Yesterday i called Sunshine Windows and they transferred me to Javier, he took care of me and gave me the price for the standard windows, then i went there to see him in person with the right sizes and he gave me the standard price and the custom one. He was really kind, polite and he knew a lot about everything, he answered all my questions. To be honest i forgot i was in Hialeah lol thank you Javier and i hope your supervisors and owners can see your potential. I will be going back in 2 weeks to place my order.
I am President of unique renovations and Remodeling inc. The customer service and work workmanship at sunshine windows is very impressive Ive been doing business with them for many years I have no complaints about their product For the time which they are turn in your products after you order them Maria is a very good customer service rep and And is very helpful with my customers when they place their orders and gives them a time in which the product will be ready for installation Her service is out standing and helps me to keep the customer so we continue to get work from them. Ines is also helpful when I call and helps to find the person I need to speak to when I need a part or pick products up She is very helpful and is outstanding in resolving any problem I have thank you sunshine for the many years of service I for your outstanding work.
WOW..The worst customer service ever and everyone seems to be the owner in this place and nobody has a solid answer on anything.The frame and windows looks very cheap quality. After my first visit and few phone calls with them, I have decided to go with another company.Please do not get fooled with these positive reviews. Only a customer who is 200% satisfied would give a positive review and I am surprised if there is one after one /two interactions with this company.One of my friends put the order 3 months ago and he still have no answer on his order. He is now in b/w the devil and sea situation after paying 25K in deposit!
My worst experience with this company. They will never pickup the phone and the windows are manufactured and imported from Columbia. They are not very irresponsible and make you sign one contract and give you a totally different product.I had very tough time to get my order completed.This is the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. I am a contractor in West palm Beach, I have done 2 jobs in the past few months and ordered 15 windows per job for a total of 30 impact windows. I have not had a single problem. I dealt with Linnet Hernandez both times and she made everything very simple. I emailed her my measurements, she did some corrections and sent them back for approval along with a credit card form for 50% and in 5 weeks she called me to pick them up.Linnet is a pleasure to work with along with everyone I have dealt with.I did another large order today infact. If you have an issue, call Linnet and she can give you my number for any references you might need even seeing the windows installed.There windows are inexpensive compared to other major name brands but still have the same pressure comparisons.Regards,Ben in Boca
Sunshine windows did an amazing job on the window I needed for my new house. From the moment I walked in and was nicely greeted by Ines Gomez who then passed me to Maria Hernandez which was the one who helped me get my order done. My window was done super fast and it came out perfect. Thank you again sunshine windows for all your help. I’ll definitely be back.
I bought the windows & doors close to an year ago from this company for close to 28K. I ordered white aluminium panels and it started pealing off.Their glasses are not Sound Proof and nor Sun/heat proof . As some of the reviewers mentioned here, it is made of cheap materials imported from Columbia.I went to the office to meet the management and their answer was that they are not responsible for any damages as they dont know how it was maintained.As some of the reviewers mentioned, they charged me another $1200 more after I singed the contract and waited close to 4 months after so many back and forth to get the window.So you are warned about this company and their customer support. You are your own!I hate them and I hate myself for going with this company when I was warned by my better half!Jose Garcia!
I called them to fix windows they installed in April before I brought my house and they told me that since I don’t have the contract they can’t repair it. The windows and doors have there logo on it they pulled the permit in plantation and stated they did the work. Like wow, horrible horrible.Update....It was a misunderstand. Information was relayed incorrectly. Once that was identified they came out and fixed the doors. Quick, very efficient technician was nice and explained everything to me in detail. They apologized and corrected the situation quickly. Thank you Inez she was great and help.
Really bad experience. We purchased 2 windows on May 2019 they promised 2-6 6 weeks for delivery but it wasn’t until July 12th that they claimed they got the windows but it wasn’t until July 20th that the same sells rep who sold us the windows gave us a call not after we tried to get in contact with them in different occasions but they will only say the windows will be ready soon. Now we lost the contractor who was waiting on us and I will have to pay double for the demo and installation work to complete the project. No only that we don’t need the second window anymore as we ended up buying a different one cause we couldn’t wait for them anymore. After all this Sunshine windows will not take responsibility and they will not do anything to help us. We offered to get one of the windows ( the one we still can use). And pay any difference if any but they come with their only option that not even made any sense to us but for them.I have 41 windows in new my house that I will buy from a different company plus I purchased $10k plus from them before for a diferente house but they preferred to not help us when they broke the sell contract from the moment they could not deliver the job on time. I will not trust them for future work.The owner was onsite but they claimed he was very busy to see us and the Manager Dennis all he has to say is ..the contract ....the contract and he also confirmed that they deliver next day jobs when they took forever to deliver my only 2 windows.The people at the reception is careless they were on the phones and do not even acknowledge you when you arrive cause they are too busy talking about personal business.Please avoid this placeif you are saving some $$ because you are buying there please think all the $$ you will loose if they don’t deliver the work on time and you have to stop your project because of their mistakes and poor excuses.I ended up paying for 2 windows when I can only use one.
My window installation is complete after 10 weeks, but the process was an absolute nightmare. I have summarized my specific grievances below:On numerous occasions, instructions were ignored by the Sunshine crew, leading to damage and extra workIn particular, stucco was severely damaged in several places; I had to bring another contractor in to repair the stucco after Sunshine completed their installationThere were several errors made during installation, severe enough that the windows initially failed inspectionProducts promised as part of the original contract were initially withheldThere was an almost complete lack of communication, where my sales representative and the sales manager repeatedly and completely ignored all attempts at communication for weeks on endTo resolve this stalemate, I was forced to put my credit card payments for the windows in dispute with my credit card issuer. Only then was I contacted by Sunshine’s legal counsel, and only with her help was the installation finally completed after 10 weeksTo put that number into perspective, the install was originally supposed to take 3 daysThere is not much we can do about all the wasted time and aggravation at this point. I have never before dealt with a company that deliberately stonewalls all attempts at communication from a paying customer, and I am honestly astounded that Sunshine is still in business. Given the number of individuals involved, this appears to be a systemic problem in the company. The only thing I can do now to to warn other customers to stay away!!!
PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.I went with this company after reviewing the positive comments. I figured never ever side on a positive review in making a decision.Nobody provides a positive review until someone is 200% happy and I bet you wont be happy or anywhere near to that stage with these people.So all the positive reviews are just MADE UPs.One of my worst experiences in giving such a big price contract.I got multiple quotes from different vendors and the cheapest one was from Sunshine Windows and hence I decided to go with this company (Not to mention, the cheapest material that they import from Columbia!).They changed the price 3 times along the course of the order (after signing the order) stating different reasons and still dont have my windows after 2.5 months.There are bunch of clueless Denny/Dannys and nobody is responsible for anything. I ended up giving her all my information she called me back within an hour directed me with tony Iglesias formal man very satisfied overall with my experience with you guys
This is a totally rip off company. My order was placed 2 months ago and they still have no responses on when it will be ready.They wanted $3000 after the initial contract was placed for some curved windows.Please read through all the negative reviews before you open the business with this company.I will never ever do any business with them and I wont recommend.
My interaction with this company was the worst experience that I ever had. Bunch of folks behaves like they dont care for a professional service.Their attitude is to buy or walk-away. So I wouldnt suggest this company for anyone.Also, please look carefully into their fine print and basically it doesnt cover you for any damages.They wont guarantee the windows if anything hits and once there is a hurricane, it wont cover future wind damages..So in reality, you are covered (if at all) for just wind damage for the very first time and it is on you to prove that nothing hits the windows during the first hurricane. They have to do the entire windows with a payment after the hurricanes for future coverage on the wind damages.
As some of the reviewers mentioned, the quality of the windows & Frames are not at all good.Please make sure to check the display frames and the quality of the windows that are displayed at their office/showroom.As many of the people reported, they are of very poor quality products. I spoke with a person named Danny and he is very arrogant with an attitude.I just wasted my one day PTO by going there. I will NOT recommend this place for anyone.Thanks,Tina!

Florian Czerny was terrific in helping us choose the right windows and doors for our house. His after sales care was marvelous too and I thoroughly recommend Florian if you are looking to source impact windows and doors. Sunshine Windows new sliding doors look and work really well.
I recently contacted Sunshine windows to install new Store Front windows and sliding glass doors, i gentlemen named Yandy Garcia came by my property the very next day and give me an estimate on how much it will be. i was amazed on how good the price was and imidiatley put them to work. Overall great experience working with Yandys from Sunshine Windows. The impact windows from Sunshine was reasonably priced compared to the competitors and the installation was smooth. Yandys coordinated the entire process from the beginning to the final inspection. He also helped me throughout the entire process and advised me on making the right selection. Overall, I am satisfied with the product as well as the service, so far.
Excellent attention between the receptionist Ines who answered my call and guide me to an awesome seller, Linnet. It’s not often that you encounter someone willing to throughly explain everything to you and give you a personal attention with not rushing. I highly recommend Linnet as your point of contact with Sunshine Windows.
I was on my way to pay the company and I just happened to review the feedbacks here and almost everything what people have mentioned here was true to me as well.I noticed the cheap materials and the attitude of the staff when I was there thrice in the past. I decided to go with them as their price was much chaper than PGT Windows quoted for me. But after reviewing these comments, I called the sales manager Danny and asked him about the price and if there is any changes to it after I sign and pay the deposit. His first response was that NO. But when I asked him about the comments/reviews and more specific questions, he was scrambling around and said it “depends”.The long story short.. I made a U Turn after a heated conversation and waisting 3 days of my time with these folks. I decided to go with PGT where I was treated professionally!So please make sure to read the fine print on this company’s contract that you sign.It states that the price, the time, quality of the material can be unilaterlly changed from their side but once you sign, you can not change the size, material etc..It seems this company is taking advantage of every excpeiton in this fine print. I also talked to one of my friends who went this company. He ended up in paying $2,000 more than he was quoted and he is still crazy mad with this company. I am very glad that I didn’t go with them. I thought to take sometime to do the review so that someone like me wont fall in the trap.
Recently I bought some windows and doors from Sunshine Windows and I want to say that the experience with them was excellent, Franki Ricardo treated me with professionalism and respect, he has knowledge and experience of the subject, I was really pleased with the help I received from him . I called them because they originally installed the windows in my recently built home. I had a cracked window in my upstairs bedroom facing the backyard. They first came out within a couple of days with the wrong window and informed me the correct window would take ten days to order and they would contact me to reschedule.... ok no big deal. About 3 weeks later they show up unannounced with the window ready to install. Again.... not a big deal. Heres my problem, they shattered the old window and all the glass spilled out into my backyard. They made no attempt to clean or pick it up. They took advantage that I was not home and chose to be lazy and unprofessional. I came home from work late and spent the rest of the night cleaning up their mess. I would not recommend them anybody. Poor service. Very unprofessional!

Upon entering , I’m always greeted with a warm welcome that makes me feel like family from the beautiful receptionist Ms.Ines. Next , I ordered all my windows from Mrs. Maria - (mi madre; my mother away from my mother), the most professional, beautiful and most knowledgeable person period about windows. My windows are always perfect and past all inspections for my NEW HOMES thanks to MRS.MARIA , INES, and SUNSHINE!Everyone let sunshine brighten your day‼️
Im not the kind of person that likes to do reviews but this company just appeared to me in google and I remembered my bad experience, so I would like to say some words.I went to the service department. Someone recommended me to talk with Franki. When I got there 2 young guys but with a good education were there. Ernesto took care of me and gave me a price. Anyway I decided to talk with Franki to see if I could get a better price, he treated me suuuuuper bad, he gave me a more expensive price and I had to buy the door with a higher price just because his bad attitude and bad customer service. He is so proud to be the manager because he says “Im the manager, I dont know how he gave you that price (smiling IRONIC) so I will give you 5 dollars of discount. I had such a bad time with him that I just said never mind and I paid the expensive price. I really dont know how someone can be manager with that attitude and someone that doesn’t speak any English, someone that doesn’t know anything about his store, because he had to be asking if I could do a void or refund for my amount to the young guy that does the accounting. Anyway I took the door with the expensive price and I will never get back to Windows Professional. This will be a 1 star that belongs to Ernesto because he was really kind.

Almost spent close to $15k with this company. Decided to spend a little more and go with East Coast Windows and get PGT instead. Visited them yesterday to see their product and it seem we werebothering them. The sales associate was not expecting us and we arrived at 11:55 and we were told that Jacinto had to leave for lunch at noon and hed return at 12:45. Really? Youre going to make us wait until you return instead of leaving for lunch 10 minutes late. We just drove 45 minutes to get there. I was pretty done at that point Im not going to spend my hard earned money somewhere that they treat the customer tjis a way before the business just imagine how it will be after they get your cash! Finally the receptionist called a few people and she said that one of the supervisors would come. We had an invoice and knew exactly which items we wanted to see. Dennis came and though he was nice he certainly wasnt much of a salesman. He did help us decide though that we did not want to do business with them. Super glad we went there as we had already given our GC the money to place the order but he dud recommended we see the product first to ensure we liked the frames etc.one of the important slider door for us were a set of corner door that meet in the middle at a 90 degree angle and open up completely. Dennis told us this was not available in impact I disagreed as we had the images and quote from East Coast. He created such doubt I our mind that as soon as we left we called east coast and they confirmed indeed our proposal was correct. We placed a deposit with them and are happy with our decision. Now that I read the other reviews online at this place Im glad we went in the direction we did.

My contractor referred me to this company I used to do business with pino windows, I like the horizontal rollers for my house but I went in with my mind set but going to your store change my mind completely the atmosphere felt like a circus I stood in an walk right back out I seen employees arguing between one another trying to give an explanation let me tell y’all something I been in the business industry for quite some time an those type of impression are the ones that mark the difference they sent me to see Linette I was able to speak to her over the phone very nice person, but after what I presence today I don’t think is the right fit for me how you gonna have people screaming another person responsibility that not ethical nor professional in today society people look at the reviews an follow other opinion, with all that set I had to called back in today an ask there names so I can address them appropriately apparently the person the handles all the legal services was acting like a clown among the other personnel well she sure ain’t legal alright in my neighborhood we called the ratchet I will like to speak to the owner myself so he can rest assure he will continue to loosed customer like me.
Richard, the man who took measurements, was extremely respectful and prompt, was able to keep in touch with me and seem to know most questions I asked him even though he was new. Would definitely recommend him to help you if you happen to go with Sunshine Windows.

The customer service is awful, they gave me the wrong pricing information and they excuse themselves saying the wrong information was given because the sales person called Claudia is new in the company, I wasted my time driving to their store for nothing, customer service staff is completely clueless. I came into Sunshine windows as my mother in law did all her doors an windows with you guys I do have to say your turn around tone is very reasonable but it has been worth the wait the product my wife love it I did all casement with horizontal roller to be up to code with the city of coral gables I kept in more communication with Ines checking on my order than my actual sales rep was most of the time in the field I will continue recommending my friends an family to Sunshine Windows.

I called in yesterday to find out if they had some windows in stock but it was very hard to get thru services department I gave all my information to Ines an she was able to verify if they actually had what I was looking for an they did thank you for your services.

2019-07-19First of all this company even doesnt deserve a one star rating! Look at the doors and the gaps on the top of the door. The first 2 pictures are this cheap Impact glass doors and the third one is my old one.You can see a big gap at the top of the door. When I called the company, their answer was that they cant do anything about it and the door comes like that.The door frame looks very cheap. I made a big mistake of choosing this company and replacing my old doors. So please be aware of what you will be getting with them.

2017-06-17After having a really hard time finding an appropriate company to change the glass of my windows i found THE ONE. I really recommend it. I am the pickiest person you can ever meet when it comes to my house and when it comes with a service that Im paying for. I contact the service department and talked with someone named Ernesto. He was really profesional and help me a lot understanding the mesures and installation process. I booked the service and they came on time and did a really good job. They took their time to change every single window and unfortunately I couldnt see the process because I had to leave but when I came back everything was done and extremely clean. Not even a finger print in any of the windows that was installed, either the track was clean.I really recommend this company that is located hialeah. For a reference to get there is located in front of sunshine window.And if you need someone really helpful and very patient that takes his time to explain you everything since the beginning I recommend you to ask for the same person I did.

2019-01-23My experience with this company has been great since the first time I called. I was amazed that a person actually answered the phone without having to go through options on the phone. The girls that answered the phone were very sweet any time I had to call. The first time I called they transferred me to sales and I was able to get a quote and ordered my windows and doors right then. That was of course followed by a very professional quote by e-mail. When I reviewed my quote I had questions about the directions that the doors open and I e-mailed Javier to call me. He called me in just a few minutes, after he responded to my e-mail. He answered my questions and I was able to place my order right away. They have windows ready that were standard that I was able to pick up the next day and gave me a production time of about 6 weeks for the doors. The communication was great on the phone or e-mail. I talked to Javier to see if he could have the doors ready for a day that was a few days prior to the 6 weeks for a convenient day where we had to travel to Miami for something else, we live 3 hours away. He did his best and was able to have our doors ready for the day we needed to pick them up. Everybody at this company has the personality and warmth of our Hispanic culture but the professionalism of any competitive company in the US. Thank you for being that way. We need more companies with people like you!

I was afraid it would not be here in time , but the sales person kept informing me of the progress until it was done and he personally delivered it. 2020-10-09The sales man Yandy was very nice until I had a problem with the windows. After the windows was installed, I couldnt open or close them. Yandy said if they couldnt repair the windows they would replace them. Well, when the repair guys came, they didnt even try to fix the windows they claim it was the installer. After several complaints they finally decided to fix them. It was a nightmare. Customers service was awful. There is no proper management in place. I will never deal with them again. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

2018-06-08A week ago I bought some windows there.First i called to Sunshine, Ines took the phone and send me to the stock department because i was looking for something quicker than 4-6 weeks, then i spoke with Javier, best customer service received, when I realized that i was calling a Hialeah company with that 5 stars customer service i was completely speechless. Thanks god Javier had the windows in stock, he gave me the address and how to get there from my home. Once there i met him and also Ernesto that helped me to put the windows needed in my car, once again i was surprised by the great customer service received in that department, the office was really clean and smelling good, Javier also did the accounting things for me and helped me in everything, he always had the right information to respond my questions. I hope he is able to see this message and also the managers, great worker, he is a complete one.Im really satisfied with the customer service and my whole experience with Sunshine and Windows Professional, Ines, Ernesto and of course Javier thanks for making it happen. I will be going back in the future and sending my family and friends.

2020-08-20I had an emergency with my sliding door, I contacted Miguel and Jose Carlos, in the day they solved my problem, I totally replaced the door for the expected price, I had called several companies and had to wait weeks, with Sunshine it was a day. Later I had to contact them with questions and they were always available, Very good experience, I recommend them 100%

2019-10-08I was shopping around to find the best deal and I happened to ran into this company. The employees are not at all professionals and the Sales Managers is something else (I am not naming him here)!I was so lucky to get in touch with a friend of mine who ordered the windows through them and still waiting after 6 months. He explained his whole experience with the company. So when I called back Mr Dxxxxxx with my friend, to talk about my experience and my friends order.he just went on a rampage..So please be careful with this company. They even told me that they dont care about individual orders. They have big builders (Lennar & Pacific builders?) as customers.It doesnt surprise me as the quality is really cheap and hence the service and the price.

2019-09-02You may be all thinking about the impact glass windows after the hurricane. If so, please be mindful that this is the worst company that I ever dealt with.I ordered the windows close to 3 months ago and it was supposed to be delivered a month ago as per their contract.But they wont respond your calls and emails. When I mentioned about writing my google review, they threatened me with cancelling my order.So I didnt listen to any of the negative reviews before putting my order and hence I am in this situation. I am just writing this to everyone else benefit.There are many other companies out there. So please do your review first. Pay attention to all the negative reviews. Nobody gives a positive review unless they are 200% happy and there is no way possible with this company.May God bless you and act on this company to get them straight to properly serve the people.
