the wall to repair it then repair the wall. I called and talked with the office manager, who said she would let Dave know via email that he was away. Now over 2 weeks later and no one has notified me. In the meantime I had AC blowing in the wall and an increasing electric bill. Needless to say I had to get someone else to do all the repairs. Dave said to give them another chance and I did. Again not good customer service. I dont honestly know where all these good reviews come from. I am a widow on disability, I need someone who can be trusted and honest, not hide what they do because its under the home and I cant check their work.I hired Speedy Air to install a new AC unit new returns and thermostat. They were very pleasant to deal with when I hired them and paid $5000, but when i discovered that they left old ripped returns connected to my brand new AC under my mobile home so cold air was going underneath for 8 months they were very rude and nasty when it came to customer service after and said their guys wouldnt do that. Well they did and i have pictures to prove it. I am a widow who lost my husband and feel I was treated like it was my fault. After several rude responses from them they finally came and fixed it. Now they want more money. I would never recommend this company because their customer service is unacceptable after the fact. I wouldnt even give them 1 star after the way I was treated.
I consulted a variety of local companies to replace our 13 year old 4 ton unit with a comparable two stage unit, and Dave Binder from Speedy was the most pleasant and professional of them all. He listened to our questions and provided what we wanted at a very good price. After one month the unit is as quiet and efficient as promised. The installers were thorough and professional. Not happy about the service contract. I asked for it to be a monthly payment and I was charged the full amount. The technician came to the house and then let me know that he could not do part of the maintenance. Not the best at communication and customer service!In response to your response of 2/26, I stated that your customer service and communication is very poor. I did not say anything about the technician or the fact that he could not do the full service. I had to email you 2-3 times to get a complete answer and you did offer me monthly payments, so please do not negate that comment. You did not give me a complete answer when you responded to my emails about the service contract and I had to email you twice more.I own a small business and we strive to provide a complete and thorough answer to our customers when they ask a question, rather than forcing them to pull the information from us bit by bit. If you had taken an extra few minutes to provide a complete answer, I would have been thrilled instead of frustrated that I had to keep emailing you.
Allow me to jump on the bandwagon and relay my experience(s) with Speedy. Our previous three trips to our condo have resulted in calls for service on the A/C each time. The most recent was thanks to FPL and resulted in an estimated repair bill equal to about one third the cost of a system replacement. Because of that, the units age and proximity to the water, I decided it was best to eliminate the aggravation and have something new installed that would give me piece of mind. I got four estimates, including one from Speedy and, in the end, decided to choose them for job. Not because they were the cheapest, but rather because of the trust I developed with them over time and because of the owners straight-forward and honest approach.Unfortunately, we had to make a special out-of-state trip just for the installation, but the installers, Flavio and Thomas, were on time and exhibited nothing but courteous professionalism throughout the entire process. No surprises or disappointments that day and they didnt leave until the job was done, the work areas were clean, and I was completely satisfied with the result.I initially stumbled on Speedy as a result of a Home Adviser recommendation, but I have come to trust them and would (have) strongly recommend(ed) them to others.

Absolutely excellent service!!! Michael showed up early. Very knowledgeable, very honest. Went above and beyond. Explained every thing he did as he was doing it. What a nice guy. Made a bad situation bearable. This is not a fake review. This is my honest opinion. My system needs to be replaced. I suspected this. But, he charged up my system, and Installed a new thermostat, and didnt charge me for it. Yes, I have to purchase a new a/c system, but I suspected that. But, he was concerned about me not having any a/c until I got a new system installed. So he gave me a charge (my system was leaking) and also installed a new thermostat (I had already purchased a new one) so I could have a/c until my new install on Friday. So, I am very grateful, because I could be sitting here sweating my a$$ off right now, but I am not, because of this mans kindness!!! So, I highly recommend this company and Michael!!!!!Had my new a/c install on 2/28/20. Ryan and Jeff did an excellent job. Had job done in about 4 hours. Had Building Dept. inspection a few days later, and inspector was in my house for about 2 minutes. I said youre done already? He said yeah, they do really good work. Joe and Will arrived on time on the date scheduled. They proceeded to get to work. Joe took care of replacing the handler and Will worked on the compressor. It was a pleasure to watch your employees at work. Other than a new functioning air-conditioner you would not know they were in my house. I would for sure recommend your firm. I must say also how impressed I was with your office staff. I enjoyed my meeting with Jeff. All was spelled out in some detail.
Our 20 year old air handler kept freezing. We had it diagnosed and it was leaking coolant and shot. We got estimates on replacing both the compressor, the air handler and our ancient thermostat.The first companys worker did not even go into our attic to see the condition and the size of our duct work. Speedy did. Not only that, but Dave Binder was excellent in explaining all of our options. I had done my homework and knew enough about the systems to understand his explanations. Unlike our experiences with many Florida contractors, Speedys employees always arrived on time or called to explain exactly when they were coming. Speedy was about $1,000 cheaper than another company for the same install. We decided to go with it and were very pleased with that decision.Research A/C on the internet. Repeatedly every on-line article will emphasize that the biggest issue with new A/C units not operating properly or breaking down, is improper installs. What I liked about Speedy was that its employees worked continuously to ensure that the system was installed correctly and performing at optimum potential. There were a few minor issues with the install, but the workers stayed as long as it took to get the system operating properly. They neither complained nor gave up. Nor did they just plug on not knowing how to resolve the issue. They called their tech people and talked to them until the issue was resolved. I liked that.After the install, Dave Binder and Speedys tech associate came to the house and checked and fine tuned the units, making certain that there were operating properly and at full efficiency. That attention to their customers sets Speedy apart from other companies.Lastly, we were aware that our full warranty was dependent upon us registering our three products in a timely manner. Amazingly, when I went online to do so, I found out that Speedy had already completed the registration process! This was on top of them handling the rebates and the permitting process. They are truly a one-stop company.
Lauryn is amazing. She did a detailed maintenance check on our A-C system and explained everything with clarity. She is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable with a great deal of technical expertise. We feel fortunate to find Speedy Air which is an excellent company. And Lauryn is a great ambassador for the service.. She is a gem.
This is the second unit Speedy has installed for me (two different houses). Everyone I dealt with, both times, was courteous and helpful. Not only that, the installers thanked me for my business. That may not seem like a big deal, but it matters to me.I felt their prices were reasonable, and they were able to install within a short time of my order.
We purchased our Ruud A/C from Speedy because of our neighbors recommendation. Jeff, the salesman, explained everything and were very pleased with the choice. Did terrible job installing my ac and now they wont honor my warranty and trying to charge extra money just for the maintenance guy to come out. They dont deserve any stars in my opinion because its always something with this company.

The Service Tech Lauryn was very professional, she walked me through everything she was doing and gave me reasons why, and how it helps my unit perform its best. I shouldnt just call out Lauryn as every employee that has been to my house from this company has been courteous and professional everytime. They know that if the unit is not running the customer could be a bit upset already and they have jumped through hoops to make sure I was satisfied. There is something to be said as the service industry is going out the window!
This is a great company. Micheal came out after my AC seized up and was not working. He fixed it within an hour and was friendly and even gave me tips on how to maintain my old 15 year old AC. To management Micheal deserves a raise or a promotion hes very honest nice and an overall great guy.

Speedy a/c was first called because our central air system just was not doing the job,.and a window system was broken,Speedy AC came the next day and after a walk through of the house it was decided that a split system would work great two units up stairs (bedrooms)and one for the back room. Next week Speedy showed up (on time and as promised) and went to work, They were very knowledgeable and percise in the instillation having to crawl through the attic space to run the freon lines and set the outside unit this all went well even working in the rain at times. The clean up was complete and I was cool again ,Cant recommend this company enough,

I received three quotes on my air conditioner, and Speedy was the the best price.I was really pleased with the delivery, the installation was very professional and fast, and it included a new concrete slab as the new higher seer units require a larger one than for my old unit.Also included a new duct cover between the unit and the home, and replacing supply and return duct between the unit and under the home, all this was accomplished in about 5 hours ! so I am a HAPPY CAMPER Andrew Henry
This company completed the job, did not tell anyone and the house is being sold. They left the permit open and said the owner has to come from North Carolina and be present when the final permit inspection is done. That is a total lie, and the guy who calls himself the Operations Manager is not bright upstairs. I represent the homeowner and he refuse to listen or try to help. I reported him to the City, and County Building Departments and to the DBPR. He is obligated to close the permit when the job is completed.

Excellent service and a good price for quality equipment. They were there on time to replace our system and the technicians were very respectful and proficient. The owner (Dave) came out to quote the job, and gave us great information and answered all of our questions. They are familiar with gas appliances and gave us instant rebates from Florida Power and Light as well as Florida City Gas. We would definitely recommend them for A/C replacement.

The Technicians Favio and Devin arrived on time and were very friendly and competent. They installed the complete system with little fuss and cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend this company! Our old AC died on a Friday night so I started searching for reliable companies. We got three quotes that were very close in price but not in quality. After choosing Speedy we had our new, quiet, energy efficient AC installed and running in two days!
I emailed Speedy on Sunday morning not expecting a reply until the next day but to my surprise I had a call that afternoon saying that they could have someone at my place the next day to give me a quote. The next day Monday around lunch Jeff Cingle arrived, on time, and gave me a great quote. Making things even better he said if I wanted they could install me a new system on the coming Thursday so I agreed. At 9 am on Thursday 3 guys arrived, Favio, Ryan and Will and proceeded to prepare my place with mats and rugs etc to make sure nothing got damaged or scratched and they then started to remove the old equipment and to fit the new system which was finished and running around 3 pm. I have to say everything went very smoothly with no problems whatsoever and I couldnt have dealt with more polite and friendly guys, I enjoyed talking to them as they worked. They installed my new AC (compressor and air handler), quickly, removed the old units, and even provided interest-free financing! All that, and the kindest, nicest people in the planet. Ruined garage ceiling during ac install, like pulling teeth for owner to accept responsibility, didnt update drain line to support new ac now have mold and water damage, owner again refusing to take responsibility. Since 8/24 they have been out here over 5 times and still no remedy or consession. Who needs to PAY full price for destruction of property? The top-notch service of this company showed right from the start. The owner of the company was the one who came to my home to quote my replacement system. He checked out the whole system thoroughly, and talked to me to find out what my priorities were. Once we settled on what type of system, he gave a few options and we went with a new American Standard/Trane system. On the day of the install, two gentlemen showed up, and they were very professional through the whole process. They showed me all of the parts that were removed, and kept me aware of what they were working on. The install took quite a while, but they stuck with it, and didnt rush. The new system is now saving me between $4 and $8 a day in power usage, while running 3-6 degrees cooler than the old one. I am very happy, and would suggest Speedy to anyone.

Dave was like working with my uncle, and the two installers were top-notch, interacted as if they were family.I have been researching ACs for three years, since mine began to give me troubles. I have received a VERY wide range of prices for a 4 ton AC, ranging for under $5K to over $10,000.When the compressor, failed a large company quoted a very hi price for the same model. Due to a very small closet for my Heat Exchange, I decided Id stay with the same unit, which simplified my choices.I tried HomeAdvisor. It did not give me options, just sent my name to Dave and Speedy AC. I was a bit hesitant with a relatively small company. But Dave and his team were terrific!He responded immediately, was very patient and professional, taking time to hear all my thoughts and concerns, suggest alternatives. I was able to see that he was very experience, professional and honest. He listened, gave good advice, and did not push me in any directions for my decision.After a bit more checking, I made a great decision. I spoke with his Admin who was so very helpful! She really made me comfortable that I had made a great choice. Dave communicated a couple times and was patiently guided me as I made decisions about changes to my duct work.He was back in two days with a new unit and two installers. They claimed to be the A Team, and there were! Dave could have left quickly, or not even come at all. But instead he stayed on site for about two hours, helping with a tricky installation of a new vent into a bathroom. He also helped me to decide to move and relocate the AC pad to the optimal location a few feet from where it stood. He could have advised me to leave it where it was and save about an hour of work for himself and one worker. Instead, we brainstormed for 20 minutes on the best placement, This meant telling his guy break up and remove a big piece of concrete, and level out a new spot to lay the pad. They even let me pitch in with a shovel, though it would probably have been easier without me.The A Team was really great. I was somewhat inform about some key issues and asked questions. They were very patient and polite to answer and explain. They knew their stuff. It was in the low-80s outside and worse in my small attic. They worked fast and efficiently, never a complaint at all, almost as if they enjoyed it. Ok, at least they were used to it. I am a very hard sell and a critical customer. It is no small thing that I would write such a glowing report, but it is all true.I FULLY RECOMMEND AND ENDORSE Dave and the A Team !

Worst place ever. Do not answer phones or return calls. Should not be in business. I have left over 15 messages as well as my home warranty people to know avail. Ive lost 100 dollars and my stuff is not fixed. This has gone on for 3 months.
Today Ryan C. came out to do the six month maintenance under the Silver maintenanc package on my daughters A/C system and definately deserves my 5 star rating. Ryan did a thorough checkup explaining to me his findings at each step. He was very professional and technically well versed. Having had a number of different companies do maintenance checkups on my own homes A/C system, I can honestly say that Speedys checkup is more complete and the technicians more thorough than other A/C companies.

He was honest and spent loads of time with me discussing my options to choose from new units. He provided three estimates and all of them were reasonable compared to when I had another unit installed from different company nearly 15 years ago. That really pleased me!A few days later, we made our decision and set up a date for installation. Favio, Ryan and Will came to the home and did a wonderful job installing the unit. They were professional, diligent and thorough. They were concerned about keeping the home clean both while taking the old unit out and installing the new unit. The first night we were cuddling and woke without the familiar night sweats! I have even considered changing our everyday bedding to include a midweight blanket. Installed a climatemaster geothermal heat pump with 2 speed compressor in an ocean front condo four months ago. So much better than what they replaced. Way quieter. Cut my electric bill by 50%. Lowers humidity much better. Good follow up from start to finish. Would recommend them to friends.

Speedy replaced an old AC unit. Their price wasn’t the highest or the lowest. Based on the estimates received it was in the middle. The folks I spoke with were principals, not salesmen. They performed the work in one day with no aggravation, neatly and quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

This company is great! The price was right, the install crew was all about business, and doing it with no shortcuts. They installed a new four ton American Standard Gold series, both inside and out. Even the removal of the old Lennox units was done right. In the end, I had a perfectly cooled house, and a smile on my face. The inside and outside was left clean when the job was done, and the HVAC hums along perfectly -quietly, and efficiently. Im picky, and Speedy ranks up there with the few, rare, five star companies Ive used in my 70 year long life. Thanks, guys. I have recently had new A/C unit installed by Favio and Ryan, two young men ,who are experienced, courteous, and pleasant. They performed a perfect job at our house. Loved this company. I had a few estimates. His was right on the mark but it’s is because he explained exactly what we were buying and gave us options for us to choose, not for them to choose. There was no fluff or coverup. Owner of the company came to our home to give us a quote. Nicest person. Honest and accommodating.
I talk to another company. they came out husband was home but they left no paper work saying they gave it to me over the phone.I made a call to Speedy AC Dave came out check out what I needed.I was replacing air handler and AC he recommended to make some changes because how the old handler was put in.Flavo and Joe was professional and did a very good job will recommend Dave and company they handle all the rebates thats was being offer job well done. Great company to do business with! They installed an outside unit about 6 months ago and came back today to do routine maintenance. Their technician Alex was on time and explained everything that he was doing throughout the process. Definitely have a long time customer!

This is the 3rd or 4th time Speedy came to my house and they totally live up to their name! They have always come to check the problem within hours of our HVAC unit conking out and the service has always been great! I highly recommend them!
Ryan Campbell was here yesterday to check our central air unit. He was very personable and explained what life expectancy is for our central air unit. He wrote us a proposal for a new one, luckily he was able to repair it this time.

2022-08-12I needed a new blower part for my Chanpion ac and Ivan did a great job... nice to have cool air again..and he was very courteous.Colleen was also very helpful and let me know when the part arrived and kept me up-to-date for installation same day.Much appreciated for their extra effort and getting the repair done quickly.

2021-08-16Hired speedy to come replace our unit in our home. They had to replace the old stand and replaced it with some brand new plywood. New stand looked great until the following day the Air handler started sweating so bad and leaving condensation that was coming from the bottom of the unit to damage the brand new plywood that the unit sits on. Had them come out 4 times to attempt to resolve my issue and we are still getting standing water on the stand causing mold and water damage. The last explanation I received that my TXV valve (thermal expansion valve) was not working properly causing the suction line to be too cold and it needed replaced. Then 2 days later a service tech showed up unannounced in the middle of the day to make the repair. Unit is still sweating and causing damage to the new stand. This problem needs to be resolved and I will remove this comment and 1star review.

2018-12-07Initial review, pics and follow up -- update :)I would just like to take a moment and share with you the recent service we received from speedy AC for our American Standard-total system installation.From the start, it was a pleasure meeting with the owner (Dave) who spent well over 90 minutes, explaining every aspect of AC system/engineering. He positively knows his stuff!! All knowledge without the gimmicky sales pitchSecondly, the installation (one week later,) went very smooth and without a hitch. Many thanks to the installers, Favio and Ryan ! They truly did a stand up job, double and triple checking all settings and aspects of the installation. I am not usually overly impressed but honestly the installation and the service this company provides is positively five-star. If its a good company youre looking for thats reasonable, reliable, and professional, then look no further. I am sure glad I did :-)UPDATE 2 weeks later-- This company does it all! First off, they registered us with American Standard, then processed our 250.00 rebate PLUS completed and sent us ALL the completed forms for our 500.00 utility company rebate, within a few days This is truly a 5 star company -- Very reasonable and totally professional!! 2020-02-24Dave and Jeff are top notch experts at what they do. Communication was prompt and thorough from start to finish; both with office personnel and the owners. Phase I project consisted of the installation of six rooftop packaged HVAC units and upgrading of our existing thermostats to wi-fi units. This job was complicated in that it required crane services and a crew both on the roof and on the ground. The team worked seamlessly. They were efficient and SPEEDY and completed the job in less than 6 hours; which was impressive and very appreciated by our building occupants. They were reliable and here as promised on time to start the day of job and had prepped each unit for lifting prior to crane arriving onsite making the crane time onsite as minimal as possible. They completed the new thermostat scheduling before leaving the same day, and followed up with city inspection -- which was a PASS on the first go -- and employee training on the new wi-fi thermostats. They provided me with all documentation required for files timely, including credentials, city inspection results, and warranty documents. Owners are hands-on and onsite entire time which is comforting. Very professional business! --UPDATED FEB 2020 Speedy was back again; selected to perform Phase II of this HVAC project with several units on the rooftop of a two story building and units in between floors requiring replacement. Similar to the to the experience of Phase I, they did awesome work! This project was detailed as well as difficult in that it required crane services and it was a very windy day. The Speedy Team both on ground and on the roof worked so well with each other; communication impressive and a job well done by all; no hiccups. Owners, Dave and Jeff, were again onsite to manage the project and very hands on. Once again we received a PASS with the city on their first inspection. I would not hesitate to refer Dave and his crew to anyone. They excelled at this very intricate in detail project! They departed leaving our office in clean condition, and displayed manners and professionalism while onsite. Great work, highly recommend! :)

2020-11-20Speedy Air Conditioning replaced my central a/c unit. Dave came out for the estimate, he was on time and gave me a competitive price. Fabio and Enrique were my installers. They were very meticulous and professional they kept everything clean from start to finish. They went the extra mile to make sure all the little details were done. Jen, in the office, called for my permit inspection and let me know the morning of the approx time the inspector would be there. I am very impressed with this company. All the employees are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

2022-01-05We had our AC installed last minute on July 3rd, 2021. The two gentlemen that came out were great and answered any questions we had. The whole process between the quote and installation was less than a week. Today we had our first maintenance on the plan and I cant be more pleased. Lauryn was absolutely fantastic and a truly dedicated employee. She definitely goes above and beyond the means of customer service. 2021-09-23Ive had the pleasure to use Speedy AC 3 times in the last 2 months. Just 2 months ago, Joey, the maintenance supervisor, came to install a Smart Wifi Thermostat. What a great job and super support to teach me how to use it. It works great!Then I had Lauryn come do our periodic maintenance (6 months into our 12 month plan) and to see why cooling efficiency was off. She easily diagnosed a leaking evaporator (A-Frame) and got one ordered (on warranty) on a Friday. Mandy (office customer service) scheduled it for Wednesday installation, hoping it would come in on Monday. It came in on Monday! and was installed in a superior fashion by James Wednesday morning. Such super work ethic from all and super communication and attention to quality & detail.If I could give them 6 stars I would. Delighted!

2021-10-23I was referred by a friend whereas Speedy Air Conditioning installed a unit for their house. Even though I ultimately did not go with this particular company I was highly impressed with the response time. Their pricing was fair for the market value of the units they sold. For me it came down to the brand of the AC Unit which was a personal choice. James was excellent and very professional and explained any questions I had. I do recommend giving them a call.
