This was my first and hopefully only relocation I will ever have to do but I have to say Stockworth Realty goes above and beyond. They are truly a Concierge realty group. Erin Wanner was our realtor and was hands down the perfect match for my family and I. Before our first meet we sent her some houses and areas we were interested in and from there she got to know our look and amenities we were looking for in our new house. Our first outing was only supposed to be a 4 hour day, it ended up being an 8 hour day. We were done what we had planned for the day, but kept finding more to see and she was able to get us in so we kept going. I have to add that it was myself and my 2 kids who were 3 and 1. Erin was so great with them, packing a bag of snacks and drinks for them every time we went out. I never had to worry. Erin was always prepared for anything. Never once did I feel like I was inconveniencing Erin by continuing on with our search for the perfect home. Erin made every day we spent exploring areas and house hunting very informative and productive. Erin’s knowledge of Central Florida goes beyond any realtor’s I have ever met. She took the time to show us around town, and taught us multiple different ways to get around. She never pushed us to like one house or area more. She was very honest and informative and allowed my husband and I to come with our own opinion of an area. Erin also took us out to look at schools. She setup visits and even came with us. Concierge service! It took a second trip and a second look at things but we settled on an area and found Our Home. Erin also went above and beyond as we were closing too. She helped us set up a moving company and car transporters(Making phone calls for us if we weren’t able to get a hold of someone). She took care of coordinating an interior designer and our renovations to the house. She monitored the progress and made sure it was up to par for what we wanted done. She made sure things were done for us move in day bc we were in PA. She had the house cleaned and ready for when we arrived. I can’t say enough good things about Erin Wanner. 2020-12-08We have been extremely blessed and grateful to be working with our realtor, Erin Wanner. For our relocation from Connecticut, she helped us find a suitable rental house virtually for our family, and also helped us to negotiate a purchase on a wonderful home to renovate and enjoy once our lease ends! From her keen insight, seasoned experience, incredible work ethic, and savvy negotiating and problem solving skills, to her experience purchasing, renovating and selling homes with a strong network of service providers, including mortgage broker, attorneys, home inspection, contractors and many others, Erin is an exceptional realtor who makes you feel like you are her only client, even though she is expediently working with many others. From initial phone call to post closing, Erin was honest, positive, in touch, and on top of every detail and step, guiding us through both the rental and purchase processes. She made video tours of properties and surrounding areas we were interested in and gave us great advice on how to go about pursuing a home purchase without any pressure to do so. Her priority was making sure we had all the information needed to make a decision we were comfortable with. Under contract, she recommended the most thorough home inspector and got us all the estimates we needed through her network of contractors to negotiate a great deal with the seller. In the run up to closing, she worked with our loan officer to push the unprofessional and ill-prepared title company to make sure we closed on time. Michele was on it quickly and worked with their agent and even city to get the approvals we needed so we could close on time. It was great to have her on our side and would definitely use her again.

2021-11-05Julie and her team of professionals are exactly that- Professionals! They are working 24 hours a day to make sure things are perfect for their clients. Even when they were setting up third party services they always managed everything with a calm grace. I would highly recommend them!
