I would like to thank Isael Prieto and the entire Stratwell team for an amazing experience with both selling my old home and the purchasing of our dream home. I will start by saying that you could probably find a million realtors in south Florida. What I can assure you is that Stratwell is the one in a million. From the moment that they step in to the moment you finish you will not regret your experience. Their costumer service is outstanding. My wife and I did both transactions. The sale of our home with Eddie and the purchased of the new home with Roger. Both are true professionals who will deliver with no headaches. They now have a costumer for life!

Stevel Londono is THE BEST realtor in Florida! It may be possible that there are some who are just as good but I can guarantee that there is NO ONE BETTER THAN STEVEL. My husband and I have lived in 9 different homes in 4 different states and have done business with many realtors. You will not find another realtor as honest, professional, hard working, smart, skilled and as talented; Stevel is truly the best in his field. He not only sold our house quickly but at the best price possible. We had an offer the first day our home was placed on the market. Stevel could have advised us to sell (we would have listened) but he advised us to hold out and then he worked very hard until we got a full price offer shortly thereafter. There have been times when I have thought that realtors are overpaid for what they do but Stevel earned every cent of his commission! He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I had a very pleasant experience working with this agency, and more specifically with my agent Stevel Londono. I am a busy professional and was moving across the country while keeping a very tight work schedule. I had a very limited time window, less than 48 hours, to see a number of different apartments and before making a decision of which to rent for the next 12 months. Because I could not regularly communicate by phone due to my work schedule, I requested to coordinate primarily through email rather than traditional phone calls when trying to find potential places to tour during my visit.Stevel demonstrated a very high level of technological proficiency and did a wonderful job of sending me frequent updates about new listings as they came onto the market. The Miami housing market moves very quickly, and I was very grateful that he kept looking for new places on a daily basis and updating me in real time. When I flew in to the city, he arrived at the airport to pick me up, and we immediately started touring potential properties that I had shortlisted.After touring many places, I ultimately found one that I really liked and that fit within my budget. As I began the application process, Stevel was there every step of the way to make sure that there were no miscommunications between the landlord, myself, and the condo association for the building. I am not a native Spanish speaker, and I think this would have been very hard to coordinate without fluency in Spanish.Once the application was approved , he personally went and did a VERY THOROUGH inspection of the condo that I am renting, pointing out a number of small things that I would have definitely missed with my untrained eye. He also coordinated with the repair people to ensure that everything was fixed very quickly.All in all a five star experience. Stevel and his associates at Stratwell went above and beyond what I expected. After speaking with other residents in my building, Ive learned that this level of dedication and commitment to clients is not necessarily common amongst other realtors in Miami.I would recommend Stratwell 100% to all of my family and friends, and will definitely contact Stratwell again if I need help with moving in the future.

Eddie Blanco was very knowledgable and professional. We followed his advice and sold our property within the time he said it would be sold at a good price. His listing contract was very favorable as we could cancel at any time we did not feel that we were getting the service promised which is very different from other real estate agents. We had a great experience and already are recommending him to others.

I wanted to take a moment to share the experience I had while purchasing a home with 5 Diamond Management and Real Estate. From the beginning they took the time to explain the process. When making the offer, although the ultimate decision was mine, they gave me all the information I needed as far as market studies and comparables in order to make that decision. Once the offer was accepted , they expeditiously guided me through the lengthy complicated process. They broke it down into baby steps and it didnt feel overwhelming. The house I purchased need renovations, therefore I needed a renovation loan. They assisted me in getting quotes from contractors and building the scope of work. 2021-12-29I was contacted by Eddie Blanco a while back to see if i was interested in listing my condo for sale with his company. At the time it was listed with another local agent. When my contract finally ran out with that agent, I gave Eddie a call to list my property. I had explained I live in Connecticut and getting the place ready for sale would take me some time to get down to Florida to get some basic cleaning up to get ready for sale. He told me they could help me with that. I was surprised to hear his team offered these services. My prior agent when asked to help me, said she could not help me coordinate anything.Basically the Stratwell team was exceptionally responsive and very helpful from helping me get my condo straightened out as well as offering to recommend and get pricing for some possible repairs.All in all, I was extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Also Thanks to Miguel Abinader who handled the closing flawlessly.I highly recommend working with the Stratwell team, you will be glad you did !!!!!

He made me feel very comfortable with his positive but genuine evaluation. The processor Alyna was on top of all my questions and made processing effortlessly. Miguel on the closing side made everything very clear and very easy. He took care of contacting all parties , getting closing docs was a breeze. I was able to list and close on my property in 34 days. Thank you Stratwell I will never use another realtor.
