Nothing but good things to say about the broker and agents at Steelebridge. They made the sale of our home go smoothly and as easy on us as possible. Caring and knowledgeable is what gets the job done!
My mother -in -law and I went to check out a house at 17 NW 32nd Pl,Cape Coral, FL 33993 and we got there and met with Jeff Tumbarello. Every answer he gave us was very short and rude, he did not even show us the house. When we got there we showed ourselves around the house and we tried to explain our situation financially and the like and he told us that none of that matters to him. He told us he had another appointment coming in and that if we wanted to rent the house we just need to fill out the application. We were probably there at that house about 10 minutes if that., horrible experience.
I called regarding a rental property, and spoke to Chris. He was extremely rude and condescending! I tried to ask some questions and it just seemed like I was bothering him. Finally, I asked when the property would be available and when can I see it, he was short and just responded with just one date. I asked Is that the date to show? he said did you not hear me?! and hung up the phone! What business person does that? Needless to say, I will not be renting from this company.
They will not help with anything including if landlord is in the wrong doing... all they care about is the money. first agent i ever dealt with and was the worst Cristina T. Never again will i go through a agency.
Jeff Tumbarello is very knowledgeable about the market and always goes above and beyond. He is also a pleasure to work with as a fellow Realtor.
