Ive bought 2 cars from Marty (used side) within the past year and will continue using him! He is extremely helpful, personable, and even provides some laughs! When I had a concern or problem with the car(s), he took it upon himself to schedule appointments and get everything fixed. You wanna talk about grade A service - he provides just that! Weve had nothing but great transactions from this place.
I had been to two other dealerships in the past six months for friends and family and let me tell you that I had the best experience at Subaru of Daytona. Where we had multiple wait times at the others, Daytona Subaru was quick and concise. They were also so flexible about my finances and even allowed for me to drive off the lot with a dealers license while I was figuring out my insurance. Such a great visit, John was the best man to help me find my first big girl car. I cant recommend them enough and I will be coming back in a few years!
This was my first visit to Subaru Of Daytona. The folks there are friendly and efficient. The work to be done was clearly explained, the time it would take to complete was understood, and the team kept me informed during the whole process. My car was delivered as promised and they had given it a car wash too! It was a very good visit, and I will be back.
The team at Subaru of Daytona were great! The got me into my new to me car promptly without a lot of BS. John, my salesman, was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. All in all in was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Just wish they had more cars to choose from. The supply chain issues are hitting car inventories hard.
Started a 5 plus hour drive one way to pick up a vehicle that was supposed to be there and was informed an hour away that they sold the vehicle without letting me know. If I wouldn’t have checked in they would have let me continue the trip for no reason. Was told it’s first come first serve even if driving hours and scheduled to see a certain vehicle. Went to Subaru in Jacksonville which had more inventory and a friendlier staff and purchased the car there instead.
Gene McMahon was the best salesman Ive ever delt with. Everybody at the dealership was very patient and worked with me every step of the. I was not prepared in the slightest. After spending many hours looking for an Outback and calling multiple dealers for assistance, Subaru of Daytona was the only dealership that put any effort into helping me find what I wanted. Matt was responsive and had awesome communication through the entire process. He made all the difference and their team is kind and cares about customers.
I had an AMAZING sales guy, John, work with me in a time sensitive situation!! My original Subaru Forester has broken down in the midst of a road trip and he was able to rush a tow in the car, and sell me exactly the car I wanted so I could be on the road within the same day!! I got another Subaru Forester and was able to drive from Florida to Maine hiking all the mountains I wanted with my doggos in a safe and reliable vehicle !! So so grateful for this experience and even more grateful that when I got back Subaru made sure to do a full check up and any work needing to be done to it within 2 days of my return!! Such an amazing group there !!!! Huge huge thank you !!!
My husband & I live in St Augustine. We purchased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler from your dealership a couple weeks ago from Marty DeMichele, sales consultant. He was wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with attention to detail. Very personable & really enjoyed our experience with him. Everyone we met at the dealership that day was awesome. And we also enjoyed our conversation with the manager who once lived in Pawtucket, RI. Would recommend these people & this dealership to anyone! The service department employees were not helpful at all. Kept telling me they couldn’t find the salesman and I should wait. When I went to pick the car up, it was pouring rain. It took multiple requests and referral to a manager before someone could pull the car under the portico so I didn’t get drenched. They were just rude and unconcerned about being pleasant or helpful. Nobody at a Jenkins dealership has ever acted this way to me. Night and day difference in attitude.
Great customer service, got oil change and rotation. (First on new vehicle). Im a travel healthcare worker, so having the comfort of Subaru maintenance was a plus. Had a comfy waiting area and refreshments. Friendly, helpful staff. Makes me love Subaru even more! Excited for more adventures with my subie, Sequoia! Thanks a bunch!
Tried six times to get a price on a new Subaru and to speak to a sales manager with no success (was hung up on by Brie three times). I ordered one from another dealership but this one is closer to my home so I wanted to see if they would match the deal so that I would not have to drive to Jacksonville. Then I tried to use their website to contact them and was booted out. Guess they do not like negative comments and dont care about customer service.
The service reps are always nice and helpful and I’ve been a long time customer but my last service they missed a bad front passenger control arm causing the car to shake uncontrollably at speeds above 60. I ended up at a Subaru dealership in Jacksonville delaying my road trip hours and so much stress. I specifically had the car serviced and inspected for this trip and the inspection included tire inspection and rotation. Did they have to catch the issue? No but when you buy your car from a dealership and take it exclusively to that dealer for service you hope for a certain level of care. The right front tire literally rocks back and forth so it’s hard to believe it was that hard to spot during tire rotation plus we were told there was signs of significant wear. We don’t drive on the highway often so we didn’t know until we got on the road for a trip, thought it was the road. Turned into a complete nightmare all because someone couldn’t be bothered. Incredibly disappointed.

So, We have been researching and shopping around for a few months and looked at over 50 vehicles... so we drove to Daytona to look around and stopped by to check out yet another Equinox, as we thought this was the vehicle we liked and would fit our needs. Like the others, the car didnt say buy me now!, and as we were leaving we seen this car, just traded in. As i was looking at it, John came back out and threw a price at me. So we test drove it and expressed our concerns. ( Some other salesman came about and almost ruined the possibility of any sale acting like ive never owned a car with AC, smh) But John was straight forward, and took care of the concerns like a pro!. He went above and beyond in communications and getting information we asked for, letting us purchase at our pace, not a pushy salesman acting like we NEED to buy it Right now. He knew we walked away from 50+ cars already. He was without a doubt one of the most straightforward ( which is rare in that industry) and helpful salesman we have encountered in months.. To make a long story longer, we bought the car and absolutely luv it. Thanks John Barsotti, you helped us purchase our Dream Car!!. And made sure it was worth the investment. Now we know what were looking for on our next NEW vehicle and where we are going to purchase it from. Overall, This dealership was outstanding, the Finance Manager was awesome, and made everything go quickly and smoothly covering every detail.
I took my wife’s car to Subaru of Daytona. It needed to throw out bearing and I had him do the clutch why It was apart I told them to change the oil the serpentine belt the headlights and go through the vehicle and make sure there’s nothing else that needs to be done they took it upon themselves to find other issues like the rear wheel bearings and a part of the air-conditioning system I had no problem paying that even though the air conditioner worked fine and the wheel bearings were within spec they manage to find $6000 of work that needs to be done to the car I paid the bill no problem no questions asked expecting the vehicle to be in good shape immediately after picking the car up the headlights did not work the oil was not changed and the original serpentine belt we’re still on the vehicle I only brought the vehicle to Subaru being the original dealership from the manufacturer of the car I figured they would take good care of us I would look elsewhere these people are dishonest to say the least
Some of the people working there dont have a clue what theyre talking about. All work has to be checked by the customer. Why? Several parts were missing after an Outback was taken in for extensive engine work. This included a quart low on oil and low radiator fluid. Missing fasteners and wiring were also found. Unreal.Update: 02.18.22. A professional racing mechanic took a look at the Outback after what sounded like the front axle going bad (CV joint). He found one of the idler-pulley mounting bolts had come completely out, fallen down, and was sliding back and forth on the plastic shield under the front of the car. The plastic was worn shiny/smooth from the bolt. What does that tell you? It was out for a long time! Our best mechanic is working on it... they said...
I was looking for a new car and wanted a reliable and comfortable vehicle. I had owned Subarus in the past and decided to visit Subaru of Daytona. John Barsotti made the entire car buying experience a pleasure. He was professional, answered all our questions and made sure I had the right car for me, a Subaru Crosstrek. By far the best dealer rep Ive ever worked with, thank you John!
Went in to just look and test drive. Ended up loving the car and tried to work out a deal . People were rude and nasty didnt want to work out anything actually over msrp. Called around an ended up driving a little further an got an amazing deal on a Subaru in Jacksonville dont recommend going there
Beware! They use faulty aftermarket parts and charge you full price. My car has been in 2 times past month and still worse off! 4k wasted. They put in a faulty steering wheel rack, admitted faulty, 2nd time worse leaking. Service manager Frank refused to refund the aftermarket faulty part I have, now I must go elsewhere with a damaged part I paid for.
Beware of Subaru. They do not stand behind their product. I purchased a brand new 2022 Crosstrek in October and the bluetooth has never worked. Calls are dropped then the radio comes on and off. Ive been to Subaru of Daytona three times and they claim it is my Apple phones problem. The phone worked fine in my last car and still works in my husbands and daughters cars. His Samsungs bluetooth does not work in my Crosstreck. Ive been to Apple and Verizon and both say its a Subaru problem. Google this problem and its all over the Internet. Dont ever buy a Subaru.
First i would like to say thank you to Bruce, Matt, and Ola for the best buying experience. These guys know how to take care of you and your needs when buying a new vehicle! I have bought 4 vehicles from Subaru of Daytona and wouldnt buy any where else. These guys get the job done!! I decided to surprise my wife with a car that she has been looking for over the last 6 months and I found one here at Subaru of Daytona. Gene McMahon was the salesman who took my call and it was completely awesome from that phone call until we picked it up. It happened to be Daytona race week and we were flying in from Utah to pick up the car. It was a complete surprise for my wife and Gene was fantastic at communicating everything we needed to make the purchase easy!Thank you so much Gene for making our experience so incredible - truth be told, I would fly to Daytona to purchase another vehicle from you as our experience was so great!
We found a used Mercedes that we could not live without. John Barsotti our sales person, made the transaction and our experience there so easy and enjoyable. I bought a Impreza from Subaru from Gene and Subaru of Daytona. Took a little while to get the ac and bearings fixed but they made it right gave me a nice loaner car made the payments affordable. Ola did an awesome job as did Gene. Thanks. Only reason not five stars was the wait on parts. Not their fault though. Would buy another car there. Honest and very nice .
Looking for a reliable used car with safety features. Stopped by Subaru of Daytona and was referred to John Barsotti. He was so helpful showing us many models and answering all our questions. We were sold! After our purchase, he spent more time explaining how to use the features, gave us his number to call with any questions. We did.We left for the summer and due to an accident, needed another car. We had so much trust in John, we asked him to help us . He found the perfect Subaru. We bought it sight unseen. Flew back to FL to pick it up.
Service was outstanding and timely as always.Only problem technician forgot to reset the Oil Change and Tire Rotation Indicators.Every time I start the automobile the display indicates that I need to have the oil changed and tires rotated. A bit annoying.I take my Outback to the dealership believing the mechanics are the best trained and knowledgeable. Wow, was I wrong.
We took our car in for a small recall issue while on vacation. Not only were they able to get us an appointment with almost zero notice, they finished quicker than expected. “Normal” services, but they provide a shuttle if a loaner car isn’t available, so we didn’t have to sit around bored for 2 hours. Everyone was helpful and genuinely nice. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Subaru of Daytona provided wonderful service throughout my car buying process, and Adrian really knocked it out of the park. He was kind, knowledgable, and personable above all else. Adrian answered all of my questions and was able to help me into my dream car. I will definitely be sending my friends to Adrian for a new Subaru!
My experience with this dealership has been excellent to date. Salesman had to trade with another dealership to get car I wanted and although this took several days it went smoothly. A minor rattle developed in the car after a few weeks and dealership got it in reign away and resolved issue. Showroom and waiting areas are clean and staff has been professional.
The scheduling and interface with the service people at this dealership went well. The quality of work was very disappointing. My cars center console was removed to change out the park switch and they left my items from each compartment strewn all over the floor and under the seat.Tools were left on the floor, the front dash trim was not snapped down and the back console panel was laying on the back seat floor. It was a Friday afternoon so maybe someone was in a hurry.
Sean Stevens is a valued service writer. Sean arranged for me to get in to the service department on short notice and had researched my issue so that when I got there he was pretty sure he had the solution. He took my car back to the mechanic and had resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes.
Bought my wife’s car here for some repairs and I was told that it would take approximately 4 hours And that they didn’t have any loaner cars avail . But that they would have one of their staff drive me home and pick me up . I was in palm coast and Subaru was in Daytona about 30 minutes away .. I was very happy I did t have to sit there for 4 hours . They pick me up and the car is running like new . Very good customer service I highly recommend this dealership .
We absolutely lucked out with Daytona Subaru and sales consultant John Barsotti. We were looking for a used Subaru Crosstrek and found exactly the one we wanted there - a Limited model in orange. John was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and put together a respectable financing plan. We would definitely work with him in the future.
Best new car dealership in Daytona. Just bought my 3rd Subaru, a 2022 Impreza Sport, and my seventh car overall from them (they used to be the Saturn dealer) and the Daytona Subaru team works hard to keep your business. The dealership follows through on what is important and stay in the right when it matters. My salesman Dan is low pressure and honest, and I think that is supported by the overall company, which is under the umbrella of Glenn Richey. Good service department. They just need more inventory! The car shortages have impacted every car seller!
I had a good experience purchasing a car at Daytona Subaru. The salesperson, Dan, was very patient and respectful. He spent all the time we needed to answer our questions. He also showed great patience during the new-car-tutoring-session before we took the car home. Most importantly, when we got home, we had a small issue—user error, not a problem with the car. Dan drove thirty minutes to the house to help us. Then, later in the day, when we still experienced user error, Dan drove up again to help. The car is great and the service even better. This is the second Subaru I’ve bought and have been very pleased with the follow-up care the dealership has provided.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife and I have looked online for many cars and found 1 that was located in this dealership. We called at noon and asked if we could test drive the car, and Gene McMahon said that it would be available for a test drive in the afternoon at exactly 2 PM. My wife and I only ride Uber, so it took a big toll on our finances, especially when we live 30 minutes away. When we got to the dealership on time, he was already with a customer. He approached us, and said that Steve would be the one taking care of us since hes with a customer. He told Steve that the car we went there for was already sold that morning, but wanted Steve to show us other cars. This really made us angry and frustrated, because we could have saved time and money coming to this location if he would have had the integrity and guts to tell the truth. I guess hes only filled with the greed for money, not even caring about how this affects the customers. Gene didnt deserve our time and words, so we followed Steve instead. I feel bad for Steve because he actually tried his best to help us. But there was nothing that matched our interests.
This is a fairly new dealership, they have a small footprint in the service lane which made it comfortable and cozy. We used the Express service because we just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Michael who is the contact, was quick, friendly and efficient. They also offer a package of $200.00 for oil and tire rotations, for two years. it makes sense to take advantage of it in this market its a great deal. Overall a great place to do business!
I brought my brand new Subaru in for its first oil change. I called 2 days prior and asked about appointments and pricing. I ended up making my appointment online and selected oil change and tire rotation for $69.99.When I came for my appointment today, the service advisor, Mike, informed me it would be $82.00 with tax. I refused the service considering I called and made my appointment online and it was $69.99. At that point, he gave me the oil change for the advertised price online and on the phone.I will not be subject to these bait and switch techniques. Be careful of the scams and price increases at Daytona Subaru and specifically Mike in the service department.
Sorry this review is so late! I bought my 2020 Forester Sport back in September 2020 with the help of Adrian and Mark. They were both amazing to work with, and I was so happy with my experience. I found the car online while I was working up in New York helping with their Covid crisis last year, and Adrian was very helpful and worked with me over the phone with my trade in and down payment. I was even able to give them a deposit to hold my car for two weeks until I got back to Florida. This is my first time owning a Subaru and I’m never going back! I purchased the car because I was moving from Florida to Washington state and I needed a reliable AWD vehicle to move my dog and I across the country, and something with enough room to pack full of all my belongings. My Mazda 3 sedan wasn’t going to cut it, and I couldn’t be happier with my Forester. It has done incredible with the terrain here in Washington, and I even joined a local Subaru crew in my area! We go out frequently to different trails and forest roads in the mountains, and my car has been nothing but capable. Highly recommend Subaru and highly recommend this dealership! Thanks guys!
Overall an OK experience buying a new Subaru Forester. Sales people did their best to accommodate us. Took a few hours to see finance manager but when we did he was organized and efficient. Car we purchased disappeared but we had another one in about 10days. Communication could have been better. Great Marks for negotiating and final price. They were very fair.
This is a review for the service department.Situation: Service advisor added on services and fees of $430 without customer authorization.Background: Went to Daytona Subuaru for battery replacement and oil change along with two service recalls. They did not order the parts for one of the two service recalls so one of them wasnt completed. Upon arrival to pickup my car, the service advisor tells me my bill is $700. All of a sudden I am overwhelmed by grief, anguish, and discontent. Excuse me... battery replacement and oil change is $700? Turns out, I was charged an additional $320 to replace spark plugs.Assessment: Upon further analyzing my invoice, They are charging close to $100 per labor hour. Also, be aware they are charging $20 in shop supplies. What is this? I paid for the parts, labor, and the oil so what is shop supplies? Is it a charge to use their tools? Looked at my previous invoices from other Subaru dealerships Ive been to and they were not applying erroneous fees and shady business practices like Daytona Subaru. Labor was nowhere near $100 per hour either at the other dealerships. Never been charged SHOP SUPPLIES before. Get rid of it because now everyone reading this review knows about the mysterious shop supplies. I imagine a clever COVID pandemic excuse will be the reason for these aggressive recommendations and additional fees.Asked them to check my tires for any leaks at the beginning of the appointment. They never did it. I get sucker punched into paying $700 for a cabin filter along with some spark plugs and wiper blades yet they cant comply with a small request I asked them to do.They inputted my cars mileage incorrectly by 10,000 miles LOL.Be aware, they are pushy on their recommendations and they wont tell you how much the recommended service will cost. So make sure to be EXTREMELY ASSERTIVE with these people or youll be in for a real treat when you drop off your car for an $80 oil change only to be ABUNDENTLY SURPRISED with a $380 bill that has bogus recommended services about replacing your cabin filters, and wiper blades (lets not forget those SHOP SUPPLIES by the way) just thrown onto your service bill.Keep in mind, a cabin filter is an AC filter.. Im not paying $50 everytime I show up to a dealership to replace this. They act like your AC is just gonna spontaneously fall apart without replacing this filter. I owned a 2006 WRX, never changed the cabin filter and the AC was never an issue.Anyways, see the fees below that was just thrown onto my invoice.Charge for cabin filter replacement = $48. Did not consent to this.Charge to replace wiper blades = $42. Did not consent to this either.Charge for spark plug replacement = $320. Sure as hell did not consent to that.Charge for mysterious SHOP SUPPLIES = $20.Grand total in services and fees I never asked for: $430.Recommendation: Go to Orlando Suburu. They just do what you tell them to do without pushing recommendations and charging mysterious fees.Only reason why I went here is because I just didnt feel like driving to Orlando. I have a 2015 Subaru Outback, pretty much a lousy car. Been in the shop more than any other car I have ever owned. I took it to Subaru of Daytona for the 2nd set of rear wheel bearings (car has 69k miles on it). I was told that there was so much rust that I would be looking at $5000+ in repairs. I told them no thanks and would take care of it myself, which I did. I was shocked when replacing the bearings myself (I am a licensed aircraft mechanic), there was very little rust and the whole job took less than 2 hours for both rear wheel bearings and only needed $365 in parts ($182 per bearing). Pretty disappointed with Subaru in general but certainly even more so with Subaru of Daytona.
Went to the used car department looking for a particular car, Subaru Forester. Found The one. Frank Rivera was very helpful, going over all the features of this Certified Pre-owned 2015 Forester and suggested a test drive. There was no high pressure salesman type personality, just a great guy that helped with all we wanted to know and do. We were able to drive out with our new Certified Pre-owned Subaru Forester. I highly recommend seeing Frank Rivera if anyone wants or needs a new used car. He is helpful, even after the sale. I will be sending everyone I know that wants a new used car to Frank !
I had a terrible experience with the Sales Dept at this dealership. I picked out a car that they had on the lot. The Sales Manager told me to name my price and he would try and reach it. I looked up the usual discount from the MSRP and only asked for that, and the Sales Rep said that seemed fine. And then he told me the car was a demo and had 3000 miles on it and had to be sold as a used car. I said then I wanted another thousand dollars off of my OTD offer. He said that was fine, but had to check with the Sales Manager. He came back and offered me less than the usual discount and no accommodation for the fact it was a used car. I never did see the sales manager who must have been too embarrassed to show his face. I would never go back to this dealership.
Purchased an awesome Outback from Stephen in the used car department. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and completely upfront with my wife and I and we will be sure to spread the word about the excellent treatment we received from Stephen and Ola at Daytona Subaru!!
I called yesterday after several warning lights came on, including the Check Engine light and low gas warning light (even though I have a nearly full tank of gas). I wanted to know if it was safe to drive to the dealership, since the manual said to call. I was told “probably”. I then tried to make an appointment to bring it in, so they could run a diagnostics/computer scan and was told the first appointment is Friday morning! This morning I called and talked to the Service Dept. Manager, Frank, who told me to bring it in at 2 pm today. Since they didnt have a loaner car, Chris (the service rep) called Enterprise, who came to pick me up within 15 minutes. I was back home by 3:05 pm after going to Enterprise to get the rental. Chris just called to tell me the problem is a fuel level sensor, that needs to be replaced. Since I have been a loyal customer since 2015 when I bought my Forester from them, they are going to give me a break on the part, in addition to paying for the rental. I appreciate everything they have done to accommodate me!
I was traveling to Florida to visit my family for the holiday weekend. About 1.5 hours from my parents, my car dash lit up like a Christmas tree. All things were flashing and I was completely at a loss. I brought my Forester to the closest dealer and was treated so well. My repair originally could have cost an unforeseeable fortune. Ricci, the Service Manager, and team were able to repair my car without breaking my bank. I am forever grateful for the kindess and care that was given to me. My car is back on the road and I just drove it to my next work assignemnt in Houston, Texas. I will come back when/if I am in the area and in need of service. Thanks again for everything.
Gene was a very low pressure salesman. He answered my questions and still answers them after I made my purchase. Getting my registration has been slow 5+ weeks and waiting but I have been assured that is a finance company issue. I will update my review as this whole experience unfolds.
So far, we had 2 great experiences here. Our outback was purchased easily and within a reasonable amount of time, and our first service visit was very pleasant. A group of nice people both in front of the house and in back, and we are very happy with this car, that we’ve already put about 6000 miles on in 12 weeks! Very very quiet car, I’m sure the super soft Yokohama tires help, I know we will be replacing them often because of their quiet soft luxury, but they’re only $156 so…
I have a Subaru crosstrax this is a great car. Mine when going down a certain type of road the steering wheel airbag makes a noise . I can not duplicate this problem in Daytona. Like I said only happens on certain roads. This is the second time I have asked them to just take a look to see if something is loose. I even offered to pay for them to look into this and Frank did not sound like he wanted to get involved .So this is why they get one star for customer satisfaction.John
I was 750 miles from home in Daytona Beach when one of my Outbacks warning lights went on just before I was supposed to start on the 750 mile road trip back home. I turned up without an appointment at the dealership, and they helped me right away. They were very kind to this frazzled and exhausted driver! An hour later, they had diagnosed the problem and set me up with a loaner car for my time in Daytona Beach to pack my kid up from college. The next day they had my car back to me. I was stranded dar from home, and They made what could have been a bad situation as smooth and easy as possible. Thanks to Rici and everyone at Subaru of Daytona.
My mom has been a school teacher for the last 25+ years. Shes been driving around an old, dangerous Nissan Pathfinder with 14 million miles on it for the last 10 years. The AC went out about 2 years ago which is unbearable here in FL. My goal was to save up and find her a nice, used Camry to buy for her. I searched and searched but each place I contacted added fee after fee on to their advertised price. It wasnt until I contacted Joan that this all changed. Ive purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the most easy going, no BS experience that Ive ever had. I explained my situation to Joan and she genuinely wanted to help out. I was given a really really good deal on this Camry. After this deal was established, the dealer found out they needed to put all new tires and a brake job on the Camry. This most likely wiped away any/most profit they were making on the car but they did it anyway. I cant tell you how much I appreciate this and how great it was to deliver that car to my mom who is now driving around for no reason because she loves the car so much(and has AC!). Thank you again and I highly recommend this dealership. Work with Joan if at all possible!
Gene McMahon provided outstanding customer service showing me every car I wanted to look at. I took well over an hour deciding on what car I wanted to buy and he was so patient, informative, knowledgeable and just down right a very kind man. My husband and I were very pleased at the clean facility, friendly staff and manager but most importantly I never felt any pressure to buy. I went for an oil change, a warning light that tire was low, for a brake light switch recall, and for help setting my clock. It took a little longer than I was told, but the service manager apologized, and went with me to my car to teach me how to set the clock. He is the only one at any dealership to teach me, and not just fix it.Long story short, the warning light was still on, and Chris noticed, and brought it back in and fixed it, and it was quick. I left, and a different warning light came on. When I got home, I noticed that my brake lights were on, and I couldnt shut them off. Now I was almost late to a meeting, and wouldnt make it back to the dealership in time. I knew this was going to drain my battery, and I needed my car the next morning. I was starting to panic. Chris, the Service Manager actually sent someone right over to my home, and he knew just what it was, and fixed it. He even started the car to make sure the light went off.I have never had a problem with this dealership before. Their waiting area was comfortable, and it is easy to find them, and not fight Nova traffic. They washed my car and vacuumed it too. I love my Subaru, so they will always have my business! Thank you Chris, and all of the friendly staff!

I started my quest to find a Sienna van for my elderly parents at AutoTrader and found one at Subaru of Daytona. It’s been almost 4 months since I’ve started shopping around for a new car. Ever since this disease spread through our country, work hasn’t been too steady and I’m hesitant to make this major purchase with so many question marks in my life. Through my research, Subaru has been the one of the car brands that comes up the most in terms of reliability, comfort ability, and one of (if not the highest) in terms of resale value. Due to this, I decided to venture into Subaru Daytona to check out what they had to offer. To preface, I absolutely hate going to car dealerships as most salesmen are too pushy and that causes my anxiety to shoot through the roof. Luckily Mark was the first representative to greet me and, because of him, I’ve never felt more comfortable within a car dealership through 3 car purchases. He exemplified grade A customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the cars on his lot, but also, how they compare to similar cars sold by other brands that I’m also currently considering. He didn’t fit the stigma of “pushy car salesman” whatsoever and really listened to my needs for my daily driver and gave recommendations without forcing me or putting me on the spot to make a decision. Once I’m ready to make this investment, you better believe that I’m going back to Mark at Subaru Daytona to help. I recommend him to all!
Went to Subaru of Daytona on 10/19/20 for service. Service Advisor was outstanding, but employees backing him up left much to be desired. This is not a place to do business if you are Covid 🦠 concerned. My observations indicate that management here has no concern for health and safety of customers. Real shame as this is a nice new facility and I need a reliable place for parts and service.
Went back to get an oil change. I was skeptical but they were awesome. Back to being of service to the customers. Much better experience. Ill be back.Used to be a great place but bad experience this time. Staff wasnt very friendly. I didnt feel like a valued customer and they did a really sloppy job washing the car and vacuuming. Not sure what happened this time. They used to be awesome. Ho I e this was just a bad day
We were in no hurry to buy a vehicle for my son and were shopping around. He found a low milage car that he really liked, here at the Subaru dealership. Gene was very kind and went out of his way by creating a video specifically for my son to get a better tour of the car because he knew we were coming from far away. I want to love them, but I dont. I bought a new Subaru from them a year ago. They keep disappointing me but I am easy to please.My prior experience with Nissan was Superior in all ways from purchase to excellent customer service.Despite thinking Subaru is a superior product.I am considering trading my Subaru in somewhere else so I can have that feel good feeling when I need to go in for oil changes and services.What happened to thank you we are glad to have you as a customer?The service advisor was the worst. The only thing she had to say was YOU ARE EARLY.(arrived at 1240 for a 1300 appt) and other snarky comments about my request for a shuttle that I had scheduled with my appointment.Then when the service was done my car interior smelled of engine grease. They didnt reset the service reminder. I am pretty sure there was minimal effort put into the 21 point inspection as they didnt even notice my wiper blades needed replaced. My service advisor was no where to be found at pick up.At Nissan they advise you after service and wash and vacuum your vehicle. At Subaru they gave me back my car smelly.when it wasnt before. No wash, no vaccuum.Just saying.. someone needs to raise the bar or At least dont be Rude.

I purchased a vehicle at Gary Yeomans last year from Adrian Caponera who has since left Yeomans and moved up to Subaru of Daytona. I started having problems with the car I bought at Yeomans and went for service - overall I give Gary Yeomans LESS than one star for customer service. Feeling frustrated with Yeomans customer service I contacted Adrian for help and found he wasnt even there any longer and went to see him at Subaru of Daytona. It was so good to see him and a person who really cared about ME and not just a number but treating me as a real person - he was smart to leave Yeomans! I bought a car from him yesterday (9/14/2020) at Subaru of Daytona and he is the most awesome salesman EVER! He has always been there for me and I highly recommend Subaru of Daytona and Adrian Caponera as your salesperson! He will find what you want and help you with what you need! Customer Service is always excellent. They try to accommodate your schedule and fit you in for service when you are able to come. This is very important since I come down from palm coast. I would recommend them to family and friends. In fact my father in law bought his outback here on my recommendation to check out Subaru for his next car purchase. He loves it and has his service done there also.
We purchased a Subaru Outback several months ago and were very happy with the purchase and service. My husband mentioned that he was in the market for a used truck and Gene McMahon took all the information about what he wanted. He texted pictures and information about trucks they got in and said to let him know if we were interested. I liked the fact that we were not pressured to check out the trucks. Finally, after about 7 trucks my husband said this is the one, lets take a ride over. Again, the purchase and service was great. He is very happy and we would and have recommended both Gene and Subaru of Daytona to friends.
This dealership really went above and beyond to find just what we needed and were helpful and positive the whole way through. We ended up buying 2 cars because our salesman took the time to listen to us and offer choices. Subaru of Daytona was the 3rd dealership I visited, and I wish it had been the first! Linda Palmer was hands down the best and easiest salesperson I have ever worked with. She made me feel like I was in charge; she listened to what I wanted and delivered. A different dealership had tried pushing me into a different car and upselling higher packages, and honestly I was about to give up and keep my old car. Linda listened and helped me outand was very upfront and transparent about pricing, again, not my experience elsewhere. Linda also gave me the best test drive experience I have ever had. She showed me each and every feature, talked me through using it, and explained what it would do for me. She also took me places that I could really get a feel for the car.I definitely recommend this dealership, and though they all seemed very nice, I personally feel that you cant go wrong if you ask for Linda Palmer!!!

Our family began our relationship with Subaru of Daytona almost four years ago with the purchase of our first Subaru, a 2015 Outback. Aside from being very pleased with the car, we were even more impressed with the staff. Our salesperson, Ivan, applied no pressure to purchase, made sure we were completely informed about different models and package options, making the purchase seamless. Additionally we have visited several times looking at used cars for my son, salespeople are always friendly and laid back.
Adrian is amazing! My daughter was looking for her first vehicle and I was unable to make it to the dealership until I got out of work. Adrain was with her and kept in contact with me through the entire thing until I got there. By that time she was all ready to sign! She has since purchased her second vehicle from him! I give five stars because I got an incredible deal. Its like if you go to a hospital and have a great clinical outcome but the process to get there was a little rough. That was my experience here. We got a great deal, and that is what I ultimately went there for. We ended up buying two used Subarus after a trade and they did us right. We had to go back an extra time and they ended up having to deliver the two cars two us three days after purchase but it all got done. Jean was our used car saleswoman and she is salt of the earth; very engaging and conscientious. I would definitely go back there and recommend them happily to anyone.
Been debating getting a new car for sometime now and thought to give a Subaru a chance. Called up Subaru of Daytona and spoke with Austin. After listening to everything Im looking for he pointed out the 2021 Crosstrek. The extra power it has over the 2020 model is a nice bonus. He let me know that it will be hitting the showroom soon and will call me back when it arrives so I can get out there and test drive. Ive talked with a number of car salesman over the years and it was a welcome relief to speak with someone knowledgeable and not pushy. Austin speaks to you like a person and not a dollar sign.
While we did not buy a Subaru from this dealer we did spend an hour or so here looking over several models and styles. Jeff Lloyd was the salesman that was kind enough to show us around and answer a ton of questions. If his service is any indication of the rest of the dealership then I would never have an issue dealing with these good people. It was a great experience and Jeff give Subaru a good name in this town.

After four years I finally found something to repair on our Outback. My wife knocked the fancy lens in the right side view mirror out, leaving it dangling by some wires after hitting the garage door opening backing out. They fixed it in a half hour while I waited. Much of that time must have been spent washing and detailing the interior of the car. To top it all off there was no charge. FREE! Dont tell my wife.
Ricci Magsino helped my check in for my oil change and tire rotation. I was going to pay for the service which was like $69 I had no idea the first service was free and you get complimentary car wash and vacuum really nice of them to offer that information to the customer I feel like other places would have just charged me and not said anything. All the staff members were so so helpful and friendly and what a nice surprise! [more money to spend on Christmas gifts now :) ]
I had gone here originally just to look for a new car to replace my dying one. The sales associate who came to help me look at all my options was fantastic. He didnt push anything and that was a huge relief. I ended up leaving that day sold on a new car and will remain a huge fan and faithful Subaru owner after this. The employees here are truly wonderful, thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend.
I went to Daytona Subaru thinking about trading in my Mitsubishi Lancer for a Subaru Outback. We met Jeff Lloyd at the entrance and he made the process beyond simple and efficient from start to finish. He was able to ask any question we had about the Outback and other models. He knew details about safety, mechanics, etc. I was especially looking for a car that is safe for a family and functional by having good gas mileage. Not only did Jeff point us in the right direction, but he was the most knowledgeable salesman I have encountered. Jeff did not push anything on us and ended up getting us a way better deal than we expected. We ended up purchasing the Outback and could not be happier with our decision. The car has countless safety features that I never knew I needed as well as great storage and gas mileage. The Outback is our perfect car and we are so thankful for a salesman that was honest, resourceful, and kind!
My husband and I stopped by Subaru Dealership in Daytona because we are in the market to upgrade our family vehicle. upon arriving we were greeted by a young man who was energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. This was refreshing because the other dealerships we visited over the past two weeks had been everything but..We had plenty of questions and he was able to answer them all to our satisfaction. he went above and beyond our expectations. He was honest about what he could do and what we could expect from the company and the vehicle. We have not bought as of yet but the experience was great. Very pleased with my experience. I went to Subaru of Daytona for my 90K checkup. We needed to buy another car for my daughter so we were going to use the time to test drive a new Subaru. There was low inventory. We went next store to Ritchey Autos and met John Barsotti. Long story short, we bought a 2018 certified pre-owned imprezza for my daughter. It was a great experience with John as he was not at all like those annoying pushy car salesmen you usually get. We are happy with our purchase, the dealership in general, with Ritchey Autos and our experience with John.
Katie was great...however, finance mgr. never came over to introduce himself or even looked our way..we were the only customers in the showroom and on the lot. He did not want to even discuss our offer. They must sell enough to where than can pass up a sale..no counter offer, nothing. I will never go back and make sure to tell everyone I know about this poor customer service.

He also kindly delivered the car to a local address for me, which was excellent customer service. Also, after some initial confusion with someone else in the admin office, Tabitha Stone was very helpful in dealing with the paperwork and requirements for getting the car titled and registered out-of-state.

Very helpful staff! Conatcted Subaru of Daytona about purcahsing a 2018 Forester and they were very accomidating. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and John Barsotti sent me a video tour of my potential purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was parked out front ready for me and I was able to test drive it right away. By the time I got back my trade-in was appraised and the whole purchase took no more than 2 hours, no haggling, no hassles, and stress free. They were also following COVID guidelines well with masks and hand sanitizer/wipes available, which I appreciate very much. We went to Subaru asking questions about the Subaru Outback because we had been told what a great SUV the Outback was and the gasoline mileage. We went over late one Saturday evening in April and Ivan was still there even though everyone else was gone. Ivan answered all of our questions in a very professional manner and we were very impressed. We had a Mercedes and loved it, but the maintenance cost was outrageous. My wife and I talked about the SUV for about 3 months and then decided to get serious about cutting backing on some of our expenses especially in the maintenance line.. We traded with Ivan in July and are really proud we did. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond our expectations especially Ivan and the finance manager. We had several accessories added to the SUV and we had to drop the car off on 3 different ocassions. The Maintenance people (Mark and the lady that worked with him) were also nice and helpful. So far, we have no complaints and would recommend this dealership and Ivan, the salesman, to anyone who is wanting to trade or buy a new car.

Gene McMahon showed me a great used Subaru Forester after we discussed my needs and parameters, cameFor an outback but this had just been turned in and was such a clean and dependable vehicle, it was an easy choice. They even let me take the vehicle home that night to see if it was right for me and allow my boyfriend to share in the process. Got a good Rate for financing to help build my credit. I saw the reviews online which lead me to give the dealership a call. I talked to Gene and told him my budget and what I was looking for. I went in with very low expectations based off my credit score, but Gene proved me wrong. He was very accommodating and worked with me while I was at work and even brought the car up to my job for me to see. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. He got me into a 2012 Fusion with low mileage that is within my budget. It was my first time visiting the Service Department in Daytona.The Service Manager Frank was very helpful to answering my questions and treated me well.The vehicle was serviced quickly and cheaper than my usual dealer back home.It was reassuring to get my vehicle serviced without fear of not being a local.Every Employee there was very nice.I cant wait to do business with them again.
The sales rep we had was the most informed and congenial of any automotive sales rep I have ever experienced in my auto purchasing history. His name is Mark Ogden. If you are in the market for a Subaru, you can do no better than deal with Mark. Ironically we did not purchase a Subaru as at the last minute we have decided to purchase a motorhome which can only tow (toad) a 4 x 4 . The rep I purchased from was not even close in capability he even admitted he wants to deal in Real Estate! Go figure.
I have visited and purchased new cars from different dealerships around the state of Florida. About two weeks ago I sent a note to Subaru of Daytona, very quickly I was contacted by Carrie Dubois who provided fast assistance regarding my inquiry. Then Ivan Chvisuk got in touch with me the same day. Ivan was extremely helpful, pleasant, polite, very good listener, knowledgeable, very patient. Not once I felt pressure to buy from him. Ivan is the BEST!! Making this purchase even better I ran into Jesse. Knows Subaru Brand so well, good attitude, so easy to talk to, ask questions then getting answers. Jesse is very good P.R. for Subaru. I will say everyone was great, kind and cordial. I dont mind to drive two and a half hours to go back to Daytona Subaru to buy another new or even used car. They are FIVE STARS!!

Took 19 Ascent in for scheduled service special. I was In & out; arrived 15-min prior to & drove away 17-min after my appointment. I was very impressed. While I watched from afar, each Tech was hard at work... Everyone was courteous, professional and focused on their jobs. IMO, good value. Nice job folks!

I have always been pleased with the service at Subaru of Daytona. On my most recent visit I showed up without an appointment when I had a battery failure in one of the tire pressure sensors. They worked me in their schedule and replaced it promptly and I was on my way again. Great place to purchase a Subaru and there is no reason for me to take it elsewhere for service.
The place was nice and the workers were nicer. Gene was very patient and honest with the purchase. My parents didn’t want me to purchase any car without taking it for an inspection and Gene was more than happy to fulfill my parents wishes. The car is good so far and I’m happy about it.
I bought a new Subaru Cross trek from Jennifer. It was an amazing experience from the start to the finish. My daughter and son in law bought a used vehicle from this particular dealership. There were several paint issues with the vehicle which the salesman agreed to repair The following week I dropped off the vehicle at the dealership and was assured by their salesman all can would be taken care of. My son in law went by that afternoon can and found the work to be less than satisfactory to say the least which at that point the salesman made several calls derogatory remarks about my daughter to her husband. Upon hearing this I contacted the manager and explained the situation and was assured that he would look into the problem and get back to me. Well true to form never heard back and guess he could just blow me off. If this is how a dealership treats their customer all I can say is good luck with your purchase.
Was sick with bronchitis and while in bed decided I need a new car. Looked around and finally talk to John. Was a pleasure to work with. Made buying a car the easiest time possible. Ivan the Terrible is really just the opposite. When we were considering buying a Subaru Outback, we went to Subaru of Daytona. We told Ivan what we were thinking and he enthusiastically took us for a test drive and answered all our questions about the 2013 Outback including some very technical questions that my 26 years as an ASE Certified Mechanic raised for us. Our test drive was nothing short of an experience in all the Subaru can do and thats more than any car in its class as far as were concerned. My wife even enjoyed driving through Ivans obstacle course. We werent prepared to purchase a car that day or we would have.After our extra car sold, nearly two months later, we went back. We found the same Ivan we found on our first visit. We bought our new Outback just the way we like it including several Dealer Added extras like custom leather, a trailer hitch, all weather floor mats, Auto Butler Service and an extended warranty. All of that came at a very reasonable price and they gave us good trade in value for our 2004 Chrysler Sebring. What can I say, Subaru of Daytona is tops and Ivan is the best. Go there, buy a great car.
Purchased my 2017 Forester here in Dec. 2016, after 1.5 years I am very happen with their service, I have just completed the 4 free oil change/service checks, they gave me a new battery saying it seemed to work, but the tester showed it was bad, and they always give a free wash after each service. even though I live in Tampa I will prefer to come to this dealer.Purchased my Forester through Jeff, he was down to earth and easy to deal with.
I highly recommend requesting to work with Ricci Magsino when you’re getting any type of maintenance done at the dealership! I bought my Subaru there two years ago, and I’ve been handling my maintenance at the dealership ever since. They’ve always been great, but I’ve got to say that their newest Service Advisor, Ricci, definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty. He’s friendly, honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. If you’re going in for service or maintenance, you should ask for Ricci specifically!
My experience at Subaru of Daytona was one of the best because of my sales person Katie Britt. She was there all the time for me on all of my questions and concerns and even came in on her day off. She is one of the best ! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car.
Had an awesome experience with Daytona Subaru. After my car broke down on the way down for Spring Break, they were incredibly courteous and helpful and had my car back to me the next day. Christine was particularly wonderful, and Im not sure if it was just her southern hospitality charm or if it was the fact that she seemed like she genuinely cared, but she made me wish I could go back to that Subaru for all of my car needs. 10/10 would recommend!

I bought a 2017 Outback elsewhere. When I took it to a quick oil change place, they could not remove the oil pan plug as it had been over torqued and the head mostly destroyed. I took it to a mechanic who also was unable to remove it. I made an appointment for my wife to take the car to Subaru of Daytona. When making the appointment, we discussed that if they could not remove the plug, the oil pan would have to be replaced and it could cost over $400. They showed my wife the destroyed plug and also said whoever had changed the oil last also did not put the required washer back on, making it even harder to remove. A dishonest dealer would have replaced the oilpan. Subaru of Daytona was able to remove and replace it, change the oil and filter, complete a recall that was outstanding for a fuel gauge recalibration. They charged a little over $80 total! AND they washed the car! AND done as scheduled in less than 90 minutes. Absolutely stellar service.
My parents recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership. My father is 82 years old and is a home-bound, disabled veteran. My mother has very little help in terms of his care and supervision. Sales Consultant Gene McMahon went above and beyond in helping them make this purchase. He facilitated much of the purchase at their home to minimize the amount of time my mother had to be away. Add to that seeing how delighted my father is to have a new vehicle and I couldnt be more thankful for the experience the dealership and Mr. McMahon provided for them.

The service department went out of their way to help my daughter on a trip from NC to Daytona Beach. She had problems starting fairly new Subaru Outback after parking it for a few hours. I called them hoping maybe they knew of an issue that could cause it, they listened and nothing really stood out so they offered to go check it out. They sent 2 technicians to the location and helped get the car running and left contact details with my daughter if any other issues happened while in Daytona Beach. After an exhaustive search for a new vehicle I randomly pulled into Subaru of Daytona one day and was met by Ivan. He was and is extremely professional and customer sensitive and after a test drive of my Subaru Impreza Sport I was hooked. Ivan was extremely helpful, answering questions and pointing out the safety and comfort features of the model I became interested in.I love my Subaru and my experience with this agency and the associates has been very positive. From Ivan in sales to Mark in Service and the women in the business office, everyone has been very friendly and helpful in all areas that I have had occasion to be in contact with them. We had the best service experience ever with our 2016 Forester at Subaru of Daytona a couple of weeks ago.Alex Nusbaum, the service advisor, went out of his way with a somewhat complicated warranty repair. It involved painting part of the rear door.He helped out with a loaner car, had the paint job done twice until it was perfect.We have had service experiences with other Subaru dealerships. Been searching for months online for a decent gas saver to replace my aging Titan. Had been watching their 2016 Impreza hatch. Emailed them when they did a little price drop, Gene emailed me back and we went in to check it out. Gene met us when we got there and he went over the details of the vehicle. We took it for a test drive that was determined by us and not a simple dealers square that many dealers will take you on. We had a pre-approval from the our bank so it was really just a matter of working the deal. They suggested to let them run some banks to see what they could do. They were able to cut our rate in half from our bank and threw some other things in as well. Never owned a Subie before but I dont think I want to buy from any other guys.. They were great from as soon as we stepped on the lot. Their finance guy was top notch and was great to work with, relaxed and friendly.. A+ rating for this team
I took my 2018 subra Impreza. There for ac and clutch issues. There service manager stated nothing wrong. Took to Subaru and Orlando and now 10k worth of warranty work. Will upload the Orlando Subaru paper work when I get it. Our service advisor Alex was amazing and the customer service manager. Service manager need a new career. Automotive is not his best career path. When you got for a drive with the Sevice manager he states it normal for the ac to come and go in a 5 speed
This place is nothing but filled with hack job mechanics. They try to hide shotty works that they think their customers will not notice. I would highly recommend taking your car to another dealership if you plan on having maintenance done. The skill level they employed to work on my recall shows no mechanical knowledge, nor honesty for items they damaged. From over torquing(tightening) hard ware to the point of fatigue, to using a cutting torch and wrong hardware to try to overcome not having the right tools or parts on hand. I even made sure to give them the car when I would not need it for several weeks after they told me they had all the parts.The only reason I had them work on my vehicle was due to a recall, now I am worried about how and if they truly fixed my vehicle.I can not give a review of the sales staff but I must assume that they are on par with the maintenance/parts department.Again I strongly advise against using this dealership unless it is a last resort. If there were away to give negative stars I certainly would.
I truly hate the car buying process. I went in to look at the Forrester and ended up buying an outback. Salesman Gene helped to make the process go a lot smoother than I anticipated..He did his best to make sure my goals were met and I was satisfied. They really work like a team there at Subaru of Daytona .Thank you Gene .
I really enjoy coming here. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from their used section and always had a great time. Joan Lomupo is fantastic. I even went there a few years back and tried to get something. When we couldnt come to an agreement, we parted ways very amicably. She never once rushed me into anything at all. I went back this past January and she helped me get into a great vehicle. If you are looking for someone great to work alongside with, check these guys out.

Michael Powers at Ritchey Auto/Subaru of Daytona is a true professional. I had a very specific vehicle in mind and they had one in stock at Ritchey Auto. Mike respected my wish to communicate via email and we negotiated over the week and once we reached an agreement (one that was VERY fair to me) I sent over my paperwork and information so he could prepare the documents for the sale. I live in St. Johns County, so we made the 50 mile drive south and arrived at 9:25 am and was pleased to find the vehicle out front, finely detailed, full tank of fuel and ready for a Test Drive. I met Mike in person and off we went, the test drive went perfectly and the vehicle was as described and then some. I signed a few documents, and we were walked over to the finance department (I had secured financing from my local credit union the day before) and Bruce helped us out in a very timely manner! After all the documents were signed, Mike walked my wife and I out to the car and that was that! It was 10:30 am! An hour to get out the door, it was the most painless and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!Mike Powers is a true professional and made this experience an exceptional one. Drove an hour to have a recall service on our car. We were told they had a loaner car for us so we wouldnt have to sit around the dealership all morning. Well, the loaner car was an Enterprise rental car we had to get ourselves.Meanwhile, instead of addressing the recall item, the service department performed a maintenance check & tried to get us to pay for other items. Then, after having our car all morning, I called & they said they didnt even have the parts to fix our car & said we would have to drive the rental car home & return the next day. I refused to do that & will never return.
Adrian caponera was AMAZING. wasn’t expecting to buy a car today or even get a Subaru but I fell in love with the Subaru Outback. Adrian got the price I wanted and the car I wanted. Made the process as painless as possible! I hate car shopping but this was a breeze! Thank you so much Adrian!
My wife and I had a great time at the tent sale in the Walmart parking lot in Port Orange this pass Thursday. Gene McMahon, practically met us as we stepped out of our car, great job sir. 2022-01-04Awesome facility with professional friendly staff who checked my Crosstrek in promptly, informed me if the money-saving service maintenance plan I could (and did) elect to purchase to extend my maintenance plan, and directed me to the customer waiting area where they had snacks, an upgraded coffee bar and plenty of room to relax. 2022-04-23Fyi- behind *most every local Florida solo dealership is an owner. Sometimes its a legacy. This is probably my 9th vehicle from the Ritchey family and maybe the 4th or 5th make. Years ago maybe my first purchase was -CHEVY from jon hall chevy. I was working at Nascar, and I decided to sell my car and get a truck.This particular familys owned a dealership near me, most of my life. I refuse to give my business to orlando/shady new places ever again.I buy/support local. This dealership awarded 40k check to our Halifax Humane Society. That stuff should matter to you! Their significant impact on our community providing jobs/philanthropy is unparalleled. Got my last car here for many reasons #1 always wanted this particular car. Most of the time in any dealership someone is familiar to me from a prior purchase/my career network. Ive been a loyal customer for 20+ years. When I was 25yrs old Glenn Ritchey Sr. was actually the mayor of daytona. Also, hes been awarded national dealership awards. Hes serving on boards and me being around Glenn SR. @ the nascar foundation/plus from my days in the music industry. I may be biased but for good reasons regarding their worthiness. Honestly buying family cars from family dealers for your lifetime. Clearly after 3 or 4 purchases its a loyalty and return customer vibe. Loyalty discounts should exist. You can choose from so many. The consistency and reliability of both your car and dealer is a monetary investment for many years. Trusting that youre actually being given the best deal possible is paramount in car buying. Im old-fashioned- going to test drive- Ask questions-seek out a price/goal and buy within my means! Especially since I usually bring a large cash down payment...i want numbers and coffee. A conversation about what other things to purchase in ADDITION to my car. I had discussed at length that the tires had dry rot and were the 32/ tread left not great! Big facts.Id like to stay local for service because I do not want to drive for @Fields service. Actually I Will be now and im buying tires. By choice going back to fields service. It is absolutely impeccable. Ive bought 2 bmws and 3 vws from them. Used car buying when its another make than your selected dealer...it shouldnt mean youre not going to have an extended connection for service in future based on the make you have.FACTORY WARRANTY WORK clearly needs to be done at your specific make dealership nearest to you. should have been able to service @ suburu service.Reviews-Specifically @suburu of daytona sales/finance*in my book the business manager Rick Clemons is the man to see about dealer financing in this town. If you dont have the credit score you can work on it-change some terms...if you need it-get advice from Rick on what your actual options are.DAN in New csales Ive known for years and is no b.s. guy! Definitely make appts with sales staff.Katie and Alejandro -used sales... both awesome.Bruce Phicit -sales manager... also awesome!Service. Um. Never had such a horrible experience at any ritchey service place. I cant understand it. A good service manager can get your parts. They should and keep you in the loop if for some reason they dont/wont/cant help you out. dont even wanna mention this. Its not nice to publicly bash. However- I gave service every opportunity to correct the mistakes made regarding my cars scheduling. My communication for 3 +months about necessary repairs and inspections. Might just pass on my last free oil change. Never have I been handed back my keys with attitude and an absolutely unwashed filthy car. So we dont put down the paper on mats? Protect the floor from grease. ALSO how I had an appointment and correspondence but no one could find my information is not great. Not saying its all bad. But. Kinda. Wasnt offered a car wash when I called today to complain. Ok! Fine by me.No minor detail? Ps I dont care if the vacuum is broken. If someone told me that om Thurs wouldnt driven away wondering why it wasnt done at all.

He worked hard to get my husband and I into a pre owned Kia Soul with very low miles. The experience was great and stress free. 2022-02-27Circumstances placed me in a position of having to purchase a car now rather than waiting until the current shortage situation is over. I hate the car buying process and over the years I have travelled far from home to purchase from the best, hassle-free dealers. This time, I tried to purchase from the dealers where I live but I also contacted Daytona Subaru (100 miles away) where I had a great experience buying my last Subaru in 2013. Daytona Subaru made my new purchase the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I am still a little bit in shock over how easy it was. 2022-06-11Just purchased a used Subaru from Subaru of Daytona and we are very happy. We worked with John Barsotti and he made the entire process a pleasure. With less than 24 hours of having the car we had a mechanical issue and John had us bring the car right back for inspection. We were very happy they stood behind the car and made all the needed repairs at the dealerships expense. Because the repairs took more than 24 hours they gave us a loaner car so we could go on our way. Thanks again to John, Mike Towers and the service team for making everything right with the car. Looking forward to driving our Subaru for years to come.
